I took my car for an engine swap charged over $2800 and I still can't use the car because the electrical system was messed, they can't fix that because they claim the wires were cut and they didn't do it, no one has ever messed with the electrical since I bought the car 10 years ago. They wanted the steering rack , and alternator replaced, went to another shop and was told those are in good working order. Shop around and check reviews First, this guys will overcharge you more than a dealership and not even do a good job.
My daughter just left my house after my husband checking her brakes because this business was telling her she needs her brakes changed, and quotes her an outrageous price on replacement, NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH HER BRAKES!!!!, im sorry but I believe this business IS NOT HONEST!!! SHAME SHAME ON YOU!!!
DO NOT GO HERE! I went in for an exhaust gasket. They did work that wasn't necessary, charged me for it then put me in a place where I had to pay. Then I went to another place just to find my gas line was cut, my belts were cut, and they tried to charge me for work that didn't need done. Save your time and money. Go to a reputable shop
Great experience!!!! Had issues with an alternator late on a Saturday night. Marci and Rick were kind enough to get us taken care of. Being from out of town I was worried I was going to get taken advantage of on cost due to the situation I was in with my family. They proved me wrong. They were extremely fair on cost. Will be forever grateful to them. Very kind and courteous. Would highly, highly recommend them. Thank you so much Marci and Rick.
I have protection through CarShield and had to have work done Round the Clock was the closet mechanic, so that’s who I went with. I kinda knew the problem but didn’t say. After a short wait I was taken to the vehicle to get the diagnoses. To my surprise my vehicle was spilling water at a rapid rate, this was NOT part of my original issue. I immediately began to film the encounter and no choice but to leave the car for repairs. I definitely couldn’t drive it in its current condition. THEY KEPT MY VEHICLE FOR OVER 3 WEEKS!!! I picked it up on Friday and had to take it back Monday(open claim, it had to go back to who done the work). Idk what they’ve done but now my vehicle is constantly going into “limp” mode and lights I paid over $400.00 to fix are worse off than they started and I have to pay a whole different place to do the work properly. If I could give 0 stars,,, I would. But I am a firm believer that what you do to others will find its way back to you, babe.
Excellent. Easily the nicest, most professional facility I have used. The local Volvo dealer closed their franchise so I was very happy to hear their Master Technician went to work with Ricardo who I have always known as a consummate professional. I know very little about cars but I do know that any for any Volvo owner this should be your first call.
I am from out of town and they repaired my vehicle the same day on a Saturday. They had a fair quote and were very kind. I definitely recommend this establishment!
Service has been great. Bring your vehicle in for service they go through it and let you know if potential problems that will become bigger issues later on.
This is an outstanding repair facility. They went out of their way to help my daughter who was stranded in Evansville while traveling across the country. Affordable and professional. They also work late if needed. I fully recommend them.
Took car in for diagnostic on car. Said problem was intake gaskets. At the tune of close to $900 plus $75 fee which could apply to cost. Took to another shop. Computer board needed reset and a vacuum leak fixed. All at the cost of $350.
Ricardo damaged my house and my car when he failed to secure my car correctly on the tow truck. Carlos is beyond unprofessional and rude. He will accuse you of something you didn't do, but won't do right by what they did wrong.
I'm going to have to sue this place because of the damages they caused my car and home. Ricardo had a little boy with him in the tow truck. He probably was too distracted by the kid to secure the car properly.
Carlos had my car for almost a month straight making excuses why they couldn't deliver my car. The real reason seems to be that Carlos is very vindictive and petty. Their pricing is outrageous and the quality of their work is mediocre.
I understand that the shop is dealing with a crisis with some of their team being in the hospital. That shouldn't mean you can't return phone calls, make an effort to actually put in good customer service. Instead you will be met with guilt trips about some of their team being on life support and that's their excuse for being unprofessional and rude to customers, even to customers that didn't do anything to him. Carlos seems to be sexist and narcissistic.
My whole family will not be coming back to this shop, but don't let my experience stop you from trying out this shop. Give the shop a chance and see for yourself. I hope your experience is better than ours.
No one likes car trouble. Your ready to go to work just to find out your car isn’t, when you go to start it. This has happened multiple times to me and the last two I have requested the services of this shop. The owners professionalism and knowledge put me at ease right away. The issues were quickly diagnosed, and fixed in a timely manner. A really cool feature is that he waves a diagnostic fee if you decide to go ahead and pay for the maintenance needed. I will be sure to return and recommend this spot for your auto repair needs.
My fiance and I have never experienced such honest people in the mechanics world before! So thorough from bumper to bumper. Also explained things needed, you can bring your own parts etc. They are open late and just overall great people! Thank you! We will definitely be using this shop from now on!
1st- these guys are open until 9 pm on Saturday. 2nd- I called them with my problem- in town for a wedding, needing to drive home the next day. Carlos and Ricardo answered my call at 5 pm on a Saturday, came to me and fixed the vehicle enough for it to be driven vs towed back to their shop where they could be sure the repair could be done properly. Instead of a 3 day wait, these guys got me worked in and my suburban transmission cable repair was completed and returned to me in less than 3 hours. I’m happy with their honesty and kindness! Saved my weekend! Thank you both!
Looking for places to fix my window before it storms and they were the only place that offered to take a look at it this evening. Glad I came too bc everyone was very nice and helpful.
If you're reading reviews trying to find a more reasonable price, honest, and trust worthy mechanic, stop scrolling because these guys are THE BEST! I'm from St. Louis and my family and I were headed to Holiday World with our camper and we had 2 blow outs on the camper within 30 minutes of each other. Stranded on I-64 at 6 pm with a family is not a situation any parent wants to be in. Every place I called was closed and it was looking like we were going to be stuck until the next day. That's when I found Ricardo and his guys. Being from out of town and in an unfamiliar city, these guys dropped what they were doing and took care of family and I. Not only did they get me 2 tire but they didn't try and screw me over like a tourist just passing through town. They treated me like a friend or family member. It's hard to find a mechanic shop that will take care of you like that. These guys are awesome!
