Had a timing belt put on. Avilla Motor works did a great job at a great price. Professional throughout the whole process.

Once my Roadside assistance provider got ahold of them it was a quick easy process driver was friendly and made quick work after getting on seen which took a little longer than normal but that's because of me not being to get an address off a house near by but I can't explain how appreciative of your service especially when the pick up and drop off location was sorta a pain to pick and drop

Got me out of a pickle in a matter of minutes. Just had to pull my semi back for traction. Great attitude when I called and gentleman who came out was professional and humble thanks y'all... interstate 69 and route 8 by home Depot

Hit a deer last night and the Noble county sheriff's department called Avilla to tow it. Great service and got myself and my car home safely for a great price. From here on they will get all of my towing needs

Royce and his team were of unvaluable help to tow me out of a tricky situation on I90 and showed great professionalism and understanding to put me back on the road for a fair price, much sooner than other local mechanic shops could. Highly recommended.

I was an hour away from home and ended up with a punctured rear tire. I didn't know any places around Kendallville but Sheriff Dispatch got me in contact with Avilla Motor Works. Very easy to work with, great experience. They showed up extremely fast, was up on the flatbed within minutes. They even saved me some money by recommending Tire Star instead of towing me back to Huntington. Best experience all the way around, very friendly drive to Tire Star. Please if you need a tow call them, if the Sheriff Office recommends them, you know they are responsible and reliable. I was shocked by the negative reviews. Most negative reviews are because of vehicles being impounded for the fault of the driver and they take it out on a company doing their job. Thank you for helping me and getting me back on the road fast. If I ever need a tow I now have your card and number in my phone.

I broke a tie rod end at 9PM on a Friday. I called the tow service I used once before abd they were not available. They recommended Avilla Motor Works. Not only did they promptly show up, the tow was cheaper than the local guy, but they listened to my needs, rather than trying to pressure me into fixing everything that really needs done. I know it needs it, but on my budget it wasn't gonna happen. The whole experience was streamlined to precision and my car is back on the road better than it was before it broke. As for the people harping on the owner for defending the reputation of himself and his workers?.... I'd rather put my faith in someone who cares than someone who isn't willing to fight for their livelihood. If it was you getting talked down to like that would you want your business to suffer? 10+ Stars!!! Big shout out to Chad!!! I was sitting in my car waiting in a packing lot and nearby the tow truck pulls in with a car loaded. He walks around opens the door for the older lady in his tow truck and He picks her up out of the truck since she could not get down. He even carried the lady's purse in and made sure she got into the car place safely!!! 👏

I give this business a 10/10. Will was super helpful and friendly! We called them around 8 pm and 30 mins later he was there to tow our car an hour and half away. We called other company’s with no luck but Avilla Motor Works Inc. was the only one to willing to help because of the long distance.

For more than 20 years, if I've been on the side of the road, these guys have come to my rescue. This year, Will gave my wife & I something new to be thankful for on Thanksgiving by promptly coming to our aid regardless of the holiday...and bringing heaping shares of professionalism and compassion with him! If you're looking for someone to show up sometime tomorrow with a tow truck and make you feel like you're wasting their time, call someone else, because these guys are top notch!

Above and beyond excellent! Kind, courteous and compassionate. From the first call for being stranded, (towing over the top awesome times 2), calls from repair technician, and the front desk when retrieving vehicle. Professional and personal. This business model has been lost somewhere in our society. We’ve learned to expect less, and stand in awe when we get more. (I’m standing in awe!) I’ve often said I would pay double for decent service. I didn’t even have to do that! Thank you!

Excellent service despite the circumstances. I did not get the woman's name on the office, but she was super friendly and empathetic. Upon getting my dad's truck, I noticed a flat tire and 2 low tires. Owen was nice enough to air up the tires for me. He was very friendly as well. We had a nice chat about his truck, dogs and living in this area. Although it hurts the pocket book to get a vehicle out, I must say that the process could not have been smoother. And the staff are outstanding. 🙂

While Avilla is well known for helping the big rigs, I was a single lady with a broken down motorcycle. Not only did they respond right away they had the perfect equipment for a motorcycle to ensure safety. Jeff took me to the Harley Dealership of my choice, but stayed to ensure all was ok, and escorted me back to my hotel. In other words he cared about my "vehicle" but also about me. You could do not better than Avilla. I wish they were everywhere!! Thank you, Jeff

Keyfop locked me out of my jeep and Owen came by in a very timely manner. He got my car and I home safely in no time . Excellent customer service , fast and reliable. 11/10 stars ! Richard H

I have roadside assistance through my insurance and I always use Avilla Tow Company. Will was so nice and seemed to do his job with ease. I have zero knowledge of cars- I just know mine starts and I drive it. I appreciate the time he took to explain things and offered other services (my car is super disabled). So I will be calling to see if my car is able to be fixed through y’all.

