Went to O'Reilly to buy new headlight bulbs for 5 cars and an air filter for my truck. I found everything on my own and went to check out but the lady at the register was dealing with a customer that received the wrong part. He tried to explain what the situation was but her little kid was there and she was distracted. After waiting 10 minutes at checkout I left as did at least one other customer. I just ordered what I needed on Amazon.

This is the BEST O'Reilly's IV Ever been too. And I've been to a lot of them in different states. The manager Kate is very nice and very helpful. The whole staff helped us find what we needed every time we came in. Overall, I would definitely recommend this part store over any other ones.

Sorry I don't remember the Store Manager's Name, however, she was very professional and knowledgeable. Did not push sales, but showed me a better deal and I got a better warranty on 2 new batteries for my F350 Truck. Great Service!

O'Reillys got us again. We do not like O'reillys, but my bf dad does, so we went, even though we requested Adanced Auto Parts. As always at an O'Reilly, the workers look everything up and when we ask questions no one can really answer anything. Nor do they always understand what you are asking. I mean you are working at the car shop, how do you not know?!?! Oh yeah, its 2025 you don't have to know anything about where you work these days when it is not a specific "specialty". Here we are again.... this time needing to rent the tool to replace the ball joints on the car. We decide to rent the piece at this time just to get the project done. My bf loves working on cars and can pretty much tackle anything as long as he can look it up (manual or video) While reviewing the manual and videos, we have determined; that NO, this is not supposed to bend and move. So, the tool is actually bent and not successfully useful. Since storms were coming in, we knew we needed to try to get the car fixed. It did nothing to help replaced the ball joint. So the next morning we took the rented tool back to get our money back ($158). While there the guy that helped up the previous evening asked how it worked. We let him know that the tool was useless. The C clamp is bent and doesn't attach correctly at all (how do you even bend a C clamp???). He then proceeded to tell us, no that is how the tool is supposed to be. We looked at him, got our money for the rental back and left. Please if you are changing ball joints review videos and the car manual, both places will remind you to keep everything as straight as possible. We then left Oriellys we went and bought a better ball joint replacement kit for $85 !!!! Trust me, take the time to research all you can before going to the auto parts store. Then most importantly know what you need (think you need) and then make sure to go to Advanced Auto Parts or AutoZone, those 2 places are great at answering questions. Then make sure to go to Harbor Freight to buy the newest tools you need for an amazing price. Avoid O'Reillys at all cost, unless you like to be wrong and not know what is going on.

I have been havonh trouble with a certson headloght and blinker for over a year! A lot of people were unable to unscrew the capsule and the lightbulb until Jeff the manager and his assistant guy came! I'm very thankful for Jeff!

Katie is helpful and friendly. She always goes above and beyond. I only do business with Oreilly's because of the customer care I get. She always makes my orders right. I can't forget about Jeff too . He is always on top of things and answers questions. Trys his best to find solutions. You need more people like Katie and Jeff.

I needed a master cylinder for a vehicle that I was working on. This vehicle’s hydraulic brake system configuration was only manufactured from 2003 through 2006. I found the CORRECT hydro boost brake master cylinder at O’Reilly’s on 1st Ave in Evansville. I needed the replacement parts that day and could not wait until the next morning or afternoon to get it… And they were the ONLY auto parts store within 75 miles that had that exact brake master cylinder in stock!!! They were a LIFESAVER for the couple who’s vehicle that I was working on!!

Update as of 9/2/22 Since new management took over about a year ago, the customer service has become great! Keep up the good work management. Typically I have very good customer service here, but the high school aged employee seemed less than thrilled to be at work and even less thrilled to help me find the parts I needed. Customer service needs a tune up.

Could not be happier with Katie at this location! She went above and beyond for me, in the freaking heat! Never made me feel like I was a pain in the butt, even though she used quite a bit of elbow grease and got her hands dirty. So sweet and knows her stuff! Consider me a life long customer! Now I'm calling corporate so they know how awesome she is!! Thank you Katie!!

The representative that helped me, didn't get his name unfortunately, but he has reddish hair, beard and a I Am Second tattoo on his arm, was courteous and professional. He didn't give me that "really?" look that I usually get when I ask the auto parts store rep to install my wiper blades. I am sure I'm not alone in hating that auto care task. I prefer to save my fingers and profanity for more worthy tasks. Give Red a raise! He represents O'Reillys well! btw, never met the guy before as I'm from Chicago, just impressed with the service ?

The one and only time I have been in to this place, I needed to replace a headlight, as well as a brakelight. I was in and out in no time with just what I needed. The service was impeccable.

The guys were so rude and arrogant. They would Not change my headlight for me. They would sell me the parts but not help me. I went to AutoZone and they were so kind and polite. They said no problem and had my headlight replaced in less than 5 minutes!! Thank you AutoZone!!
