Kyle has picked up two of our old beater vehicles over the past year. He is a quick worker, cheerful and friendly in spite of a hornets nest under the van this past summer and sub zero temps today. So nice to get cash AND clear up space in the driveway!

My '98 Nissan Maxima finally needed to be put out to pasture today and Kyle and everyone else at JB's were helpful and more than fair. The owner of the shop I'd taken my car to asked how much JB's was giving me, minus the cost of the tow, and it turned out he'd recently received less for an SUV that weighed significantly more. JB's will get straight down to business and will give you a fair and honest quote, and they'll pick up your non-operational vehicle for far less than the towing companies in town.
In the course of a few hours, J&B Salvage agreed to buy my 1999 Pontiac van and not only picked it up that same afternoon, but gave me a decent price for taking it. I regret I didn’t get his first name, but the gentleman was kind and made this transaction so easy. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends! Thanks so much, Dude, you made my day!!
I sold a truck to them for a fair price. They even came out an towed it away for me. Even with me not having the key to the vehicle. As well as gave me info on other things in my yard that would bring me some money. Which was very useful as well as appreciated Very polite and respectful towards my property and I. I just sold my vehicle that had been broken down & idle for several years to JB Salvage and apparently, wasps had made their home inside of it. But the gentleman who came to pay us and tow it away (I can’t remember his name) was totally fearless and even yanked the nests off with his bare hands (even after getting stung the day before) So grateful for him & JB Salvage for helping remedy this situation!!

JB’s good people. We’ve had them take a couple junkers off our hands over the years, and they are great to work with. Today the tow truck driver even helped me push a car out of the way and back in its place so he could get to the car we sold them. He went above and beyond. Thanks again!
Update to my original 1 star review… the manager reached out to me and was very respectful despite me being very upset. Even tho we couldn’t work our differences out, the manager reaching out shows he cares.

12 years ago, I had to move a business that has been in the same building for 32 years, including a lot of things out of the 5000 square-foot basement – as I am not very good at throwing things away(but extremely good at hoarding and keeping things that I don’t need) I was filling up a six yard dumpster twice a week with my wife’s instruction and guidance and help – I was gently trying to explain to her that some of these items we are paying to throw away, we could recycle and we actually could get some cash in the process. She catches on pretty fast, and I created a recycling monster! she now saves cans and other metal objects, throws them in the back of her expensive car and takes them to JB salvage – no matter who the boys are working when she comes, they are always very professional, courteous, and extremely kind and helpful, and I thank you for that! I myself visit both sides, buying scrap metal once or twice a year, buying an auto part or two once or twice a year, and taking scrap metal including jump cars two or three times a year(I drive demolition Derby so of course I will have these items) I feel I’ve always been treated good and when needed, helped, and I very much enjoy Chris, Richard, and really everyone down there – thank you for the service you provide, my wife and I appreciate you very much! jolly Dave
Guy just left with my junk car. He is a serious pro at this. He got his flatbed up my insane driveway, and managed to drag a completely dead Subaru out of the garage at a 90 degree angle.
