I had to have one star marked to leave a review but they don’t deserve that. This is a horrible place to do any business with at all. They are rude and it’s almost impossible to get your car back if it ends up there. They are legally stealing people’s cars. They need to loose their license from the city to even operate the business. If you don’t need to use their services don’t save yourself a headache use someone else.
Never use this business they dented my truck so badly and I have before and after pictures and the manger still will not contact me! A good company would be calling back and covering what they damaged!
The people that run this place are crooks and liars. I highly doubt the owner knows about their shady ways. They rip people off and the poor drivers have to deal with getting cussed out. Shame on you! The city needs to end their contract with you once and for all!!! CALL TRISTATE TOWING and save yourself the headache!
Scheduled a tow and waited 3 hours for a call their driver was on the way. No call. Called dispatcher back and was told that their driver had already been out there despite not receiving a call. I explained I hadn't received a call but had been watching for one. They instructed me to head out to the vehicle and that they would send their driver back out. I waited 45 minutes for the driver. No show. Called the dispatcher and was told that their supervisor had instructed them not to take the call. I will hire anyone else in the future after this experience, and I recommend everyone else do the same.
they are the only towing company that police use it so they charge what ever they feel like it so if you need towing service please don't use them they will rip you off
i wonder if they bribe the Evansville city official to get the contract
Yesterday I got stuck in mud they came quickly and helped pulled my vehicle out of the mud the fact I was stuck deep down I couldn't near get out It was costly but I do appreciate them helping me I would recommend them most definitely if this ever happens to anyone
Wouldn't let my daughter drive to her totalled vechile. She had a sleeping baby in her rental car didn't want to wake her. She also asked to use restroom.. was told no. Sry. She had to leave and make another trip next day. She lives 30 to 45 minutes away. Single mom, hit deer going to work..didn't have the extra money for gas to do that.. they weren't nice to her. I hated to hear this and this is who Warrick Co Sheriff's dept called for her to tow her undeliverable car.
Poor Customer Service- on the both ends of the call center and driver. If Ur having such a bad day that you need a tow truck you shouldn’t have to deal with rude customer service personnel.
Worst tow company ever . First they agreed to tow my truck then next day they step back . The woman work there Tina she doesn’t know what she doing coz she took my card information and then after 30 minutes she calls and canceled on me coz they got another business . Not worth of time such a Liar
Totally unprofessional business with even worse service. Parked in the PARKING LOT of the business and was told that we had to move or the owner would “cuss us out.” Extremely uncalled for and will NEVER be using this service again. I suggest that no one else use this service either. As a business owner myself, I honestly have no clue how they are still open. Staff is extremely rude.
If I could give them a 0 I would. The woman who answers the phone is rude and disrespectful. They couldn’t answer any of my questions. They don’t give you prices at the scene and when I called they were billing me for $500. I simply asked why the bill was so high the woman instantly got defensive about there prices and what they do. I would not recommend.
Straight up the most personable people I've ever met. They do a hard job and deal with a lot of s*** but still try to help. It pays off being nice to people. Merry Christmas guys.
My daughter had a wreck 5 miles from our house they charged $259 to haul it . The first driver of the tow track told us the car had to go back to there yard so they could charge $50 a day for storage . Had to talk to the cops to get the guy to haul it where we wanted. Total scam
I tried to get a tow from this company. They took all my info for my credit card . Then called my 40 min later, meanwhile Im stuck in a ditch slid off the road on 900 west in Owensville, and proceed to tell me They weren't coming and i should ask a farmer in the area to pull me out . The most unprofessional thing I have had to deal with. So i called beatle towing in Owensville, Steve came out in the same truck Hamrick would of came in and got me out in 5 min. Would not recommend. And there prices r outrageous!!!!!
It's really not fair that I give them 2 stars, fr! They didn't do anything but the Co. they work for are some real jewels! I've been a member of AARP for many yrs, yet you gonna tell me that I forgot to pay their big $16 yearly dues!? Really Rita Faye?! Geezzz!!
They towed my wife's car to the collision center after she hit a deer. The next day, I went to the center and noticed the tow driver had left a big greasy hand print on the inside of the driver's door. Then they tried to bill me $245 for the tow. When questioned, they went with the "oh, it was a clerical error" response. The car ended up totaled out, but there was $164 deduct for having heavily soiled door panel. I would never use these guys again.
I was involved in an accident and Hamricks came and towed my vehicle and while it was sitting at there lot I had a light bar stolen off my vehicle, and all of my personal belongings were put in the bed of my truck to be left in the weather. (The vehicle was not totaled was just waiting for insurance to pick up)I would NOT recommend this towing company to anyone. They also have terrible customer service while trying to receive items from the vehicle!
Vehicle had to be towed there after an accident. After finding out that it was totalled, I went to clean it out. Everything was quick and easy with the people and pretty well fool/theft proof. All in all good experience considering the circumstances
Driver was immediately cussing when he called about an alternative route to get to the vehicle. Gave him the alternative route and he never came back. Had to call Triple A to get a different tow.
Rude, disrespectful, downright abhorrent behavior.

AVOID DOING BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!
You would think if a truck goes in a small ditch nose first it should be pulled out by its hitch but NOOO.... He hooked onto the front suspension by the driver side wheel and pulled it out sideways causing so much damage to the suspension, bending the axle and other parts that my insurance called it a total loss......But you know what? They're not responsible for any damages......Really?........A expensive lesson learned!!!!
Joe was an absolute angel! So helpful, courteous and understanding during my stressful time. He stood with me and provided a bottle of water because it was so hot. He made this unfortunate situation into a positive experience because I met him. Please let him know how appreciative I am. Thank you Hamrick Towing!!
