Finding parts for a 16 year old motorhome was not easy for CRS ,but they would not be denied. They tracked down new parts and did a fabulous job of repairing my Roadtrek.
I especially appreciated the phone or text updates from Tanya every few days. I would highly recommend them.
Everyone at CRS was great! From estimate to repair, it was an easy and quick process. We had our vehicle fixed not through an insurance claim and the process was just as easy. CRS does a fantastic job of taking care of the customer from start to finish. They are helpful and make sure you understand the process of repairs. Needed minor repairs to front grill and turn signal bulb. Everybody was friendly, courteous and helpful. Job was completed as needed and priced very good! Would definitely return in the future and strongly recommend.
Collision Repair Systems Custom Body Shop did outstanding repair work on our car after being hit on the side and backend. Looked like new!!! They dealt with the insurance company when hidden damage was uncovered as they began the restoration work. They went a above and beyond by cleaning the interior of our car as well as the exterior! Staff was awesome. Easy, stress free experience! We highly recommend them as your first and only choice for collision and other repair!
I could not have been happier with the entire experience! Minor mishap to a new vehicle. Brad was excellent in handling the estimate and all contact with my insurance company. We had roof & body damage from a large tree limb falling on our class B RV. It involved repairs by both CRS and Coachmen. Jarod of CRS did a great job coordinating repairs and insurance payments. Coach is like new. Highest commendation!
They were very organized. Very prompt. The alignment came in less expensive than quoted in a very timely fashion. I have other stuff I need to do and I would highly recommend CRS to anybody I know.

Great experience here! I had a canopy fall on my service van roof and punctured it. I stopped in there and they made a temporary repair and sealed it up for me so that I wouldn’t have any water damage until it could be properly repaired and didn’t even charge me. Great company!!
They did AMAZING with my car. They even cleaned my car when I got it back. Even let me know that I was having issues with my car battery and fixed it right away for me. I will always come back to them for fixing any of my cars.
After a crazy encounter with a flying tire, I needed to have replacement parts done and bodywork on the whole front left side of my car. I was referred to CRS by my Insurance agent. One of the best experiences ever. Mike and his team were amazing. I contacted CRS after finding that they did the original paint on our motorhome 7 years ago. They asked all the right questions about the MH decor package, and knew all the colors. I just had them paint a new furnace access panel to match the stripes on the old panel. Color match is perfect, and only took 3 days.

Probably by far the best shop in town! The customer service is amazing, they work with my insurance without me even worrying about it. They cleaned my car That I barely recognized it, it was so clean!

We heard about CRS and wanted to give them a try after a crack was found just beneath the hood on our new SUV. We were concerned not just for the crack but how much we were gonna pay. Mike, the Manager was friendly, courteous and handled our Vehicle with care. After looking at it for an estimate, he spent a short time and buffed it out for us at no charge. God is good and we are thankful!

CRS did a great job painting my new truck. They turned a "boring" white truck in to a work of art! I was told they were the best in the business, and they certainly lived up to it.

I took my 2018 Dodge charger to CRS customs to get my driver side doors fixed after somebody hit me. Very little damage could have been a quick and easy fix . But when I went to go get my car the paint had fish eyes in it had a bunch of overspray in places it shouldn't. inside my doors had overspray and brown paint the bottom half of my door for probably three inches had brown spots of primer you could clearly see pretty good if you got down there to look . Runs dripping down the door to where the corners hang past debris in the paint so I called and they say yeah we'll fix it I take it back and get the car back same thing looks like they did absolutely nothing to it so I try again looks like they did something this time but now my back bumper is messed up so we try again they fix the back bumper kind of looks better then whatever they did to make a nice spider web section in my paint so after five times of taking my car back to get fixed over a month and a half he tells me I'm being too picky because they're still damage from them on my running board on my garage kept car that I keep very clean in the damage was not there before it went there and wants to tell my wife off pretty much and I've tried to get their insurance information so I can make another insurance claim to get my car fixed properly from a good Auto body mechanic and they will not answer me so be aware just because they've been in the area a while doesn't mean they do good work!!! I got a kind of expensive car I don't even like to look at anymore dumb. thanks guys smh. if you DONT want your car to look like it did and or better go here ESPECIALLY IF IT'S BLACK hopefully they save somebody the headache I had to go through
I truly didn't believe there were good people in this world anymore until I came across Collison Repair. These people actually care and you don't hear that much anymore! Thank you for taking the time to try and repair my poor CH-R after it was smashed into, parked in front of my house. The whole situation sucked, but you guys made everything a breeze.
