Had a Hit & Run/Sideswipe on vehicle. EAS reviewed & quoted, FAST. Then our insurer was wanting us to provide all sorts of information for them to process. EAS gladly handled the portions the Insurer was forcing us to do. Great customer service! The work began the week before thanksgiving and they were able to return before thanksgiving! Thoughtful toward the customer! The communicated clearly and showed care throughout the process! James & Garrett did a wonderful job! Excellent experience from beginning to end!

Starts off with taking a week longer then what I was told, then i pick the car up, i had to ask about the tape left on window(it was forgotten) the headlights are not aligned at all, bolts in front bumper/upper core support under hood are not tightened, drivers side passive door buttons not working, the corners on the bumper has chipped paint and over spray to the point of sharp edges on top side where it meets the hood, hood liner is torn and hanging down with a hole in it now, it has a rattle in the front bumperor finder, probably from bumper and upper core support not being tightened. Insurance company paid $7,834.00 for this kind of work and labor cost was half of that. I'll post pictures when it's say time. I picked this car up at 5 and didn't get to see all this until I got it home and was looking over work
