Called asking for an alternator said he had it and was gonna have it pulled ready for us. When we showed up, he looked at us like we're stupid saying the only one he had he's buddy was driving around the junk yard. Wouldn't recommend getting parts from here waste of time.
I love doing business with these guys. So friendly and make you feel they enjoy your business. I give them 5 stars and triple AAA. My dad and I have used them for 40 years.
I bought my first car there 8 years ago, it was a salvage. I got in a wreck today and all the air bags went off. I'm completely fine. RIP to my Nissan Cube.
Great guys there, especially the veteran behind the counter. Guy made an honest mistake on money, caught it himself AND CALLED ME to fix it. There is literally NOTHING BETTER than an honest business.

I called today, said they have a bumper for 50 bucks on car parts .com..... They quoted 150 bucks... Which I had to call back when they never returned call 3 days ago...
We live 4 hours away and Shawn was very helpful in reassuring us they had the right parts we needed. Very friendly and helpful. We were able to get the parts we needed from AAA Auto Parts. Would definitely recommend.
Dirty and unorganized. But they do have hard to find parts for older cars. There employees do seem to know where everything is. But its definitely not easy for consumers to locate parts. Just ask one of their guys and u will be ok
The gentleman that answered the phone was terrible. He didn't communicate well. I told him we were a dealer out of town and he says "we don't ship", I tell him I have drivers coming thru all the time and we can pick it up. I give him his inventory number and he says its a work truck and that the door panel is beat up (I already saw the door panel in his pics which was much better than the one I have) I tell him I don't care, I need it and he says "I'll pass". Worst customer service ever. I would have paid several hundred dollars for the door panel. I would never recommend anyone call here for parts or service.

Very rude and their prices are through the roof. Can literally get BRAND NEW parts for the price you pay here. Blows my mind they operate that way. It’s a salvage yard not a parts store. You’d thing by now they’d have realized they’d make more long term profit off selling items for cheaper more often as opposed to selling for max price and getting a sale every now and then. Don’t see this junkyard lasting much longer with this type of business practice.
Called needing a part and person on other end sounded like he would have rather been doing anything but trying to help me. Very rude and disrespectful. Doubt he even actually looked up the info to see if he had the part considering how fast it was.
Was told to be her by 1145 I made it here by 1120 risked speeding ticket to get here on time it's 1130 and no one here no one answering phone terrible business practice
