Bad experience every time I go there there were they are rude to treat us like we're theifs before I even get to the back talk down to me that guy who runs that place needs fired there losing a lot of customers because of him
I just recently started coming to this Paul's and by far the best one. Lonnie and Tara were both Very helpful . This is where I'll be taking my scrap from now on for sure
Their prices for parts are insane, if you’re going there to get some interior pieces for your car expect to spend a ton. The customer service is terrible as well, the girl working in the office has no clue what she’s doing and is super disrespectful, I will never do business with this location again. Utterly pathetic.
I’ve never had a good experience a Paul’s in the past, apparently the Knox location is no different. They tell you where a vehicle is at and it’s not at all where it is. I even called ahead to verify they had the parts I was looking for, no surprise they didn’t. They told me they had two Chevy Cruzes and one of them had a good front end. They actually had three Chevy cruzes and two were missing a front end and the other one the entire front end had caught on fire and nothing was salvageable. Wasted an hour of my day, I should’ve known better.
Paul's auto yard is best around!!! They came got old vehicle for me and paid me for taking it. Prue was so very helpful for and helped all my needs. I appreciated her kindness as well.
Was looking for a steering column for our 1988 f250 the people at Paul's auto yard hook us up awesome people to deal with would recommend to anyone needs
Last 3 times I have been here my empty weights are different ! They claim they don't know what's up but yet told us we aren't the only ones to complain and have had the guy out checking the scale.
The staff were very kind and helpful to me. They were the only yard for quite a distance that had the rims that I needed. If I needed a junk yard part again I would go back
Making an assumption that the "man" who appeared to be in charge was the manager. Regardless of who he is, he actually literally came out and inspected our load and borderline interrogated us about our load. We proved we were legit, and he took the load, but not before he docked us for glass. Which totaled out to be a whole whopping 2$. Did not affect us on the money side of things. It was literally a 2$ difference. I will refer to him as officer petty. We will never go to Paul's in Knox again. The Westville facility is great! FYI- Howard's in Hamlet pays
Great place to get used auto parts at a fair price and take scrap metals. Yard is organized and well kept with a good inventory of vehicles. Staff are helpful and friendly to deal with.
