We were on our way home to Missouri when a nice man slowed down on 20 and told us he thought our wheel bearings was going out on our 5th wheel told us to go to Carlson Auto, thought we could make it well we didn’t we were about 6 miles out middle of nowhere, called and talked to Justin. Justin drove the 6miles to where we were and helped us. Told us it would be ok to drive on 3 wheels but slowly and Justin drove just as slow so we could follow him. Need to say that Justin didn’t have to do any of this but did we could not thank him enough. I’m originally from a large city and don’t think I would have gotten customer service like this, Thank You again Justin for helping us out God Bless You.
Westin is the man! Dropped off for an estimate, had a rental car for the afternoon. Took a few weeks to get parts, but had all repaired in 3 days. Gave me a rental car for the entire duration. They dealt completely with insurance and even fixed a minor annoyance that I'd have for a few months while it was there. Pain free from start to finish! Finished repair looks fantastic. I couldn't even tell where the original damage was, and I tried. Even the paint matched dang close to perfect. These guys rock!
We were passing through this very small town and had an emergency in our trailer. We called them and went there and Justin didn’t even hesitate, he just did what he had to do to help us. In less than an hour we were back on the road. These guys are awesome and very cost efficient.
