I was looking for particular parts for my car that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. Their database showed that they had the parts in stock. When I got there the associate went out to the parts yard to get them. When he came back he said that there was an error when the parts were entered on the computer and they did have the 4 parts in stock and they were entered as size 16 but were actually size 15 so they wouldn't fit the factory trim option on my car and were specific for a different factory trim option for the model of my car. Just a small mistake when the parts were entered on the computer and mistakes do happen sometimes. He went online to see if another business had the parts and found them and he gave me the name and address and phone number for the business that had the correct parts that I needed. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Great auto part pulling place. Call ahead and tell them what you need and ask them to pull it for you. Show up, pay and on your way. Great experience. Got me just what I needed.
Fraudulent workers. I gave them specific model numbers of parts that I needed. Wanted to charge me 1.5x price of new parts. So I went ahead and only asked for the absolute essential. They dont know What they are doing, tried to sell me a 4 lug Saturn rim/tire & tried to tell me that was the Nissan Altima 2007-2012 model. I felt like a joke to them. I asked for my money politely waiting to leave and was hit with “no refunds” and “stocking fees”. The owner seemed like a great hard working guy but his workers definitely do not offer the same effort and dedication. I will not be coming back
