The man that came was not very rude, called me out my name, unprofessional, and had an attitude off the back!! I’m not saying it’s the whole company but they need to check their workers. By the way his name was Adame Scott. First time using them and if they send people like that out it will be my last. Suck a shame I had to put one star because that’s not even deserved.
Progressive Insurance sent Ace Towing out to help me with a tire change through my roadside coverage. They showed up almost immediately. Great people. Great service. I would highly recommend them.
Called multiplies times... finally someone answered. i was trying to tell them the problem and hung up on me. wouldn’t go here for help, so unprofessional. :)
If I could I would rate a zero. I called for a lockout service and the person who answered the phone was very short with me. I was told I would receive a phone call and over an hour later and a different service coming to help o never got a call back. What a waste of time.
If I could give NO stars I would. They are not 24/7 as they claim. I called and they answered "What do you want?" in the most rude way they could. I explained my tire blew out on the side of the road in -10°f weather. They told me I needed to wait until the morning. It was -10 on a one lane road. I can only imagine what would have happened if I had not been lucky enough to find a way home.
An elderly lady asked me to use my phone in Kohl's because she had locked her keys in her car. After the police told us they weren't able to help, we found this company online and decided to give them a shot due to their good rating. The guy on the phone said he'd have to call her back and 6 minutes later with no response I urged her to try again because I had an appointment to make it to. He was immediately nasty on the phone to her until she told him that she did not have her phone and she was using a stranger's- mine. I was able to contact the company's owner and he claimed it was a mechanic or driver who had answered the phone and said it will be corrected. Hes a pretty nice guy, so Im hoping it is rectified, and I'm happy to say they did help her.
If you need something towed in the Mishawaka area - give these guys a call first.
They're more than fair on price. And service has been phenomenal every time I've had to (unfortunately) use them.
