A huge thank you to Brian and Nate! I was on my way back to KY in a rental car when I got a flat tire on the side of the expressway. There was no spare in the car. Brian towed me to Walmart to try and get the tire plugged, when they told me it would be a few hours he called Nate back at their shop and we headed there. They plugged my tire and got me back on the road. Super nice and helpful guys! It was greatly appreciated and I highly recommend!
Extremely rude and didn’t seem to care if car got damaged in process. They got the job done but not a good experience at all. Seems to me like they are always like this though so it probably won’t change.
I called Ross's when my son's truck broke down and am so happy they are who I chose to call. My son's truck is very big with a 6" lift and slightly wider offset tires. The road he broke down on had no shoulder or emergency lane so to get off the road he was in the grass that had a slight downward slope. This was a busy state road at rush hour. Ross's arrived very quickly and was extremely knowledgeable. Bryan was able to complete the task of loading the extra wide truck that is extremely top heavy and was on a slope efficiently and carefully while traffic was flying beside us just a couple of feet away. Ross's arrived quickly and loaded the truck smoothly demonstrating their knowledge and skill. They were very courteous and after hauling our truck home to another town we were charged a very reasonable rate instead of an outlandish fee. Cannot recommend enough! Thanks guys!!!
They went way, way above and beyond for me. I had locked my key in the trunk for a rental car and the trunk release would not work to open the trunk. They had to about take the back seat apart to get to ithe key in super super hot weather. I would have been in really bad situation had they not taken care of this. Professional, empathetic and really great service. Highly recommend.

Called them to tow my truck over to the dealership after I couldn't get it to start. He asked when he got here if he could take a quick look. Had the truck running within 5 minutes! He charged me for driving over ($20) and saved me literally hundreds of dollars at the dealership. He was in no way obligated to assist like that and I am incredibly grateful for the help!
I called them out of desperation because they were the only ones answering their phone on a holiday weekend. Rather than pay them mileage to come to another town, they were nice enough to give me the number for a local tow company that wasn't listed on Google.

First they only except cash! Second ,they tried to get me to agree that my vehicle was totaled when it wasn't ,it only had two flat tires a pierced brake line and a small dent on the right side door. I had my vehicle running in a week. Third they won't tow anything to your house if it was towed by the police or the state (something about double dipping). Three star's seems high considering all the negatives but they did have excellent customer service and the gentleman at the front desk was able to refer other tow truck companies to help me with my dilemma and according to him he wasn't trying to charge me an arm and a leg for my car even though I paid $190 to retrieve it after just 1 day.
