My favorite supplier for used parts. I’ve been ordering from I-80 Auto Parts for many years. Prices are unbeatable. If you order used parts regularly I suggest you find your sales person you go to every time and you will always be taken care of.
Very unprofessional over the phone I called them for parts. I waited two weeks. Never got a respond. Back on shipping prices I called back again talk to another person asked him if they’re trying to sell the part and he was very sarcastic about it was not professional. I would never recommend this place.
TERRIBLE place! SOLD me a bad engine, refused to give me a refund; even after they sent a mechanic who verified the motor was not any good. Even refused to pay for the labor of installing the motor as it was verified correctly placed in the car as well. My family and friends have been purchasing things on and off from them for years and they don’t give a damn about the relationship you have built with them either. PLEASE TAKE THIS AS A FIRM WARNING. Take your money where you are respected and appreciated. Witvoet Auto Parts recommended; located in Lansing, IL and they verify they product is working and stand behind their product.

Thieves & rip off they sold me 2 motors and never honored the warranty and am a business owner and they never respected the relationship we had for years. I will never recommend none of customers to purchase anything from them, and I stopped doing business with them.
Management is ignorant they always find a way to delay reply so to tell you that we exceeded the warranty period.
Better business bureau is my next step and the mayor the town the business is located.
I bought a used motor. It was no good. I had to argue back-and-forth and have them come out and check the motor to verify it was no good and then I had to wait three weeks of calling back-and-forth over 15 times to get $130 core back that they couldn’t even find that I gave them very Ridiculous. Poor service annd unprofessional. The lady at the service desk was the only help I had thanks Beth’s I literally had to show video footage off my shop to prove that they picked up the core sad story 2nd time buying a bad motor never again this place is a joke
Great experience at I-80 Auto parts! Fernando sales rep was great. They have a huge selection of parts at great prices, and the staff is super helpful. They really know their inventory and helped me find exactly what I needed quickly. The yard is well-organized, making it easy to browse. Place is awesome. Ordered some doors & fender, parts were wrapped up so nice..Took great care removing them from vehicle. Spoke w Rich, exceptional customer service- communicated by txt, sent me pics after the parts were removed. This is the 1st place I go for parts.
Shady. Shady. Shady!!! I bought a transmission and had a reputable shop do the install... turns out the shifting Fork inside the transmission was busted so reverse and park wouldn't work. After paying the shop to do the labor $1,100 they finally sent a replacement transmission which cost another $1,100 to do another swap only after being extremely persistent. Turns out that transmission had the same issue!!! The shop actually brought me in and showed me both times that the shifting fork and gear was grinded down bad and told me they've never seen anything like that the only way that can happen is if they're dragging them through the yard in turn ripping them apart and then selling them to customers... fortunately the shop was awesome and was able to repair that second transmission it cost me another $600 bucks and I-80 will not accept any responsibility at all if you have any options, any at all besides this place take them!
TERRIBLE SOLD ME A TRANSMISSION THATS CRACKED AND TOOK 2 weeks on a refund after trying to bring me another transmission instead of a refund would not recommend even if your mechanic sends you please read the reviews very poor service
Verified my part and had it in hand before giving a yes to having it. I don’t know why they have any bad reviews, but I can tell you that they were excellent all around for me. I would recommend getting a part that I’m interested in getting, again!
Terrible customer service! Ordered a back door and was sent a sliding door. Never received an invoice or receipt. Had to pay out of pocket to ship it back only to find out that they have a "25% restocking fee" that we were never made aware of (no receipt, no invoice, 0 attempt to inform us of said fee). Only after calling for 4 days straight was I able to speak with our sales rep Fernando who said he would refund us. After 3 weeks of us calling them they say we are not entitled to a refund because the fee was stated on the receipt that we did not receive until 2 weeks after the return.

