They will sell the part you called them for and asked them to hold it and even offered to prepay for it. They DO NOT care if you drive three hours one way to get to their junk yard and can't wait to tell you how happy they are that they sold the part you went to pick up! Haha! How professional! Never again!

I've never been here before but they had a single car that seems to be difficult to find in salvage yards. After reading the recent reviews, I was a little skeptical. The guy at the counter just seemed like a no nonsense, straight to the point kind of guy and the donor car appeared to be low mileage with some excellent quality parts on it. The prices were very reasonable and affordable.
Make sure you people check prices before you go to this place, they will charge you more than the OEM dealer part price is, plus the way they treat people with arrogance and disrespect the worse place I have Been.
The sales man in the front office is very bad , no respect, lack of communication rise his voice if he didn't understand.
And trait his client as low people.
You should get some else that deserve that position.
I needed a hood for my Honda Accord coupe; they had exactly what I needed in the same color as my car, and they were the best price in at least a 250 mile radius. Steve even sent someone out to check the hood for damage, since I was driving 3 hours to get it. Very helpful; I will definitely keep them in mind if I need more parts!
Staff was limited and that leaves the lot unable keep up with demand. Parts are priced decent but as it is with used parts Amazon and other online parts suppliers have almost priced salvage lots out. Unless its a major part that is.
This may be the worst yard I've ever dealt with, and that is saying a lot. The lady on the phone was an absolute gem, but the guy running the counter was intent on being as rude as possible, even demeaning. I then waited 50 minutes after they told me someone would "be with me shortly". There were 2 other customers waiting outside as well and they mentioned the same thing about the guy, they were pretty angry because of the same rude and condescending behavior. I finally just left after getting tired of waiting. I'll drive 3 states away for parts before I would ever lower myself to going to this place again.
After calling this location to confirm the availability of a part, they gave me a price, confirmed the availability, and invited me to come in. After arriving, they confirmed the availability of the part, and asked me to wait as they went to retrieve the part. After an hour, they returned and informed me they did not have the part. I drove an hour to get here, wasted an hour as they checked, and an hour wasted driving home. I highly discourage anyone from coming here as they are unprofessional, condescending, and rude.
stay away if you care about your account. They took my credit card information and later sold my order to a different person after I called to confirm my order. Don’t waste your time like they wasted my time. Extremely rude and unprofessional and didn’t call to tell me that they sold my order to a different person. Trust when I say don’t waste your money because this junk yard should be put out of business for this robbery my credit card information.
If I could have given a zero star rating I 100 percent would. I just got off the phone with them not 5 minutes ago. The woman was short, sounded bored and obviously needs a non customer facing role. The guy was extremely short, hung up on me in the middle of me asking a question. Very unprofessional, I won't ever be spending any money here and neither should you. I would rather drive 100 miles out of my way to not deal with these jerks.
This is the most disrespectful set of people to do business with. Very nonchalant attitude at work and disrespectful on the phone. They don’t mind cursing you out on the phone. This is one business that whoever owns it should take note especially a guy that picks the phone after being transferred by a lady. If there is any rating less than this. They surely deserve it.

Pay double the price for an engine that supposedly had 40,000 mi on it. Took it to my mechanic he said there's absolutely no way I call and confront them they said oh yeah that one was no good so we gave you one with double the mileage on it that you paid for. Finally called back said they'd refund $150. Still haven't got the $150. Plus the motor had no intake on it whatsoever so I had to pay for another intake and more labor to my mechanic. Meanwhile the same motor that was " bad " is still listed online for sale months later. What crooks
Things went ok, I bought an alternator pulled from a car on there yard. Went bad it was under warranty. Called ahead of time they had the replacement ready. Installed it and went to a doctors appt and it went bad. Called and they said they replace it. Went up and the guy at the counter said nope there no way you got 2 bad alternators your not getting another. Told him, sir I was already told I could come get another. He said you have to pull it your self then. Then no you have to wait. 1 hour 45 min waiting in a friends car on the yard finally got. This 3rd one was fine still working great. That one man -1 stars the other employees were great. Him thinking I was scamming them in some way -1 star. 1st time customer experience was awful.

