Fantastic service! I have a duley box truck that needed a lift tow ASAP, I know nothing about vehicles or towing but they made it very simple and the price was reasonable. The tow truck driver was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. I hope I do not need a tow in the future but I know who I'll call if I do!
This driver’s name is rich or Kyle. This person did damage my car’s hood; a plug took off and disappeared. Now I cannot open the hood for a week now.
He shouldn’t do it on the front under of my car to tow but should be on the back side of the car. So now my car is broken and damaged. I’m deaf, and this person has been lying.
I have known my car for over 7 years. This has never happened until the last four days ago. They never gave me a receipt or needed to fix or report paperwork required by their job after I found out myself w my car and hood isn’t right.
Austin with Kyle’s Towing got to me very quickly and made sure to be extremely cautious with my old lincoln after my front ball joints busted. He was very knowledgeable and they make it very clear that they care about you and your car. I was very impressed with how quickly he got to me, the respect and carefulness he showed my car while in the process of towing it, and the skill he had to drop it exactly where I asked him to when he was unloading. I needed my truck towed about 6.5 miles the cost was VERY reasonable. Not to mention the driver Blake was absolutely phenomenal!! I even asked him if I ever needed towed again could I request he be the driver? I would gladly recommend Kyle’s to anyone that needs their vehicles towed.. oh and the person who answered the phone was very polite and knowledgeable he took the time to listen to my concerns.
There was an incident with our towing, the owner and his whole team was quick to make everything right and correct the issue in a timely manor. Would highly recommend!
Kyle's Towing was sent to tow a my sons vehicle through the State Farm Roadside assistance app. It was a Friday evening and I live 900 miles away but they were friendly and speedy with their service. There were some logistic problems on my behalf and they were happy to come back the following day and take care of me. The level of communication through the process was great. I would recommend Kyle's for your towing needs.
On Thanksgiving, my fiancé's Tesla battery stopped working while visiting my parents in South Bend. It needed towed all the way to a Tesla service center in Indianapolis. I knew about Kyle's from my friends over at CRS Custom and when I called Kyle's on Friday, I was happy to hear they could handle the job. After some back and forth with insurance on who they'd cover, Kyle's ended up being better priced than our insurance options. They came by right away on Saturday morning as requested and after a quick sign off and payment, they handled the rest.

Told us that the eta for the tow was 25 minutes. It's been over an hour and a half. We also called the company and got the most unenthusiastic phone operator. If you need a quick tow, try anywhere else. All around bad customer service. If I had four hands, I'd give them four thumbs down

My girls car ended up being a no start condition last night, called up Kyle’s (driver was Austin) P.S. AMAZING driver. Amazing service. Dropped the car right off in my garage and was able to get right to work with no extra hassle. Including tow time and diagnosis spent 4 hours on the car and it’s fixed! I had a dead battery this morning and had to put in a request for roadside assistance. A very polite young man named Alex came out hooked everything up and then waited patiently while we figured out why my vehicle still wasn't turning over. This young man is an asset to the company and I greatly appreciate him coming out in the cold to help me today.
I hit a huge pothole and it popped my tire. I made it to work but my tire was completely flat, I contacted my insurance company for roadside assistance and they dispatched Kyle’s Towing and Recovery to come tow my car to the tire shop. Kyle’s was there in NO time after I contacted my insurance for roadside assistance. Absolutely thankful for Kyle’s quick response and great service!! Kyles towing has excellent customer service. My vehicle needed to be towed at night and I had my small children with me. I entered my information to have my vehicle towed with road side assistance and requested a call back. Gavin with Kyle’s towing was amazing! Gavin called me within 5 minutes and was at my vehicle to tow it within 10 minutes. I’m very grateful he was able to tow much truck and I didn’t have to wait long with my children. They were very careful with my pickup truck. No damages found after towing. They offered a very reasonable price for the day of the week, time without an appointment. Total time from web research, calling and waiting for their arrival was only 40 mins. I was impressed.
These guys were great. Came out quickly and towed my car to 2cd Shift Auto repair in Mishawaka for me. The girl I talked to on the phone to the tow driver that came out were FANTASTIC and very helpful. I could not have asked for better service. And since this happened on a Saturday afternoon they still came right out. A couple of other towing services would not even come out till Monday to do a tow. And I must mention that the Price for a weekend tow was Very REASONABLE. So I already have referred these people( Kyle's Towing ) to family and friends.
