Had exactly what I needed. Customer service was excellent, accidentally ordered the wrong item, they were very fast at taking care of it.

Not a reliable source of parts. Can not and will not give a straight answer. Will tell you that they have a part but call back the next day to confirm. When you call back to confirm, they will give you a different day but you still have to call them in couple of days to confirm. You are not saving money by going with Vandar Haag's because you'll be wasting too much time. Also, the prices are border line dealers' prices.

I found a set of 4 wheels and tires online. The listing said they were in Winamac,IN but when I confirmed that I would pay when I picked up it said someone would reach out once it’s delivered to the Winamac location. I never got a call. I called several days later asking about the tires and they were in store. I drove 45mins paid and they loaded them up on a skid. I get home to check them out and find that there labeled incorrect size. I called the store and told them about the situation. I then asked if they had any in the size I’m needing. I was told yes at a different location but I needed to return the set wrong set they sold me in order to get that correct ones shipped to the Winamac location. The other option was I could just pay for the other set and return the wrong set when I picked up. What a complete waste of time this place is a joke and is a reminder why I try and stay away from them. I’ve had to get several things from them over the years and the sad part is I’ve never had a purchase without an issues.

I usually do not do reviews. With that being said I’m very happy with Vander Hagg’s! Very fast shipping and very reasonably priced less than half the cost of the same part locally! I will definitely keep ordering parts!

These guys are worthless. I asked for the side back window curtains that they don't even inventory because no one buys them. They told me to come back in 6 days. I asked if they can just go grab them because it doesn't even require tools they snap off. Nope

Can't give this bunch a good review. They told me to come up with my list and pick out my parts. I drove six hours. When I got there, he looked at my list and said they only had 3 items of what they had said they had. I needed a front axle, seats, and a radiator shroud. That is all he would have. He said I couldn't go on the lot to see the parts
and it would be 3 or 4 days before anyone could go look at or pull the parts. How can a business survive being run that way?

Ordering was very easy. They had the right part I needed. They were much cheaper than any others I could find. I recieved my part very quickly. I would highly recommend Vander Haags. I will definitely purchase from them again

This is a review for a semi truck and trailer parts and service center.
Good price on parts, and they didn't gouge me on shop time. They were friendly, fast, the work was done cleanly. I totally recommend their Winamac Indiana shop. I haven't used any of their other shops.

Very snippy with me, poor attitude. And didn’t even say bye or have a good day when I said Im going to see if I can get it quicker than they can get it to me because I need it. This is the 4th time this has happened. At least act like you want my business, will never be calling this place again.

received my cylinder for my 1975 580b backhoe in a timely manner and was plugged. Great price great support to get it shipped. I will be calling for more parts when my wife lets me spend more money.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I usually don't leave reviews,  however I want to WARN anyone who is considering doing business with this company. Keep in mind I can only speak about the Winamac IN location as this is the one I dealt with. They are unprofessional, lack basic communication skills, customer service is non- existent, and they try to price gouge anyway they can. I bought a used liftgate from them that was described as operational and was going to have them install it. However, once the lift gate was purchased, it was found to have several other issues that were not listed in the original description. We tried to work with them to see how much it would cost to fix the unforeseen issues with the liftgate and have it installed, but it was like pulling teeth to get them to give us price quotes.  We literally had  to call every day / sometimes twice a day just to make sure they were following up on things they said they were going to do. We sent photos and measurements of our truck along with the make and model of our truck to make sure everything would fit our vehicle. We drove from Tennessee to their shop in Indiana to drop off our truck and planned to stay 1 night as we were told it would be ready they next day.  About an hour after dropping our truck off Jerry, the "so-called " manager  called us and said the liftgate we purchased did not fit our truck. They offered no resolution to correct the issue. He said he would call us back to see if we had any options but never called us back and left our truck sitting the remainder of the day. We called back several times to try and get updates, but they would not answer the phone. The manager Jerry is a joke,  he barely answers his phone. He is no help when it comes to running a shop,  problem solving, or general customer service. How they have him in a management position, I dont know. Needless to say, we requested our money back for the liftgate, and we're happy we did NOT do business with this company.

If your from Canada call VH. Use web site or phone. They supply me with brand new radiator for a 1978 truck . Shipped to my door in Canada in 4 days. They can get what u need and tell u how long it will take. The very best service for sure..

Found the part I needed, several photos and part numbers where provided. Shipping was arranged and the part arrived sooner than I expected. It was as described.

I ordered a replacement fuel tank for one of our trucks. As expected, because of the weight, the shipping cost was pricey, which is the norm. The next day, I received an email from them that the shipping was going to be less than expected, and refunded us a significant portion of it. I was impressed, in my experience having a lot of stuff shipped, no one does that.

I purchased a side window for my Terex CTL and only paid $250 + ~ $35 shipping, in comparison to $650 +~$65 shipping for a new one. The window was complete and in perfect condition except needed cleaning which was to be expected, since it was just removed from an existing similar vehicle. The item was shipped on the day estimated and was safely packaged to avoid damage. I’m very pleased with price and performance of this dealer/supplier I will buy again.

Tyler was great, helped us find a hard to locate bracket for our 04 Sterling that was no longer being manufactured by dealer. Without his help we may have needed to try to fabricate something, definitely wouldn't have been an easy or cheap way. Thanks again Tyler !!!

Our business was having no luck finding a replacement grille for our 2000 Sterling.. everyone I called said they couldn’t help me..basically, they didn’t want to go through the hassle of finding the right replacement or perhaps due to their lack of experience/knowledge of what would or wouldn’t work, since the truck parts are no longer being manufactured. These guys were able to look at our photos and knew exactly what we needed.. the grille was shipped across country on a Thursday and was there first thing Tuesday morning!! Everything fit like they said it would and we will be using them again should the need arise!!! Thanks again for your patience with me guys.. I definitely wasn’t sure what my boss was asking me to find!! ~ signed, a very thankful admin.