I ordered a control arm for a Subaru WRX, they shipped me a control arm for a Toyota Prius!!!
When I called them to tell them it was wrong part, they argued that it was part I ordered! Every single person that I spoke with was rude and unprofessional!
The manager got on the phone and said to return the part and pay for shipping costs, I told them I'll be more then happy to return the part but they would need to send me shipping label at their expense not mine since it was their mistake!!!
He kept trying to blame me for wrong part delivered!
When I told them that I will just call my credit card company and dispute the charge, someone from their company called me back and requested a receipt of correct part I ordered from different yard and that they would refund me afterwards.
I sent them the info they asked for only to get a call afterwards saying the receipt I sent was deceiving!!!!
I am done playing games with these clowns and will have my bank force them to give back the money for wrong part sent!!!!!

Great import scrap yard with incredible selection. I was searching for a transmission for the 80/90s and it looks incredible! They drained it and got me on my way! My first few minutes here felt like a scary movie, but I quickly warmed up to their knowledgeable staff. Just a note, they are on a SMALL one lane road, so bring your small truck and leave the trailer at home :) I will definitely be back. I can't say enough about their selection! They have alot!!
Guy at the front desk is almost as rude .I paid for the parts, they said it would be ready in 10 days, 30 days have passed and it is still not ready. The service guy talking to me rudely and every time they say what they are doing and that it will be ready soon, and they say the same thing every week. I do not recommend it, do not waste your time. The guy at the front desk is almost as rude as he is incompetent, horrible service. I heard him talk down to 3-4 people in a row for no reason, he is just hateful and sad. Treated a black customer especially poor. Prices are high, and the vehicles have little to nothing left on them that are worth anything. Couldn’t recommend staying away from this place any more, it is a joke. Take your money elsewhere.
Best experience at a Junkyard hands down. I seen tons of reviews that made me super sceptical. And the place is definitely on the rough side. But it's that kind of world..either fit in and get along, or get out. Yea you have to pick your own part...it's unfortunate in some ways but understandable giving how noone wants to work. I'm handy and brought tools and gloves and a jack and stand...don't come I'll equipped or you'll be sad...yes you can wait for them to pick ur part, if your hands are soft and fragile..it could take hours though. They are under staffed. The guy helping me was straight to the point and informative on what I needed and how to find it. I got the part I needed Hassle free at this location. I'll always come here for my used Subaru parts

Good price and service. Requested part was correct and worked in the car. 60 day warranty. The roads leading up to this yard are very narrow and your car may get dirty so be aware.
OMG, they have every freaking import car! BMW's smashed Mercedes, loads of Volkswagens and Audi's and Lexus....WOW! AND YOU CAN GET A TAN WHILE PULLING PARTS!

I wish I could write a positive review of this yard, but I can not. We ordered a transmission for a Honda CRV. There were not many available, but Brickyard showed several. We discussed price, and I was told that the transmission was still in the vehicle. The ETA would be around two weeks. I gave them my credit card number and began to wait... When the two weeks came, I got the call that the transmission was ready to ship. However, they were no longer willing to honor the price that was quoted. If I still wanted that transmission, I would have to pay double now... The show to have several transmissions in stock, yet they raised the price only on the one that I selected ( see picture ). They did not offer to help, they did not offer to make the situation right, they simply said good luck finding another one if you do not wish to pay our cost... This is not the first time I had dealings with this company, and sadly my last time was not great either. However, I was trying to give them another fair chance at my business. I highly recommend BUYER BEWARE. They may show inventory, but clearly there is more going on here behind the scenes. Never again!
Most excellent! Very happy, very honest, arrived as the doors opened, paid cash, he recounted, I gave him $20 extra, he gave it back, parts are as advertised, and look great!
