  The guy who runs the scrap yard is very rude and arrogant when asked a question about something, the guy got an attitude and kicked my boyfriend out of there and told him he don’t run his place and it was over some batteries he is one of the biggest scrappers in the Hessville area. Might call the better Business Bureau

  Never had an issue with business here! Very clean and organized for a scrap yard compared to others in nwi. Went in with the husband to find some Chevy parts and interacted with Pru and she was more than helpful and very honest and knew exactly what she was talking about! Excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help us out! Thanks again Pru for the help and being patient with all our questions and issues! Highly suggest if you go in, ask for her!

  It's been bought out as of early 2023. Prices went up and almost everything has a core charge. Things not even LKQ or Pick and Pull would charge for. Yet those two charge for most things. Also 3% ish charge to use your card. No other yards do that. They stopped pulling parts 2022, Two yards in one. Right off Cline Ave and 169 aka 15th Ave. Not the cleaniest or most organized yard out thier. They used to pull parts but not now. They don't keep an inventory of cars much less parts on them. Most cars are at least 8-15 years old. Place can get muddy and the road (15th) is always full of dirt. Cars and trucks are definitely out of order and sometimes impossible to get to. Ask them to move them. They normally don't have carts. For newer cars try thier Merrillville Indiana yard right off 61st and Broadway. 5 minutes off the expressway ( i65/61st). They keep an inventory of cars but not parts left on them. Prices are slightly higher cause they pay more for newer cars. Yard is gravel and cars are in the air. They still might pull parts. No scrap here.

  Go to get some simple windshield washer hoses, $2.00 a foot!!!! Auto Zone is cheaper than that. So much for use part being affordable. Rip off.

  Said my number was wrong and the address after they repeated it back to me twice after i called. Had me waiting 5 hours for nothing then had the nerve to say all the drivers went home n I can have someone tomorrow. You guys don't need to have a business. That was very childish

  Paul's Auto Yard is an excellent place to take your old car or truck. They were courteous and respectful as we laid the old 1997 Surburban to rest. And they even gave us money for it.

  It's a good place to get Auto Parts but don't ask the workers to move a car for you because they're too lazy to do it I guess they don't want to make money

  The big guy in the back where u dump metal is miserable always has a face like he wants to kill him self you try to talk to him and he is like a robot not a friendly place to do business I rather go to summit where they are friendly and treat there customers like family and friends not like your a dam criminal stalking you while u dump P.S summit PAYS more any way !!!!

  They don't know what year vehicle they have on the lot...you have to go there and check. A waste of gas if they don't have what you want. They tell you to just come and look for yourself.

  Was told they had a couple of Tahoe’s and i asked 2007 and up and they told me yea come check them out to get a side view mirror. When i showed up i was told the newest Tahoe they have is a 1999.

  I go to scrap a lot there , the only problem I've had was trying to get a full answer from a guy who hardly spoke any English other then that good place to make some extra cash if you scrap on the side
