This place takes me back to days out with my grandpa. Rocky is a face you expect to see when you come thru the door, Heath does his magic behind the counter to get what we need for our cars. I love this place.
Great company to work with. So impressed with the additional information that they told me I would need and who to call - to match a wiring harness. Once I had the information they match the correct one and it was Rated in A condition and he verified that was correct and said he would double check the connectors and make sure they were all good. Good price, great customer service, fast shipping, and yes when it was received - very impressed with how good of condition it was in. Nice to see you can still get good service, with a helpful and nice person on the phone.

Bought 2 wheels, and an HVAC control panel, all very nice with very nice prices. This place was extra clean and organized, I've never seen a salvage yard like it. Rocky, as well as others were very courteous, and knowledgeable employees. Well worth the 2-hour drive and would definitely recommend to others. Will buy from again if the need arises. A+++

Rocky was great, helped me out getting a very important part for my 2000 Daewoo and shipped it out to me in PA, got the part 2 days later couldn’t believe how seamless and consumer friendly he made the process!
This place makes up their own rules on returnability of items. I asked before purchasing the alternator, yeah you can bring it back in 30 days that turns out to be incorrect information no refunds or returns. You buy the part as is where it is. You're screwed over. Definitely not an honest junkyard!!! They apparently have parts on the shelf for 5 plus years or better and have no true idea of the condition of an item. t's a luck of the draw and gamble with no warranty.
There are few things that make me feel more like a Hoosier than driving through miles of cornfields to happen upon a small town with a salvage yard full of great parts and staffed with friendly people.
Very nice to deal with. Had what I needed, and was ready for pick up when I told them a day that I would be there. Will definitely use them again when I need to.
I needed a small wiring connector that several other salvage yards wouldn’t help me with. My local salvage yard tried their best to help me but they couldn’t find what I needed either, so they recommended me to Williams who showed in the system to having my part in stock. They went above and beyond what I expected by sending me pictures to confirm it was the correct part. The guy who answered the phone was much easier to talk to than the other yards I called. Will use them again in the future.
Great place if your looking for used parts. Easy location to access, they pull the parts and load them for you. Fair prices and friendly staff. Would highly recommend if your needing something.
I ordered a rear view mirror for my wife's car. It's a rare part but they priced it reasonably, packed it well and shipped it promptly. Great product and experience!!! I highly recommend this business!
They had a part that NO...ONE else had. I was concerned about buying a used electrical part, but they proved me wrong!! When I arrived they had the part ready with no hassle. And the man at the counter was super friendly. Worth the drive out of your way if they happen to have what you need. I'll call them before I call 50 dealerships, cussing and regretting my first Ford purchase...Thank you
Had great service - called about a part I found online, was texted pictures of the item I was interested in less than an hour after calling. Received great help on the phone and even though my item was big, they did their best to package everything as safely and tightly as possible. Shipping was fast. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Williams Auto Parts again!
Found part online, guy said he'd double check and make sure the part was good quality. Called back within 30 min, gave great deal, shipped part down to Evansville (arrived next day) and am very pleased overall.
I found the part I needed by looking at an online parts locator website. I called them, and they verified they had it in stock in the same paint code as my car. They pulled it at the end of the day on Thursday, and on Friday morning it was waiting for me when I arrived. Very fair price, fantastic service, and exceeded my expectations in every way! I just wish I didn't live 90 minutes away so I could go more often. Thank you!
