They charge a customer delay/behavior fee and charged $60 for wait time as well, CRAZY SCAM OF A COMPANY AND IS THE WORST WHEN DEALING WITH STOLEN PROPERTY. $100 IS BULLSHIT CHARGES AND ON TOP OF THAT THEIR STORY MAKES NO SENSE ON WHERE THE MOTORCYCLE WAS STORED AND ECT. They cant even manage their own website, what makes you think you can trust them with your vehicle and money lol
We had a great experience with Mooresville Towing, LLC. They were incredibly quick to respond, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The team was reliable and professional, arriving right when they said they would. On top of that, they were friendly and courteous, which really stood out. After being told it would cost $599 to have my friends pick up that got stuck when he pulled 3 feet off the road.I called Mooresville. Scott woke up at 4:30am came right out in the POURING rain and had them out in minutes for $200. He was so kind and polite I'll never call any other towing service...

Tommy from Mooresville Towing hauled a John Deere 3010 tractor home for me. I never would have gotten it moved without his help. I was given a fair price door to door for loading and and loading. There were no issues and I would gladly use this company again.
Scott came through to save the day!!!! My girlfriends car needed towed out of the garage and he was more then helpful, polite, respectful, and professional. He answered any questions we had and was really thorough. I would highly recommend and if you get Scott you are in good hands. I’m sure you’ll be in good hands with any of the other drivers but Scott is the one we got today.
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT HAVE THESE PEOPLE TOW YOUR VEHICLE ! my buddy was involved in a accident and impd had these people tow his car he had thousands of dollars in the vehicle and this company went in his car and took everything in there ! A police report has been filed and he will be taking this company to court considering he had a camera inside the vehicle! They have denied stealing it but he has them on camera ! If you want your items stolen out of your car during a tow these people are the go to ! Just sad a trusted company would do this I pray you guys lose all business god doesn’t like ugly
Had to use this guy recently. Very rude . To put the cherry on the cake, my kids Nintendo switch , a nice winter coat , and all my cash I had in there is just mysteriously gone and I get told to take it up with the courts you got me but never again
Disrespectful tow truck drivers. Hours late after they said they would be there. Highly big on the do not recommend . How is this guy still in service ?
I had problems with my vehicle and had to have it towed. I called them and they got out as soon as they could and took it to the shop. If I need anything else towed I will definitely call them back
My car got a flat tire on the side of I-70 late on a Saturday evening, Mooresville Towing got to me quickly and for a good price considering how dangerous it can be to stand on the side of any interstate. Shout out to Jerry, he was professional and showed a passion for his job, my car, and my safety throughout the process.
I am not sure of the drivers name, but we had a horrible experience with Budget rental and on 7/19/24 experienced 2 flat tires on our way to MA., The 1st in Illinois and the 2nd in Indiana and our tow truck driver saw we had our twin 11 month old granddaughters in the car, he towed us to Indy airport and got us off the highway in less than 15 minutes. It happened at mile marker 49 on Interstate 90 so to the driver my family thanks you so very much. Very stressful day for us and he made it better. Great service!
Great friendly service. I absolutely appreciate how timely they came ro my rescue. 90+ degrees and kept their cool. I appreciate and will definitely use them as my only tow/rescue needs!
One of their drivers on 5/22/24 at 2:30 pm driving on Centerton Road was speeding in the school zone and whil in front of the school zone passed another car doing the posted speed limit in a double yellow line during school hours. Unprofessional and very unsafe around children.
Was told that if I went to get out my own vehicle he would call the police. Simply for asking the latest a car is allowed to get picked up from impound. Completely unprofessional and extremely rude

The only towing company who would come to my rescue. They were fast and they were friendly. My only problem wasThey never mailed me my receipt so I could get reimbursed by my insurance..
Tow company owner does not obey state laws. It was stated to me that if the vehicle I picked up had not been a police tow, he would follow the laws and allow me to access the vehicle. But since it was, he decided that he was in a position to decide I didn't deserve to access the vehicle or belongings until I paid him $2,500.
Bare in mind, I was not arrested, nor the owner. I had a court order releasing the vehicle to me.
Not that it matters. Because a tow company owner is not an officer, certainly not a judge, and most definitely not any legislative body with authority to decide who deserves what, or which laws he decides he's going to obey himself.
Way above his pay grade, and WAY out of line. He has one duty. And it's not law enforcement.
However as I sat and listened to him call the sherriffs department and give them a lady's license plate number because she was demanding to know where her vehicle was located (he lists an incorrect address on Google, and no address on his web site), it quickly became clear that's his lifelong dream. Another look at his paint jobs on company vehicles would further suggest an identity disorder, causing extreme impaired judgement when forced to handle customer in his actual business.
We'll handle this in court, however, I hope anyone calling this service knows the risks in advance.
Furthermore I sincerely hope Morgan County reconsiders any contractual obligations and engaging in future business with someone so reckless with the law himself.

John was very accommodating and took real good care of us at a fair price. We were quoted $475 by Plainfield Towing and John did the same job quicker for $150.
Had my truck towed to the mechanic last week. Due to a computer issue they were alittle late but as soon as I called and we talked they had a truck at my house about 15 minutes later. They were easy to deal with and even with the rear tire folded up under my truck from an accident they still managed to get it to the shop and I'm sure it wasn't easy. The price was fair and they were easy to deal with. Definitely will use them again if I need assistance.
He could not have been better. He arrived quickly, was polite, efficient, protective, maneuvered into a tight spot. He was also cheaper and faster than the competitor who was not equipped to do the job.
Triple a had them town my vehicle due to a broken ball joint. Besides waiting for 3 hours for them to pick my vehicle up when they did tow it they damaged my vehicle. I called right after they dropped my vehicle off and told them that it was damaged and they said they would look at the pics. Didnt receive a call back from them. So I decided today to call them and he said they didn't do the damage to the vehicle, it was because of the ball join breaking. When the ball joint broke it was at a stop and didn't move. Once I mentioned I was a mechanic they decided to hang up on me.
My car died at a stop sign in camby. The guy on the phone told me to leave my key in the gas cap and they would be there in an hour. They called 2 hours later to pick up my vehicle and said it was gone. It was impounded because they were late. Then they tried to lie and say they never said it was okay for me to leave my vehicle there. Horrible service. They hung up on my husband and I twice.
Very nice people. Excellent service. Knowledgeable about vehicles and people's life situations. They were willing to work with us. And gave a great rate for us. My car was stuck in the mud at 3:30 in the morning. I called Mooresville Towing because the website said it was open 24 hours. I left 3 messages and never got a call back. I called at 10:00 and the driver was here at 12:00. I missed a day of work because nobody called me back. I would rate no stars if I could...very unprofessional!!
Excellent service and very knowledgeable of assessing a situation. Our car was stuck where a roadway was crumbling beneath us, and John was able to get the vehicle out of the hole with no damage. We would definitely recommend Mooresville Towing to everyone.
