Could not recommend these guys enough! They are all very kind and true westsiders. They explain everything so well and help me understand what they are doing and why. I will never go another place for my oil change and when I have a problem or a weird noise, I know who to call.
My husband and I were on our honeymoon driving through Evansville and we ran into car troubles. Chris and his dad were amazing! Not only were they so kind to us, they were very knowledgeable and quick to help. If you are in the area need a good mechanic, highly recommend coming here! Very honest and straightforward about the work my stepfather needed done on his jeep. Diagnosed and fixed same day. They actually went out of the way to drop my stepdad (senior citizen ) off at home and pick him back up when the car was done. We had recently lost my mom, so this kindness was definitely appreciated! I would highly recommend them. We’ll be taking all of our cars there in the future.
They ordered my part I needed, was able tk het me in at my convenience without any problems at all. Very helpful and Friendly Owners. Happy Customer here. Had been to 2 different places to fix the issue one couldnt figure it out the other one was to pricey, not here half of the price I was quoted. I highly recommend .
Awesome and honest group!! Helped take care some repairs on our car brakes, rotors, rear strut, oil change, wipers and air filter!! Very fair price. If you need repairs come here!!!
I was on a trip across the country when my wheel bearing started going bad, and making crazy noises. These guys saved my whole trip. I called them in the morning, and they had me back on the road by noon. For a great price too. You can tell this is a family business, and that it's run by genuinely good people.

On our way from Virginia to Nebraska we broke down just outside of Evansville. We found Chris’ open on a Saturday when nothing else was. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and helped us get back on our way in great time and for a great price! Couldn’t recommend more!
Chris and his team provide great customer service and fix only what's needed. Chris walks you through options and give the necessary information to get your problem fixed and back on the road. They've worked on my truck multiple times now and I won't go anywhere else.
Wow. My power steering blew out late on Friday afternoon. Chris's got me in Saturday morning and it was fixed by 11am. I was expecting to need a car rental for a couple of days so they saved me a couple of hundred dollars. He came to give me a lift back to the shop to boot! Phenomenal service.
I can't say enough good things about Chris's West Side Auto. Since I moved to Evansville I have been taking my car to get serviced and I always got outstanding service. Chris and his team are the only place in town I will take my vehicles. 3 generations of my family do as well. Great, honest, professional, family oriented, and hard working people. They keep all of my family's vehicles running, safe, and in top condition. You can't put a price on that. We feel like family here. We won't ever go anywhere else.
They have a customer for life. My Acadia sat not running for almost 2 years and they fixed what we thought was unfixable for a reasonable price and communicated throughout the process so well. It drives like a dream. I will never go to anyone else! They really seemed to care that they got this mama of 4 back and on the road! Even did some extras!

By far the best mechanic I have gone too! We are from Indy and our car completely gave out on us while we were in Evansville visiting. He got us taken care of super early in the morning plus he helped us find a trustworthy tow service. I wouldn’t not hesitate to take my car to him again for repair. Chris got us ready to roll in the road within a couple of hours.
