Every time I call here the guy is extremely rude. He just always seems so unwilling to help. I’ve never been able to get any help out of them. Honestly, just a waste of time
I drive here from Lebanon, because they have always been more than fare to me. They always help me and never make me wait. Treat me with respect and know me by name only after the 2nd or 3rd visit. They also have the best prices around.
I called and asked about a vehicle that was recently scrapped. I was out of the country when it was scrapped and my family forgot to remove the radio. I asked if I could come and get the radio and was told they bought the vehicle which is acceptable. I then asked if I could purchase the radio off of them and I would come remove it. He said he is not sure if it has been removed or not and that they don't sell parts or let anyone on the lot. I said okay and asked if there is any way to retrieve the radio and was met with a very rude response. I said I will look on Ebay then and next thing I heard was a click from the man hanging up on me. For someone who says they pride themselves on friendly customer service I would like to know his definition of friendly.
From the responses I’ve seen you give to others who left a review and how it was not very professional or kind I think I’ll choose another place to go.
These people are a joke. They'll do anything to get an extra buck out of you, and make sure you get close to nothing. They don't care about their customers they care about profit and that's it. I've talked to numerous people about this placewondering ifwas unlucky and got a bad deal. Nope they screwed everyone over.
