I put a down payment On a part. I called the following day to make sure they were going to have it pulled before they closed. They told me yes They would have it ready for me by 4:00. I drove over an hour just to find out they hadn’t even started pulling the part and it would be around noon. If you want a place that does honest work go elsewhere. Time is money and they just wasted well over two hours of my time plus gas. Not happy with this place.

Online order. I Never get anything 2 days after I order it! I live in a small rural area. So Never! lol But to my surprise! This auto parts place was a blessing to find! Half the price on my rims compared to the hundreds of other places I looked. Literally hundreds! (2weeks of searching even as far as driving 2 hours to find out one place “looked up the wrong rim,sorry” Uhg!)Pablo helped me in minutes.. so fast that I thought for sure I was either going to receive the wrong rim or they realized maybe they didn’t charge me the right amount so would ask for more (my luck anyway) but NOPE! All was perfect and smooth! My baby is back to her pretty self thanks to Adams Auto Salvage! I will say a warning side story not Pablo’s fault. I got 2 so one to replace the spare up under the pickup (in case God forbid I crack another someday 😳🤦🏼‍♀️) and the other for the one that I cracked somehow 🤷‍♀️😆 Well my rims are 20’s the spare… you guessed it! A 17. Soooo the 20 I got to replace the “spare” won’t fit up under the truck as replacement. So I’m now on a search on how to fix that lol until then I will have a pretty 20 rim in the bed of my pickup. Will Definitely purchase from them again but next time they will be my first and hopefully only search! Thanks Pablo!🥰

Purchased part was send week later than promised and that's after several phone calls and ignoring requests of sending tracking number

I had to wait a half hour after driving an hour to get there plus the part worked for the driver window but not the rear windows.

Ok place. Friendly people for the most part. Pretty clean. If you don't speak Spanish bring a friend as they do a lot of talking in front of you or about in spanish. They all speak it. Mostly two younger guys work the counter so they are not to sure about everything. One part I tried to buy was missing half of the unit. Then tried to say they come that way. Then looked around then couldn't find the other half. Didn't even want me to the car in the yard. Was like a big deal. Check your parts before you leave. I did notice someone got a a broken part and he checked it first. Was ok over all prices were ok for full service yard.

Dropped off our car on a Friday to check an electrical issue we were having. They called on Tuesday to tell me it was the battery. I purchased the battery and dropped it off Wednesday morning to be put in. They then told me it was in but they needed to run diagnostics to make sure it was just the battery. Finally Friday my husband went to pick it up. Our tire was flat for some unknown reason. They offered to air it up which took 45 minutes for them to do. On our way home our truck literally did the same thing I took it in for and is now popping two codes with a check engine light that wasn't there when we brought it in. Now they claim the $156 I paid was just to put the battery in and not diagnostics even though my receipt says diagnostics. They did offer for me to bring it back in which would cost more money and me still being without my vehicle for who knows how long. Saying I'm disappointed is an understatement. I can't believe I just spent that much and they give it back still messed up.

These guys are a laughing joke. They want the same amount of $$ to install a used transmission as the transmission shops wants to rebuild brand new transmission and install.

The worst, they will send you defective or wrong parts and if you want to return it you will have to pay shipping both ways that’s if they accept your return I called and they agreed that’s it’s not my fault and you guys sent me a wrong item however I have been told that’s I need to pay for shipping twice, asked to talk to the manager and they told me he said do whatever you want, you better check your employees. Carful buying anything from here, not honest at all.
