I didn't actually get a tow but I had a flat down the road from their shop and desperately needed a wrench to get my spare tire. The driver waited with me to ensure the spare would hold air and was very kind. Thanks for your help!
Sorry but I have to. You are heartless people. You towed my truck something like 1.8 miles and charged me $400. I told you too keep the truck that I just wanted my belongings in it. You said I still had to pay something like $170. That is just flat out conversion theft. You stole from me, and who knows who else you stole from. Make it right, post it here for your customers to see.

Pulled over by the police and had car towed. Riley made everything smooth by waiting for my insurance to get accepted and reducing the tow total making it affordable and able for me to get my car out sooner than later.

Absolutely Awful Experience - Avoid at All Costs!
If I could give zero stars, I would. The police called this company to tow my truck, and it was the worst experience imaginable. The manager/owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. They rushed me into towing the truck without listening to where I wanted it taken. Instead, they towed it to their yard first, forcing me to pay at their office before they’d move it anywhere else.
To make matters worse, they charged an hourly fee while I was figuring out how to pay them. By the time they finally headed out to drop the truck at the agreed-upon location, I was already overcharged for their shady and manipulative practices.
This company clearly prioritizes squeezing as much money as possible out of you over providing any decent service. Stay far away if you value your time, money, and peace of mind!
Highly recommend! Used them twice, once to move a shed to a different spot on our property and again when my wife locked her keys in her car in our garage. They came out at 730 on a Wednesday night and were here in 20 minutes! Very respectful, excellent service!!!!!
Swift service. Driver was already headed our direction and got to us within 5 minutes. Driver knew what he was doing and got our car loaded up on the flatbed quickly. Would recommend.
Terrible service. Swindle people out of their vehicles and money. Do NOT recommend anyone to call them for any kind of help. They gouge your pockets and disregard any type of decency.
Good or bad I never leave reviews but these guys were awesome! Naturally my mood wasn't great after blowing a tire on the highway but the guy was very patient and understanding and they came out to my house within an hour of calling them just to pick up my keys since I was no longer with my vehicle. The charge was only $65 plus $10 for coming for the keys...everyone else wanted $100 or more plus $5 per mile.
I would without question use them again and refer them to anyone and everyone.
It was Christmas day and they were quick to get to us and it didn't take long at all to get us towed home. The driver was polite and an all around great guy. I definitely would recommend everyone to give them a call if you are in need of help.
My husband broke down on Lincolnway highway and Flaugh Rd. After calling all around Fort Wayne for a tow, and either being turned down or given a 3-4 hour window, called Allpro in Columbia City. Tow truck driver said he was on the scene of an accident, but could tow our truck in 45 minutes. Not only was he on time, but was very friendly. Highly, highly recommend Allpro towing. Thank you for the great service.
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Jeremiah was extremely rude except when my sister called he was super nice. Hm. Weird. He refused to tell me how much my bill was, threatened me by saying he'd increase my tow bill if I didn't stop asking how much it was, and would not let me retrieve my belongings. By far the rudest, most unprofessional towing experience I've ever had. Not to mention, my initial tow bill was 300 dollars for a 4 mile trip. Absolutely disgusting and not a fair price at all. I've had trucks stuck 300-400 feet off the road and the most I've ever been charged was 150. Go somewhere else.
Be aware this company will price gauge you. Once they hook your vehicle your stuck. Tow Truck Driver Steve is very rude and has a major attitude problem. DO NOT USE THIS TOWING SERVICE. They are not part of the BBB.
Very poor service and questionable business practices. We were charged $1150 for 15 minutes of work to pull a truck out of the mud. The tow truck driver was very unprofessional and rude when questioned about fees. Don’t use this company
They left the scene prior to me giving them the keys as the windows were down. Did not give us the address as to where they were taking our vehicle. Wouldn't take a digital picture of the plates or VIN number when requested by insurance to start the claim process. Insurance company states office staff was very rude.
Called them, they were with us in 10 minutes. No long wait Went 50 miles and dropped off at my location at a very great affordable price! I won't drop the bomb o. The price for Thier business reasons. But I highly recommend these guys!! They tow 24/7 365 very friendly and take cash or debit/credit!!!
