I was broke down on an interstate off ramp and they sent a mechanic to check the truck out. Thinking that the engine was locked up I was thinking it needed a full engine replacement. After towing it to Midwest Truck Repair and accessing the issue they were able to fix it and helped me avoid a more costly engine repair.

I’ve seen these guys service a variety of vehicles, from semi to tour bus, box trucks dump trucks you name it and they fix it and quick. Very strong and dependable team with quick serviceability.

I had an outstanding experience with Midwest Truck Repair. Mike, the manager, spent 45 minutes on the phone with me before I even arrived, patiently listening to my concerns about my Class A motorhome (Cummins diesel) and offering helpful troubleshooting advice. He scheduled me for a time when his techs could immediately begin work. When I arrived, they were ready, thorough, and kind throughout the entire process. They diagnosed the misfire quickly, completed the repair, and Mike personally took the motorhome on a lengthy test drive to ensure everything was running perfectly. After dealing with other shops that felt opportunistic, finding a team like this was refreshing. Excellent, top-tier service — highly recommend if you want a truly professional and considerate experience.

These guys are the best. Been using them 3+ years. Recently my truck started smoking (electrical) on a Saturday. Monday their mobile service was there taking care of it (starter). They do great on regular service too. They understand how independents need their rigs up and running. 5 stars.

And all my years of trucking I don't think I've ever been overcharged for anything that much beware it would have been cheaper for me to tow the truck to Indianapolis to the dealer to have it fixed I would have saved a couple thousand dollars left a bad taste in my mouth that tequila won't wash out I wish my boss would have looked at the reviews and I'm sure glad he picked them and not me I've lost 3 days and we're out a lot of money and the hours don't add up no wonder they have a post looking for mechanic and a lot of bad reviews and guess what now I'm broke down in the mountains of Tennessee and the truck's doing the same thing nothing was fixed I am now stranded on the side of the interstate in the mountains this is adding to my previous review because it won't let me give another one so after all of that money and time I'm in the same situation I was when I started I can't believe he's going to lie like that complete and other lie what OEM part what bad wiring there wasn't any The pedal came with a whole new harness nothing but lies

Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Kind of a small place but manageable. Got me right in and fixed up. Back on the road. Highly recommend.

They got me right in,took care of my brake problems and all at a reasonable and fair cost!

My husband and I brought our vehicle there when it broke down. We were quoted one price and when we went to pick up the vehicle, we were charged way more than what was quoted. We drove the vehicle a short distance and again, it broke down, having the same issues as before. My husband has tried reaching out to the owner (Mike) several times, and is either told he will receive a call back, or that the owner will be unavailable for an unknown amount of time. The office staff is also extremely rude and not easy or pleasant to deal with. I don't recommend doing business here unless you like to overpay, get the run around and then be ignored when trying to rectify the situation.

This is the most expensive shop which I've ever seen, yesterday I organized a roadside assinstance, they didn't do anything, but requested 523.49$, Mike is a crazy guy, he is not a mechanic
