Davis Towing Rocks! Had a flat on a trailer. Brad showed up with a well stocked truck, a handshake and a friendly smile. He took the old tire off and took it to their shop to change. They had a better tire than our old one. He returned and was very thorough checking each lug with a torque wrench.
He also blocked the road and turned on his safety lights so that we could back out on the road.
Highly recommend.
They came out to service my truck 3 days in a row first day they found the starter was bad so they got it ordered an installed the next day and jumped the batteries. Today Conrad came back out to give me another jump cause my batteries are bad. Both Techs did an excellent job at getting me excellent and timely service. Id give them 100 stars if i could I highly recommend these folks they did an excellent job im very satisfied with the service that was provided.
I had a driver picking up a trailer in Rushville, when he got to the trailer it had a flat tire. Usually when we call for road service it takes several hours and costs an arm, leg and foot. These guys showed up and had my driver on the road in less than an hour and only cost an arm! We appreciate the fast and reliable service. Will never call anyone else if we ever have problems in the area again. Thank you :-)

I was amazed by their work ethics..
I did the dumb: Locked my keys inside the vehicle. The technician showed up in less than a half an hour, just as promised. He got the vehicle unlocked despite operating blind due to my window protectors. And, the customer service and service itself was solid despite the technician usually being tasked with more difficult work towing semis. The cost was even reasonable.

Had an issue with an axle under a vintage Shasta trailer, Called Davis for them to tow it to our home an hour away so we could repair it. I then limped It to their lot, When they looked at it, They couldnt get it on a rollback because it was to low. They allowed me to work on it there and offered assistamce if I needed it. Everyone I talked with, reception, owner and shop folks, were awesome and calls were returned quick! If you need a tow or repair, give them an opportunity, you will be glad you did, good honest and fair people are hard to find and there are fewer around.
We had a wheel emergency and were about 2 hrs away from home. We called for a tow and less than 15 mins they showed up. Driver was VERY friendly and let us ride in the tow truck to the shop. Not only did they help us at the end of the day on a Friday, they fixed my vehicle and had us back on the road within an hour. AMAZING staff all around. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN!
Way to expensive my rv got stolen and they wouldn't let me go into it to get family pictures or anything it was once our home I had to give this lady the title before going into it they charged 450$ to town a rv from Shelbyville to rushville 😂 then 75$ a day and I had the cops impound it after the thief's dropped it off there truck I didn't have a way to move it i have a little car it was late and we couldnt leave it at the gas station where we followed the thief's to crazy world I was able to go into my rv after I gave them the title... If I was able to afford it I would have kept it but that's a lot of money
Came to help which i appreciated but almost $1600 to just Get my tuck-trailer into the road way was insane. I liked the guy being friendly but it’s price gauging and taking advantage of people when they are in desperate need of help. I wish I had to ask rate before I engaged him to do the work ( I too trusting) . 850 for an hr seems insane .but thanks for coming to help.
Called early in the morning, got help right away. Went to their shop for more repairs. Met some of the family, was treated like a good friend, and charged a very fair price. These guys are what I'd call living by old school code of ethics in business. Good family owned business. Good people.

Davis Towing was A1 from the get go. My boss called this company to come repair our unit that quit running while driving down the road. They arrived and figured out it was the high pressure fuel pump. From that point on they towed me to their shop, where they then began fixing my truck. In the mean time they took me to a hotel and booked me in for the night. They worked all weekend long in order to get my truck ready to go by Monday afternoon. I cannot say enough good things about this company right now. And in the end, they had the fairest prices around that no body can compete with. Thank you so much for everything, from the dispatcher, to the mechanic, to the shop manager. Thank you. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Ran into a ditch, oil pan shattered, and Chris came out within 15 mins. He was just supposed to tow it down the road so i could fix the car at my friend's place, but i also asked if it was possible to ship it back to my place 250 miles away. Although it was last minute, they managed to fit me in and towed it all the way back. Chris was amazing, wonderful guy to talk to all the way back and did an awesome job backing my car into my garage perfectly. I hope i never get into a similar mishap, but if i do, i'd hope they'd be near enough to help out again. perfect 10.
I cannot say enough good things about this company right now. We were on our way north from a spring break trip in my RV, when the engine overheated and we had to limp over to the nearest exit. I called the dispatcher at 7:30 on a Saturday night, and within an hour I had two competent mechanics working on my RV. Cliff and Brad were both professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They quickly figured out that I needed a serpentine belt replaced, thanks to Cliff literally climbing over top of the big diesel engine in my RV to identify the engine number. All auto parts stores were closed at this time of night, but we worked together Sunday morning to secure the appropriate belt, and in just a little over 15 hours from my initial call, I was back on the road again to Michigan. I would recommend this business for anybody in a pinch, and I am thankful that they were there when I needed them!
First let me say the driver (Jacob) was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job with our lowered car. .
But secondly, the dispatch lady who answers the phone, was not completely honest when quoting prices. She didn't mention anything about a hookup fee. Just how much per mile. Which was shocking to me when it came time to pay the bill.
I advise anyone to ask about any and all fees. I would have appreciated it if she would have been more forthcoming.