Okay. So imagine you're in the middle of Indiana, 4 hours into an 8 hour trip. And your 00 BMW throws a STOP ENGINE OIL PRESSURE light and it's Saturday afternoon in a city you've never been.
And you Google and find Round the Clock and then see that they're open til 8 on Saturday. And you call and they have an appointment available. And you meet Ricardo and he spends more time talking me through the repair and what it's going to take and what's wrong. Really spends the time helping you understand.
Then you find out not only does Ricardo know what's wrong, but he can get you back on the road in an hour and half.
That was my experience. And that's why I couldn't recommend him and his business any more. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, makes you feel like he actually cares about getting you on the road and understanding what he's fixing. Big fan. Huge fan.
I was passing through Evansville on a Saturday at 6 pm. Luckily Ricardo was able to help me out and set my car straight! They were quick too. So grateful for them.
Tonight, as I was driving home, I saw an elderly man walking down the side of the road. It was raining pretty hard, so I stopped to see if he was alright. He explained that he couldn’t get his truck started and was walking to find a mechanic shop. I had him get into the car, so he’d be out of the rain and asked him if he needed to go somewhere. He said he was from Morganfield, KY, so he had to get his truck fixed to get back. I told him I’d help find somewhere and did a quick Google search. Round the Clock Auto Repair popped up as being close by, so we popped in there.
Let me just tell you how amazing these guys were! My elderly passenger was born in the days before technology, so he had no cell phone. He needed to call his wife to let her know he might need help getting home, but didn’t know the number. As he put it, “I never call myself.” I filled Ricardo in on the situation. As he was discussing his mechanical issue with him, I was trying to find his phone number. My passenger started looking through his billfold to see if anything had his number on it, but to no avail. A car had just pulled into the shop, but Ricardo stopped what he was doing and grabbed his tools. He said, “Maybe we can get it to fire up and you can make it home”. He asked the gentleman if he would ride with him and show him where the truck was. Ricardo opened the car door for him and ensured he was in safely. He then drove him to his truck and fixed the problem for him. The man asked what he owed him and Ricardo replied, “You owe me nothing, sir.” He took out a business card and told him if he had any issues getting home, to call him. He would come and get him. They shook hands and Ricardo once again made sure he was safely inside, before seeing him off.
Their service went beyond professionalism tonight. The kindness and concern that was extended to this gentleman, was one of pure heart. I’m so glad I was there to witness it. I needed that! I highly recommend this shop.
Great service they get you in and get you out. Very happy customer! They replaced my brakes, rotars and did an oil change. And before all that they replaced my alternator and my radiator due to the last place that worked on my car and messed up my radiator. Thanks to these guys its fixed.
I did business with Round The Clock several months ago. I was traveling from Nebraska to North Carolina, and while passing through Indiana my car needed repair. True to their name (~ 7pm) and via some luck at Autozone, Carlos was able to assist with my repair. Ricardo is a phenomenal mechanic. He is professional, helpful, and thorough. Carlos is patient, knowledgeable, and a good communicator. I happen to pass through just a few before his daughter's birthday, which happened to the day before my grandma's, and she was the reason for my travels. Some things are meant to be, even the stress of a malfunctioning solenoid unit. Lucky for me I Round The Clock and some friends along the way.
Iwas at my wits end with my equinox to the point I was just going to sell it for scrap! I happen to be driving down Stringtown I seen their shop was still open at 8pm I went in and asked them to take a look at my car Ricardo tore it down found out my timing belt was the issue of why it was shutting off. He gave me a price kept it to fix and within 48 hours I had my car back and it’s doing just great! They were kind and so professional about everything while I was waiting for the results Carlos made sure it was comfortable in his waiting area we all exchanged conversation as if we knew each other a life time! I will always take my vehicles to them from here on out and I highly recommend round the clock repair!!! A HUGE THANK YOU to you both so awesome & kind
We had a game to attend for our boys football and not only did they fix the equinox but also our Cadillac Escalade needed a linkage put on they also had that done at the same time!!

I took my car here to get the wheel bearing replaced. They got me in quick and got the car done same day. Very friendly. However I had to take my car to another shop to get the brakes fixed a day after I got the car back from here and the other shop called me and asked who did my wheel bearing and then he facetimes me and showed me that the nut that holds the wheel bearing on was hanging on by a thread. I could of wrecked had I continued to drive my car like that. Be cautious.
Husband's starter went out in his 24 year old car. Talked to Carlos and Ricardo who are very nice and professional. They gave us a great estimate, towed it, and got it fixed in 2 days. Also told us other issues with the car and quoted us those repairs. Went on ahead and got his multiple point oil leak fixed, again in 2 days and at a great price. Definitely going back to them in the future for repairs and maintenance.
Originally made a post that gave 5 stars, that was before my check engine light came back on a week later. I called Carlos who came by, ran the codes and said would be back to get my truck. He never came back. It's over a month later and he wont return my calls or emails and I paid him $1400.00 for repairs. He reset the codes but they came back. I'm waiting to be vaccinated so I can go consult someone about being scammed out of this kind of money. Thanks for not being honest!
Extremely helpful and truly concerned. They went our of their was to explain exactly what was wrong and how it would be fixed. Great service and really great hours for the regular worker to be able to take after they get off. Bilingual to help all different people.
Highly recommend this shop! They were very professional and had my vehicle done in fast time all while performing quality work! Carlos is an excellent owner and his employees do outstanding work!!
