No matter the location this place never fails to deliver top notch customer service. The guy at the Batesville location taught me how to install my headlights, and today Thomas at the Versailles location really took care of all my battery needs. As a woman I'm not very car savvy so I rely on the expertise of the people working the counter and I never feel like I'm being swindled into buying products.
My friend tire fell off due to AAA service putting a tire on. He had his car towed to this location that was more than helpful to let him sit there until I got there then they were able to point me in the right direction to get the correct Suds and lug nuts that I needed to replacethe staff was very friendly and helpful
I went in the other day to get some front brake pads for a Dodge Challenger. Napa had previously sold me the wrong pads. The employee I dealt with was named Don. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He asked me if my Challenger had a single or dual-piston brake setup. Napa didn't even ask me this. I told him this and he suggested I most likely needed the pads for a dual-piston setup. He brought out the pads for a dual-piston brake system so we could compare the old pads I brought. They were a perfect match. I later ended up having to purchase new front calipers and again dealt with Don and he brought me the dual-piston calipers and they worked perfectly. I would highly recommend this O'Reilly to anyone needing the RIGHT parts for their vehicle.
My service at O'Reilly was great I got a Water Pump for My 2009 Lexus IS250 And help me with the Purchase of 50/50 Antifreeze to get my job done !! I recomend them for you service!!!
These guys are amazing, about 90% of parts sold here come with a limited lifetime warranty. They have a good discount program, their parts usually always work, the older gentlemen are always knowledgeable and very helpful also are the younger guys but they are great people. I've rebuilt the whole front end of my truck from this place and let me tell you it's down to the brand is how often the part may be bad, they have amazing customer service. This will be a oRiley's I'll keep going to for years to come, "I've been going here for about 2 years now" they are really great people, and they've helped me tremendously, really. It's a fun environment or a serious environment it just depends on how you are but they are really lax, and they live it if you can have the part number you need they can usually have you in and out in less than 3 to 5 mins if you do so by going to their website and screenshot ting what you want from within the store. Again amazing people will always recommend Versailles oRiley's. Only thing I don't like is that they don't have a HUGE selection of rental tools like they have a lot just not a lot of types and variety but they have them
Workers not very smart when it comes to vehicles wish they had an auto zone closer rude staff but nothing ever gets solved so why report them I'd rather drive to Indianapolis to get parts then to go to this store
Great experience! Had HDM relay go out on Envoy. Called the store and spoke with Charlie. He confirmed they had the part. Arrived at store 20 minutes later, Charlie came out, located the relay switch, replaced it and made sure all lights were working before I drove off. Great to have a local, knowledgeable store open on Sunday.
The guy was great. I know he was just helping out the store, because he doesn't normally work there. But he got me the right TPS, a discount on the tool I needed for it. And helped me run some codes it was giving after installing the new part. 10/10