Best towing experience I’ve ever had! Will went above and beyond making sure that my car got where it needed to be. Checked in with me every step of the way and was very professional. Just overall a better experience than any other tow company I’ve used

Jeff and the staff at Avilla were wonderful. My elderly father got lost from Monroe Michigan (lower east corner) and wound up in Indiana. After getting turned around by the Sherrif in LaGrange, my father got into an accident in Kendallville. His truck was not damaged bad other than a bent bumper and a flat tire. Thankfully the sherrif was able to put the wanderers up in the local hotel and Jeff took the truck to the yard. After talking to Jeff, he assessed the truck and was able to change the tire and bend the bumper back out so we could get it home. I can't say enough about the understanding that Jeff and the crew had. They went the extra mile to ensure that we were able to get my dad and the truck back home so we can deal with this whole situation. Thank you again Jeff and crew. You are amazing.

My Edge would not start... Called Geico for roadside assistance. Will from Avilla Motor Works was given the referral. He got there when they said he would despite me being an hour away. Had a tire blow on the work van. Called and they were out in a short time to tow us to the repair shop. Owen was very helpful and nice. Highly recommend their services.

Had them work on my brakes for my first car and they did a flawless job. They worked wonders on a beaten up old blazer and now it stops on a dime. Plus was affordable for an 18 year old like me and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Jeff saved us when our van broke down! He is very professional and kind ! He is a great guy. He even offered us an extra water he had. We were so stressed and the little things like that made a difference. After being stuck in a truck stop for hours, we gave them a call and they got us out quickly. Thank you !!

Ther OK but they towed my Pontiac grand am an I had $980 just in the stereo system I installed in it and they wouldn't let me get my car back or my belongings inside it wen I had the title an a bill of sales from the ppl I bought it from it just wasn't in my name yet I even offered to pay them $700 just to let me have my stereo system back. I tried everything I could. the subwoofers that was in the car they don't even make them anymore

The original company that was suppose to tow my car (Parker) didn’t show up within the correct time. Unfortunately the authorities called and had my car towed since it had been sitting for two hours. I was so frustrated and upset thinking my car was on its way to the repair shop. When I was contacted and told by the repair shop that the tow was there and my car was not, I had to call the police to locate my car. Not being from Avila I didn’t know why my car was towed nor where my car was towed too. The police officer that had stopped to check on me earlier, notified me the car was towed to Avila Motor Works. I showed up distraught after a very emotional day and exhausted from my physical job in addition to concerned about getting to a medical appointment for a treatment I needed for my illness. I had only the co pay cash for my treatment on me. The staff at Avila motor works, immediately helped to calm me down and work with me to get my car back and to where it needed to go (A shop all the way in Ft Wayne). I was beside myself with the kindness they showed me. They also allowed me to use a card instead of the cash I had on me so I was able to have the cash needed for my treatment co pay. I am so grateful that there is good people in this world who despite the darkness can still shine light. I look forward to working with Avila Motors on any future towing needs I have. I feel blessed the lord put this group of individuals in my path today.

Jeff the owner of Avilla Motor Works, was very professional and prompt to come to our rescue in moving a tractor. Also one of his staff Corey also did a wonderful job, of contacting the owner on a Saturday afternoon. To rescue this forgotten relic, in a buddy's back yard. Jeff did indeed deliver the tractor to a mechanic. So that it could be worked on, traveling over 78 miles round trip to help us out. Jeff and his staff are to be relied on, and trusted in offering a caller such as myself. The upmost in respect, and not treated unfairly in the price to tow our tractor. Thanks for being there when we needed you Jeff, and thanks to Corey for being professional and understanding over the phone. When things needed to be dealt with promptly, and before the rain that was coming to spoil the move. Which would have caused the tractor to have to set longer to be towed. Your staff and you Jeff, have an amazing Tow business. Thank-You!

My husband's truck was impounded to this lot and the owner and the secretary were probably some of the rudest people I have ever met. They made it almost nearly impossible for me to pick up my vehicle even though it was legally my property and I brought all the necessary paperwork to have it released. The lady told me they don't release cars after 4 pm even though there sign says 5. Also I was told how much the pickup fee would be and when I arrived they tried to charge me 30 extra dollars. Jeff was extremely rude and very unpleasant to work with. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this business in any way. By far one of the worse experiences I've ever encountered with a business. On top of that. When my husband's car was picked up his car was working perfectly. When I picked the vehicle up. My husband's power steering was completely broken and made it nearly impossible to transport home and the owner denies anything to do with it even though he was the last to touch it. Absolutely do not recommend this business to anyone and avoid at all cost.

Awesome service. I slid off the road on 300 on my way into impact, and struck a pole. The guy was so calm, yet in a rush to get it off the road. He willingly gave me a ride home and towed the truck 11 miles for only $130. My reason for wrecking wasn't stupidity or a car on car accident. Explains why it was cheap. Great service, friendly guy. I don't know how many times I could thank the guy for getting me out of there.
