This is probably the most organized salvage yard I have ever been to, and I've been to lots of them. I drove 7 hours to pick up a transmission I couldn't get anywhere else. The price was more than fair. If I didn't live so far away, I would do way more business with this place.
I called in the morning looking for a spoiler for my car. Jones Auto was able to match the color, and get me a great deal on the part I was looking for. They did a wonderful job of communicating with me all day. Highly recommend them!
Good experience! Ordered a hardtop for my viper and Brian was very helpful. He shipped everything in one box and was able to support "boutique" shipping (I hired a van to bring it to me). Very good business
Generally love this place but if its hot out, they dont want to do their job, I paid for items over the phone several hours before they closed and they told me they would call when it was ready, I called an hour before they closed and they told me it'll be maybe the next day I could get my parts as it was too hot to get the parts, well if whoever was supposed to pull the part chose to not do it cause it was hot outside then they shouldn't be working there, I work in the heat and in the snow quit being lazy and do your job
Just received a dash I ordered from these folks and it turned out in great shape very honest people and at very good price would definitely buy from again and will recommend to anyone
Didn't know places like this still existed. If you're looking for inexpensive used parts and need them quick, Jones Auto in Orleans is the place to go. After trying to find a specific part online and in the local parts stores to no avail, I called up Jones Auto to confirm they had what I had found in their parts database online (yes, they have a searchable parts database online!). After confirming they had the part, I drove there, told them what I needed, they knew right where it was located, retrieved it for me, and then charged me considerably less than what the online price had it listed at. Great place Jones, keep up the good work!
They had a back seat for my truck and an exact match that know one else had in the whole state some junkyards had some but different either cloth or leather for double the price I paid 300 for my back seat for a 2017 silverado I recored all looking for parts check out jones auto they might have it
Ordered a hard to find module on a Thursday for my customer. I was assured by Mike that the part would ship out that day and I'd a have tracking number. Friday comes, nothing. I call towards the end of the day to ask for the tracking number. I was told "it might ship out today". My customer picked his car up Saturday and dropped it off at the dealer for the Module we were buying to be programmed. Fast forward to Monday afternoon, no word. I call again and this time I'm told Mike will call back. 3 Hours later I get a call that they never had the part. Mind you I paid in full the week before, under the promise that it would ship the same day. Complete BS. Don't waste your time, they don't have there stuff together.

I ordered a transmission for a Dodge Viper. I was told the shifter was included. When I got the transmission the shifter was completely destroyed. When I reached out to Seth, he completely ghosted me. In my email I requested another list of parts and asked about getting a replacement shifter for the damaged one. He said to just look on the website. No mention of replacing the shifter that was damaged or helping me with a quote on the list of additional parts. Most of the parts weren't even on their website anyway which I told him.
Now he won't even respond. Very frustrated. I hope the transmission is operable but without the shifter I can't even check the gears. Horrible customer service.
I always have a good experience at Jones Auto and will use them for future salvage parts. I live in Orleans and have used them for parts many times. Front desk staff is always polite and helpful. There are times where they have you walk up to one of the garages to find someone or find a part, but that's just part of owning and operating a small business. It's kinda cool in my opinion.
Just today, I needed an air shock for the trunk of a Ford Focus. I was out and about and decided to just swing in rather than call them. They said it would be a few minutes to go get the part. I went ahead and finished up my errands, and they had the part when I got back. I went to pay for it, and they told me there was no charge for the part! Thank you!!
Drive over an hour to get parts here. Usually reasonably priced. My last call the part was priced more than a rebuilt one of the exact item. I still recommend them.
Ordered a fender and was told it had a dent on the fender was refunded a $100 before the item shipped after receiving the items there are several damages to the parts and Jones auto inc says they told me about it when all they told me about was the dent!

Do not buy an engine of the Mercedes s65 amg from them!!!! It was flooded for over 5 years!!! Called them about this engine, Mike told me the engine is fine no water in it, that was a lie!!! Drove there 6 hours each way Thanks Mike!!!
Worst customer service ever, they were extremely rude over the phone and hung up on me twice while i was still speaking! All i wanted to know was the status on a part i ordered and they told me”if we haven’t shipped it out yet is obviously cuz we’re busy”, i understand how busy it can get but that’s no way to speak to a customer, would give them 0 stars if i could.
Called to see if they had a wheel in stock, was told yes. Few hours later after leaving work early to get there before they closed, asked again at the counter, was told to find "brice" in "one of those buildings"
Spent 10 minutes looking for him, returned to the counter, asked that they call him for me. Was told that they didn't have his number, they called someone else. (How do you not have a co-workers number) Sent back to a building. Finally found Brice, he asked someone else for help, they told him where the wheel MIGHT be. Followed him through buildings to where there was a pile of 600+ steel rims. None marked or organized in rows of lug number or make or any simbilance of organized. "It's probably here, do you know what yours lools like" he asked me. This was the first time he actually addressed me.
Asked for a tape measure, walked back to one of the buildings for it, then spent 15 minutes going through the pile, and gave up. Brice watched. They might have the inventory but you're not going to have any help finding it. No one here understands what customer service is.
They seem to have or can get a wide variety of parts but everytime I've been there they are in no hurry to help you and tell you to go tract down what you want in one of the many places there. I believe if it wasn't for their online sales they wouldn't be in business. It could be a great place but the actions of the owner reflects the actions of employees and the prices for parts they don't actually know the condition of. Thanks
Made deposit. Up on arrival motor looked as if it had been thru a war. No wiring harness or basic accessories. Did not purchase due to fears of how it was removed with clearly little regard. Beware of purchase from this company might not be what you expected
Poor service and unorganized. I called in advance and Mike said that they had the wheel I needed. I arrived at their facility after driving over 20 miles and they didn't have the part ready for pickup. So I waited around for over 45 minutes thinking that they we're going to find a wheel. They just left me standing at the counter, while Mike behind the counter ignored me and started taking phone calls and servicing other clients.
If you need a part for your vehicle, you can usually find it here. These guys are great. I am disabled and have a hard time walking, they actually brought the part out to me, I paid them and they brought back my change and would not take a tip from me.
Consider I drove over an hour away to come here. It may be more clean and well kept then most junk yards, but people here don't care about you. Nor, do they care about business ethics! At least the manager Mike couldn't care! He will belittle you and deny it across the board! I will no longer go here! Poor service all the way!
