Prices are ridiculous, they say they have competitor prices when it’s not. Go to car-parts to find the junkyard near you with your part. They are the most expensive around like castles in Frankfort. Every part puller here is clueless and always gives me the wrong part, I try to return the part that they say was it and I get a too bad you bought it. Another thing, don’t call Leslie at joeys to scrap your car, call their other shop in Lafayette because they will give you a better pricing and pick it up. I’ve thrown in the towel at this place, stay clear.
Great group of guys working here! I needed a hard to find sensor and a body panel for my truck. They were nice enough to drive me around the yard and help me look in the freezing cold. Found the parts I needed and they pulled em on the spot for me. Gave me a fair price and excellent service. 10/10 if you're in the area, this is the place to go!
Absolutely amazing. Everyone is super nice, showed me around the yard, and helped me out! I will 100% be coming back for the parts I need as soon as I can. I thought that this was going to be a very small yard with little to offer, but I was surprised! There are absolutely UNTOUCHED cars back there with every single part still on them! If you have an older, rare car, I bet they’ll have what you need for it! Thank you for showing me around!
I was looking for particular parts for my car that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. Their database showed that they had the parts in stock. When I got there the associate went out to the parts yard to get them. When he came back he said that there was an error when the parts were entered on the computer and they did have the 4 parts in stock and they were entered as size 16 but were actually size 15 so they wouldn't fit the factory trim option on my car and were specific for a different factory trim option for the model of my car. Just a small mistake when the parts were entered on the computer and mistakes do happen sometimes. He went online to see if another business had the parts and found them and he gave me the name and address and phone number for the business that had the correct parts that I needed. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Great auto part pulling place. Call ahead and tell them what you need and ask them to pull it for you. Show up, pay and on your way. Great experience. Got me just what I needed.
Joe's a great guy. Man knows what he's talking about every time I go out there. Glad it's only a 15 min drive when ever it's time for a new nonsense project.
This place is a step back in time. It's a friendly bunch of guys that are honest and knowledgeable and ready to answer your questions and help serve tour needs.
Driscolls Enterprises formally known as James and James used car lot of West Point Indiana is under new ownership. Joeys tow services of Lafayette and his brother Tim Driscoll, Now own the junkyard. Awesome place for a lot of good used parts!
