Absolutely wonderful experience! I was able to get help on short notice despite the frigid weather. This was not for junk, but to help me move a truckload of items from storage to my apartment and the operation went flawlessly. They were careful with the special items, and even hauled away a small load of boxes for me. Excellent people, excellent service. Zero complaints! Highly recommend!

DC Haul Away Junk Removal helped clean out my family home after the estate sale. They were friendly, courteous, and reliable. They had to drive quite a distance but did not complain. The price they charged for the service was very reasonable. I will call them again in the future if I have a need.
I was very pleased with Dan and his helper.They worked continuously without stopping eventho the temp was close to 90. They were pleasant and very respectful.They arrived at exactly the agreed upon time.I highly recommend them and will be using them again for a basement ckean out.
I have worked with this company twice now about a year apart each time I received quick communication a fast drop off and pick up in one time he even helped me load heavier things that I could not do by myself. This gentleman came to my home and made all of our outdoor clutter and scraps from projects disappear! He was so kind and personable. I was absolutely shocked when a sudden rainstorm hit while he was loading and I looked outside and he was waiting it out in his truck. Most people would have rescheduled and come back later. Nope! He finished everything! He was extremely affordable and I gave more than he originally asked for because the job was difficult! Better than renting a dumpster or using the big name companies! He will be my first call anytime I need trash haul in the future!
Had a ton of old, heavy wood and awkward structures from an old pool and deck —Dan and JJ at DC Haul-a-way knocked it out like pros. Friendly, fast, and came fully prepared. They handled everything safely and cleaned up perfectly. Great price for the amount of work, honestly it was a lot. Highly recommend! This was my first time needing junk removal and I wasn't sure what to expect. I was blown away by the quick response (Sunday night email received a response same night) and the fast availability. DC Haul-a-way was available the next day for my pick up. The gentleman who arrived was punctual and even worked with me to change the time a bit due to my work schedule. He called to make sure he was in the right place and waited until I could make it home. The area I needed cleaned out was my back patio and I haven't used it in years. Needless to say, it was a mess and a few animals had clearly been allowed to relieve themselves there. He was very friendly and assured me it wasn't an issue. I didn't request that he clean the animal waste because I was mortified and I felt horrible for him! He did it anyway and with a smile!!! I'm so thankful and will be using this company again for some other projects. Thank you so much!!

Dan and Russell did a basement cleanout for us -35 years worth of stuff. They did a fantastic job, removing furniture, lots of shelf units and boxes upon boxes all while being as pleasant as can be and reasonably priced. They made what we thought was going to be difficult into a painless process. We could not be more pleased with the end result.

After a brief phone call with Dan. I snapped a couple pictures of my junk and sent them to Dan. After all the motto is "show us your junk" . Dan was quick to respond with a reasonable quote to remove my junk and work with me to accommodate a time to pick it all up. Excellent service!! I sent pictures of our limbs and branches that needed removed, gave me a prompt estimate and date and time he could pickup. Arrived promptly and was able to take all of the limbs in his large trailer!! And left no debris!! We highly recommend and will be using again as we have no way to remove our tree limbs. This week, Dan hauled away railings, wood, etc we tore off of our deck for a remodeling project. He did a great job and we highly recommend DC Hauling. Dan was responsive with all communications, he was on time, he didn't miss anything he was supposed to load and he was professional. His truck and trailer are clean and well maintained. Had DC Haul-a-way remove a refrigerator and other stuff from my basement. My main concern was damaging the upstairs floor during the process. They were extremely careful and my floors did not receive any damage. Very pleased with their quick response, friendly demeanor, and very reasonable price. Would definitely use them again if the need arises.
