I recently called Archie's Auto recycling to ask for a part and they had it. I told them I was 85 miles away and they held the part until I got there. When I arrived they were very very nice people to work with got me in and out of there within 5 minutes and assured me that if anything was wrong with it that I still have 90 days to bring it back in its warranty. Archie's Auto recycling is one of the best places I've ever worked with. This was the first time I had ever been there and I certainly will go back there.

If you're in a wheelchair don't even bother, you can't get in. My wife went in and had an employee come out to speak to me. He was rude, disrespectful and down right mean. I couldn't believe his behavior. I'd give zero stars if it were possible, even minus stars if I could. I was more upset when I left here than anyplace else I've been. I hope they loose business because of my post.
Best parts and staff in the business. As a native to NWI, I wouldn't go anywhere else. And even when I'm away I always call them because the price really can't be beat anywhere and I can check if some other place might be trying to screw me over (as a female I'm always worried I'm getting the "women know nothing about cars" price but the guys there would never do that and treat every customer with respect. Seriously can't say enough good things about them.
Great service! Was looking for parts for over 2 weeks and I happened to make a Facebook post, and Mark actually contacted me! Gave me the best price around (literally looked everywhere)! The parts were ready the next day! Just so happened one minor (but important) piece was incorrect, and they swapped it out (2 weeks later mind you) without any questions! Most places would say it’s your loss! I will DEFINITELY be back for ANY future purchase! Thanks guys for the quality service!

These guys are great they are honest, fare ,and yes a little higher priced then most junkyards. Archie's seems like a great place to work. I needed a new rim for my 2005 Prius and they had it. When I found the rim to be bent, I took it back and exchanged it. They even let me find my old tire that I needed to turn in for a road hazard refund. Kind people, to the point, and they were always positive and helpful. Bring a good attitude and get a good attitude.
