Extremely disappointing service. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and made it clear they didn’t care about customer experience. It felt like they took advantage of the fact that there aren’t many alternatives in the area. I accidentally left the plates on the car and called the next day to retrieve them—only to be told they had already been thrown away. A responsible business would either remind customers to remove plates or hold onto them for a short period. This level of carelessness is unacceptable.
Straightforward people that don't mess around Excellent prices and very knowledgeable. One of the largest salvage yards i have ever been to with every make and model of vehicle. Give em a chance next time you need a quality pre owned part.
I called them up. They had the part that I needed. He told me the day it would be ready to be picked up. I showed up that day. He had the part ready. They helped me load it in my car and off. I went great place to do business with.
cant get parts in a timly fashion an wont wont all the parts aked for tells ya there shipped speedy an 5 business days later no parts shoild only take one parts an price was good for what they sent called the manytimes still dont have all parts
Does not deliver when they say they're going to. Has no problem being rude and cursing at a Customer that questions him about following through on the deadline they set for themselves.
