Extremely friendly professional service. I would highly recommend Shaggy’s to anyone that needs a tow. The price to have my truck towed from one side of Evansville to the other was extremely fair considering the cost of everything else today. This is the first tow I’ve had in 20 years but if I ever need another Shaggy’s Towing in the only company I’ll call.
The guy that came and moved my car back on the road was very nice. My car was in a hit and run in front of my house and I called Shaggy to help get my car off the grass and the gentleman did just that. Very nice and very helpful. Thank you guys so much. Prompt, friendly, and efficient service. My daughter was stranded last night (cold, raining, and getting dark). "Jay" got to her ASAP, towed her vehicle to the shop, and sat with her until her ride arrived. So grateful.
I called Shaggy’s and they happened to be near by, even though I was in an emergency situation and they could have completely over-charged me, they gave me their normal fee for in city. So friendly and helpful in what was a super stressful situation. Thank you!

Andrew is the man! Hit a decent size rock about 30 minutes outside of Evansville and blew both tires on the right side of my car and was stranded on the interstate. After being told 4-5 hour wait from AAA, Shaggy’s had a truck out there within 90 minutes. Reasonable prices and invaluable customer service.
I cannot I sing Andrew’s praises enough! My car was not starting, and I believed it was the alternator. I called Andrew to come and pick me up to take my car to the shop. He arrived exactly when he said he would and he took the time to jump my battery to see if the issue was the alternator. It actually started the car! He drove it around, looked a little bit more and said he believed I just had a bad battery. He saved me hundreds of dollars! And he did it all for free out of the goodness of his heart because he is an amazing person! I’m saving Shaggy’s Towing‘s number in my phone and will never call another towing company. I’ll always use Andrew and Shaggy’s!
Shaggys was excellent they gave me an expected time of arrival and showed up about 15 minutes early and was the cheapest tow around will definitely use them if I ever need a tow in the future
I have recently needed Shaggy's twice. I chose him the first time because of the good reviews and wow were they correct. Superb service, friendly, calm, easy to work with. Today when I broke down in a random driveway, Andrew was able to respond quickly. He carefully loaded my quite rare car and gingerly returned her home then helped me get her back in the garage. Outstanding customer service! I highly recommend Andrew and his team for all your towing needs! Truly top notch!

Everything went smoothly, and my vehicle made it to the shop for repairs. This is the friendliness and professionalism you need when the worst happens.
Very professional and down-to-earth. Knowledgeable driver. Very reasonable rates. Super polite and friendly. The driver communicated that there were 2 tows ahead of me and that it would be a little bit. He called me when he was ready to see if I was still ready to meet him. I appreciated his communication, since it gave me time to go home and take a nap. Thank you for making my very frustrating car breakdown easier to handle when I needed to get it to the shop. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I've worked in the automotive field for ten years, and he's the best. The nicest people, always quick, and very appropriately priced. Out of the 50 or so vehicles I've seen him tow into my shop, there hasn't been one mishap or damaged vehicle. He's the only tow service I'll use, I highly recommend him.
Was in very difficult predicament with our car being broken down an hour plus from home, and Andrew was the only person in town to even agree to try to help us. He showed up quickly and was able to get our vehicle moved and towed. He was nice and very helpful. I recommend this company to anyone.
I had to meet the tow truck for my brother, and it was a great experience. I was really impressed with Andrew. He was super friendly, personable, and helpful. He listened to where I wanted the car placed and followed through. Obviously no one wants to need a tow truck, but if you do, this is the place. If the need arises this will be my first call.
Shaggy was extremely professional and kind. He is a young entrepreneur and does a great job. My wife’s car had broken down and we had used roadside assistance. Shaggy made it a point to make sure he got to us in a timely fashion. He was easy to talk to, easy going, and new what he was doing. Just give him a call!
I've used Shaggy's twice now and the Driver is always very efficient and kind. Auto issues are stressful but Shaggy's taking care of me is not! :) Prices are very reasonable, too.
**updated second time we used Shaggy's** So my Daughters car would not go in park at the gas station. My husband drove over to see what he could do. Decided to tow it, called Shaggy's again. He said he was loading a car and would call me right back, true to his words he did. Told me he would be about 30 mins to get to it. Said he'd call when on the way, he did. When he got there, he asked what was wrong, he then proceeded to reach under the car, then said you want to drive it to home? What??? He did a temp fix so that we could get the car home! When I asked him what we owed he said nothing. I still give him half of the price that he had quoted because he came to tow a car for us! And his phone was ringing again as we said thanks and bye. I know this is long but people need to know the quality that is Shaggy's!!! This is the first time we called Shaggy's My Son was in need of having his truck towed, after a google search showed Shaggy's Towing with all great reviews, a call was placed. He got his basic info that he needed, gave me a best rough estimate of price, said he'd be there in 10 mins and in no time was there! Nice, friendly service. I highly recommend Shaggy's Towing!
Friendly fast service they go beyond to help you get your vehicle towed even if they can't. This company has been around for a very very long time and they are still the lowest in town. My car had a flat. This was the second tow company that my insurance sent out. The driver was polite and friendly. He got there when he said he was going to be there. He knew what he was doing not like the last tow company. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a tow
The gentleman showed up within mins and had our car at our house and unloaded in less than half and hour. This was on a Saturday no less. I couldn't have been more please. My fiance and I buy a lot of cars and use towing companies often. This was by far my best experience!
Very experienced in his job, told me every step, He even told me he would treat it like it was his own. Showed up on time, personally I will recommend this company over all the rest. And he beat all the other tow truck company. The closest was 45 dollars more. And everyone else upwards of 75/85/101. Simply put you go somewhere else your pockets will be real light. Thanks Shaggys
I’ve used Shaggy’s towing at least half a dozen times. From locking my keys in my car to needing my car taken to a mechanic, they’ve rescued me from having to pull my hair out. Dependable, honest, and on time. I wouldn’t call anyone else to tow my car.
You really can't beat good quality, friendly professional service for only $50.... I'm pleased. Not only did the gentleman pick my car up from it's stranded destination and drop it off at PepBoys for me. He was kind enough to make an extra trip to my home to pick up the key and collect payment. JD Byrider charges me $200 every time I need them to come and get the piece of Water Damaged Crap they sold me. Next time I decide to go vehicle shopping I would take Dodge's advice and dodge it. Dodge vehicles are a bunch of crap anyway, and its even worst when it's coming from JD Byrider. My car has been in the shop every year since I've had it. Within these last 2 months its been back to JD Byrider for repairs 4 times. I've even posted Shaggys Towing on my review that I gave them.
