Bought a 2008 buick enclave and had nothing but issues. They were great at first helping resolve issues. Sold us a warranty that did nothing. After 2 years and only being able to drive car for less the 60 days total. Traded it in. Double check for electoral issues before buying. The instrument panel was sprayed with foam to cover up lights to sell car. Highly do not recommend them.

Good sales experience. We got good value for a trade-in and got a nice vehicle that works for our family. We did not get the original SUV we were looking at. But Jeff found another one a week later and reached out to us. We were able to have a quick sale. Happy with the experience.

Unforeseen problems arose within two days of purchase. This caught everyone off guard as the car showed no signs of a problem. Overall I had a positive experience at The Auto World with Jeff Kirchner. Jeff worked with me to get me a car in my price range and so far I am very satisfied with my purchase. We were also very glad that he offers a 90 day warranty.

This is a revised review with much of the original review detail left out due to Google review space limitations. In short, I bought a CR-V designated AS-IS because I made an offer below the listed sticker price. I paid $300 less than sticker after adding back a 90-day warranty at $200. The night I took it home, I discovered there was no IP illumination. It wasn’t obvious during daylight because everything that becomes lit at night is pure white (on black background). It’s white during the day, it’s white at night. I am upgrading my original rating to average, instead of my original 1-star, but no higher. Here’s why. The negative - AW does not allow independent inspections due to liability. I don’t understand this being cars get test driven despite there being potential liability. If you plan to shop, take someone who knows cars with you or be willing to accept AS-IS without any consideration for unusual circumstances. The positive - Jeff did propose two solutions. He offered to have me take it to his auto electric specialist in Warsaw to look at it for an additional cost of $100 that we would split. I declined. Even AS-IS has some basic expectations IMO, like IP lights working when it’s driven off the lot. It wouldn’t have even been an issue in my mind if it were 1-2 burnt bulbs, but it wasn’t. And remember, no independent inspections allowed. I have no idea what that $100 would have covered, but I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t include the nearly $90 dollars I had to pay for 13 burnt bulbs. Jeff later contacted me about my original review. Following our conversation, he then offered to reimburse me for the bulbs. I declined. I felt the offer was more for his benefit than it was for mine. Ultimately, we just think about things differently. I didn’t come away feeling like a valued customer. I won’t return to buy again because I don’t prefer the AW business model.

I give The Auto World five stars. Jeff (Kirchner) was friendly, not overly pushy, and he was fair in his dealings. He went an extra mile to make sure I was satisfied as much as possible. I was not wanting a newer vehicle, but mine was totaled so I had to buy as soon as possible. Jeff made sure that I was purchasing as clean and safe a vehicle as one can get when purchasing a used vehicle. Thank you, Jeff and The Auto World.

I would hands down recommend The Auto World to anyone I know that is searching for a used car. I recently purchased my second vehicle from Jeff in the last 9 months. The first vehicle was a van for my wife. Jeff was more than helpful in showing me options and deciding the best option for my family. Jeff isn't your normal used car salesman. He doesn't disappear after you have purchased the car and has gone above and beyond to help me solve any issues I have had with the van by recommending mechanics, searching for parts on his own, and helping navigate the warranty. I would highly recommend the warranty as you are buying a used car, and though Jeff finds out as much as he can about the car, it is still a used vehicle, and the insurance is well worth the upfront cost. When I decided to purchase a car for myself, I was naturally drawn back to checking his website daily and decided to stop back in to have him help me find what I was looking for. Again, I have not been disappointed. He found me something above and beyond what I was looking for and made it an easy and painless process. I look forward to purchasing future vehicles from here again. It is nerve racking searching for used cars but knowing I have found someone trustworthy and honest makes the whole experience a lot more fun.
