I was pleased with their prompt service—I had no idea I had a good garage close to home. Got my problem diagnosed and repaired and had me back on the road quickly. I’ll absolutely use their service again.

Recently went to pick up a oil filter and showed up 2 mins late and witnessed employee getting his boys and speaking to their mother like a piece of trash right in front of them. Will drive to Fort Wayne before ever buying anything their again!!!

Helpful and friendly. Tons of options to choose from help me understand the difference between the options. Got what I wanted with no regrets after.

After NAPA reorginized the Churubusco store, I never felt welcome in there. Its like they want you to get your part, and get out asap. So i started going to The Parts Store in Albion, everyone is friendly, willing to let you look around without interuption, and have had every part i needed without the need to order one from a warehouse and have me wait several days.