Been dealing with i-80 for about 3 years now, and from Steve in parts being absolutely great and kind with every phone call , makes me believe he really cares about this company and customers . Delivery drivers are just as nice and wonderful to be around as well, highly recommend i-80 and their services :)
Dont buy from these guys , I bought a transmission and they told me that they test it out and it good ,but once I paid 800 to get it put into my car it only last for 2 months, they are scammers, and they only reason they got one star because u have to rate at least one star , Waste of time and money do not shop with these guys
Purchased a engine on February the 19th online through ebay. I told them that I would be picking up the engine but I didn't tell them that I was coming the next day drove 7 and a half hours from Nashville. Well when I arrived the engine was not ready but Rich was extremely helpful and he and the guys made sure I got my engine before closing time that day!
Found this place while looking for the part I needed online. They returned calls promptly and pulled the part right away. I'd been having a rough day and just barely made it there before closing; the guy who carried the part out to my car was super nice, and it honestly turned my whole day around. Very easy to work with.
Called about a brake caliper and told me they had one. Drove 30 minutes one way to pay for the part. They informed me they had to take it off the car, then would call the next day to let me know that the part was ready. Not a problem. No call the next day, not a problem. Called on the 2nd day and told me the part was ready to be picked up. Great. Drove 30 min one way to pick the part up. Signed all the paper work and told me to go to the garage to pick it up. Handed the paper work to the guy, he tells me "we don't have it." Go to the front desk, guy says, "oh, yea, it says that the order was resolved, the car didn't have the part in the first place. Then waited 15 minutes to refund my money. 2 hours of my life I can't get back. Don't sell parts you don't have.
Had an amazing experience with this company.... I went in to buy a rim for my son's car because his was damaged. The guy behind the desk was super nice he said I told them to give me the one with the best tire and that's exactly what they did and now my son has his room replaced and he has a good tire on there so I'm truly thankful for my experience!
DON't BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Ordered a door to my mechanic. The door came damaged. They would only refund 60$ out of 450$ saying it could be buffed out. It could not be buffed and and cost me over 60$ for the mechanic to attempt to buff. Almost sure based off the way it was packaged and the scratches on the door. The door was packaged damaged.
Only cause you have to give a star to review. I ordered from here because of the mechanic I was working with. The transmission didn't even work when installed. They sent another one after a ton of mix ups and way more fun(sarcasm) than necessary. I got another mechanic to try and install the second one they sent. When the mechanic tried to install he discovered it was cracked. They then tried to claim the mechanic dropped the transmission. Luckly the mechanic had video recordings of the shop and shared them with me and the guys at I-80. Who then came up with a brilliant(sarcasm) plan to swap out the cases of the transmission. The mechanic didn't specialize in this so after reaching out to mechanics that did I ran into one that had had this same issue with I-80 who made it clear to me to get my money back. I was informed that I-80 refuses to refund when they know they can't provide adequate parts then hope you get frustrated and move on. That shop recommended what he had to do which was initiate a chargeback. I'm doing that now and will take legal action if need be. But this is not a place to get parts. I've been buying used parts for years and have never been swindled like this before. Don't shop here for large crucial car parts.
I had a great experience with Rich from I-80 Auto Parts. I was looking for a specific headrest for a vehicle for a customer. Rich went above and beyond to help me. He even went out in the yard and sent me pics of the headrest from all angles before mailing it out in order to make sure it was satisfactory. And then he called me to ask me to check out the pics so he didn't miss the FedEx guy and delay my shipment an extra day. This is customer service above and beyond. Rich is the MAN! Thank you Rich!
I found them on car-part.com and they showed that they have the parts I needed. I called and spoke to Bobby. He said they have my parts and required $100 deposit to pull the parts ahead of me arriving. Since I had to drive a long distance I gave the required deposit. When I arrived they only had 1 of the 4 parts they said they had. I ended up getting just the hood, which was not in the condition described over the internet or phone. I would have given 1 star, but I am giving 2 stars because I bought 1 of the 4 parts. While I was waiting for my turn, the customer ahead of me was complaining that he was there for the 3rd time and they still had the wrong transmission waiting for him. They do have parts but be aware that it may take some time to get what you are looking for.
