Wanting ahead top for my 2020 Jeep JL. Left a message on Labor day. Next morning I was contacted with pricing. By noon they had my soft top removed and installing the “new” MOPAR hardtop. They saved 1/3 the cost of going new plus same day service! Fantastic.

Amazing and kind staff. HIGHLY recommend this place. I was in contact with someone from here and I had asked if they had a certain hard top in stock for my jeep. They didn’t have it at the time but a few weeks later THEY reached out to ME and let me know they now had one in stock! It was a few hour drive from where I am located but it was very worth it. It was installed quickly and efficiently, with kind and supportive staff the whole time. Excellent price aswell.

Was looking for a 2018-present manual transmission Jeep rubicon 4:1 gear ratio transfer case and baseline 4x4 did not disappoint. Great product in perfect working condition just as described, and great price. Very grateful for their professionalism and superior service.

Be very thorough when inspecting what you are interested in, remember this is first and foremost a salvage yard and just because they tell you it’s 100% complete and tested doesn’t mean it was. Unwrap everything and use a parts list. I bought a set of complete and tested AMP steps and when I had them 80% installed found out it was missing a $200 motor. When I called and ask if they would give me part of my money back they told me no I could bring them back though. That would have been a 2.5 hour ordeal plus the time to remove them from the vehicle so I swallowed the loss. I will let you contemplate what they would have done with them had I taken them back considering I paid asking and they couldn’t accept helping financially offset the fact they sold incomplete parts.

These are some fine folks in northern Indiana! I’ve recently ordered stuff from them through their eBay store and as of today I have even drive from Tennessee to purchase and pickup quality OEM Jeep parts. Unmatched customer service!!! I will definitely spread the word about them and continue to do business with them.

What a place! If your looking for something new to you for that 2006 and newer Jeep wrangler this place has it all. Finally found my hard top for my 2006 went to pick it up and this place took care of me as if I were family. Made sure my top was secure and would make the trip home. Thanks for being my new go to Jeep parts place. I’ll return and will make sure everyone I know who has a Jeep knows about this place.

Had been looking for high quality aftermarket taillights to replace the stock ones. Saw a pair on Facebook marketplace so I made a trip to Kendallville. They had just what I wanted, in good shape and at a reasonable price. Very happy with my purchase.

They had the engine ready to go when I arrived and the price was half what I could find in my state with a warranty. I’m looking forward to getting my Jeep back on the road after refreshing the seals, pumps, etc just to be safe.

Great customer service and quality used parts. I didnt go online to look up the needed parts so I cant speak to that side of the customer experience. Ive bought a couple different parts from them and picked them up. The staff was very helpful with offering different options and holding my parts for me to pick up. I will keep using this vendor when the time comes.

I’ve been using Baseline for over a year getting various parts for my Jeep Wrangler. I’ve purchased items both in person and off their eBay site and I’m always 100% satisfied with the parts received. The customer service is great and I look forward to using them again!

BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! Baseline 4x4 Recyclers does not stand behind their products. They sold me an engine they claimed had 91,000 miles and was running and tested ("91K MILES TEST RAN WELL"). The engine they sold me had a knock the first time it ran and seized on the 4th start. They do not stand behind their warranty, nor their "run and tested" process. They also only want to correspond via email. When Baseline 4x4 Recyclers finally responded by email, they told me I was responsible for inspecting the timing chain. In 30 years of running an auto repair shop and purchasing thousands of engines, I've never purchased an engine where someone told me to check the timing chain. If the engine was tested and ran well as they say it did, there is no reason to inspect the timing chain. #BUYERBEWARE

Excellent ppl to work with I found a fender I was looking for on car-part called after hours left a msg and next day Maranda had sent me a text about it . We did msg back and forth a few times . I paid for it over the phone and about a week later drove to pick it up . The park was just as she stated in good shape. She also sent me detailed pics . I was worth the trip of 8 hours round trip. Being I have been in the salvage I know it's a challenging business.
