A great place to go if you only want your car to work for the first two months! This was my second car from them but unfortunately the same issues with the car breaking down after the second payment. Wouldn’t trust them at all!
That information is incorrect in your response. If you want to clarify facts for anybody reading the comment then you should start by telling the truth. The first vehicle that you are referring to is the Buick regal which I had to trade it in 6 months after I got it in 2016 because even after bringing it back to you SEVERAL times due to the oil running out of the car every two weeks and your “mechanic” telling me I was driving it too much because my school at the time was TWO blocks away from the house I was living in. I eventually took it to a real mechanic and they informed me that actually the engine had a crack in it and would not hold oil until I put a new engine in it. I’m not sure where you get your information from but I suggest you get new sources because I have receipts to show proof. I even came in after I got a new car from a trustworthy car dealership and you, the owner, was upset because I didn’t give you a chance to fix it even though I brought the car back to your shop 5-6 times before hand! Your records should indicate that you had to pay me back cash from the extended warranty that was still on the car. My mom has also gave you guys several chances and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE CARS SHE HAS BOUGHT HAS HAD ISSUES AFTER 2-3 months. There has also been several Facebook posts made about the shady cars you sell from the people in Tipton. You can try to make excuses all you want but the facts don’t lie and the pattern over the past 10 years is OBVIOUS. I would also like to note that I told your son that I felt like something was wrong with the car after I test drove it and he assured me the back tires were warped. I have also tried calling your dealership all week and my calls have been dodged by everyone except for the women at the mechanic shop. My HONEST review stands and I’m sorry if that upsets you. It says a lot about an owner when they go out of their way to make previous customers look like liars because the are unhappy about the perception of THIER experience with your business. You should do better for the community you say you serve!
I bought a car from this company. They were super easy to work with, very nice, helpful, friendly. Big fan of this place! Everything about it was easy and great, I hope I need to buy more cars so I can come back here, seriously.
Staff is very friendly and helpful! They helped get me into a good car. Jhade, in the front, is an absolute baddie and the guy in the back is cute, too! Lol but not as cute as duke, the dog ?
Easily one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership. Staff is very friendly and personable in their operation. They're nothing like the typical horror story "used car salesman" that's trying to get you to leave with absolutely everything they can throw at you. Conversations were very human and straightforward. Will definitely keep this place in mind when buying a car in the future.
My Father and I just had a great buying experience at DeLong Auto Group! Highly recommend them! We drove almost 2 hours to look at a specific truck and it exceeded our expectations. The truck is like brand new. We bought it and are very pleased with the purchase. The facility is also very clean, in and out. Nothing but quality vehicles in their lot. No junk here! Give them a call! If it says Delong in the ad, then it's going to be good?
This dealership is so amazing to work with! Everything from the friendly faces to the great selection and value of cars was a great experience! Dk is easy going and always ready to help in any way he can. Duke is always great to see as well! They are family friendly and never make you feel like a burden for bringing in children. She is great employee . Keep her at all cost you really don’t meet people like her now a days . She told me a couple stories and I was glad I got to hear them .
I recently purchased a used truck from DeLong and had a great experience. I was initially late to my appointment and DK was very gracious and understanding. I test drove two trucks and asked lots of questions. DK gave pros and cons of each vehicle and was very honest about the history of each vehicle. He definitely did not fit the stereotype of a used car salesmen. I will absolutely be going back to DeLong for my next vehicle purchase.
Lynn was so nice, understanding, and quick at getting me approved for the vehicle I so desperately needed! She kept in contact with me from the time I went in and till I drove off with the vehicle.
DK was also amazing! He also was really understanding, had all the paperwork ready for me when I got there, he got me in and out pretty quick! He made sure I was happy and satisfied with my vehicle and their work before I left.

Bought our daughter's first car off Lynn here for Christmas, and couldn't be happier! So easy to work with. The car had a couple unforseen issues discovered after purchase, and it was taken care of, with little to no effort or cost to us. Plus, if you go to tipton, you might get to hang out with Duke, which is worth the trip alone. Cannot recommend more highly!

We had a great experience in May 2024 at DeLong Auto in Tipton! We were looking at purchasing a golf cart for our family (which we did!). Lynn was AWESOME! She was so informative and very easy to talk to. She didn't pressure us to buy but she did make us more excited about doing so!
DK was great to work with too and so is their shop for repairs, oil changes, etc. We brought it in for an oil change and to fix a screw that had came loose and service there was great too! Highly recommend checking out DeLong whether you're shopping for a golf cart or a new vehicle!

I’ve bought 2 trucks from Delong Auto and I don’t think I’ll do business with any other car salesman again. In between my first and second purchase, I went with a different dealership and was stuck with a piece of junk because the dealer lied about what service had been performed and hid problems. Delong was very helpful and honest. Both trucks are still on the road and they have my business for life.
