These clowns towed my granddughters car on friday early AM from her boyfriends apartment building.Now I realize that she didn't have a permit and I get why she was towed.The issue that I have is they charged her $175.00 plus damaged her car in the process then blew her off when the damage was brought to their attention.Hard hit for an out of town college student to pay for. I got a name for people who run a business like that.
My car was towed from my boyfriend’s apartment complex; entirely my fault. But as I went to get my car this morning and head home, I realized there was something wrong with my exhaust that has not been an issue before. I tell the workers that something is wrong with my car that was not there before, and they proceed to tell me that “the cold weather must’ve busted the exhaust” and that it was not something they had caused. My father, a mechanic, said this was a complete lie and this doesn’t just happen. They then remind me that they are not liable for any damages. I took my car to another repair shop and they told me the same thing my father told me. They also said that TowTime is known for causing issues and not taking fault.
On top of all of this; their customer service was incredibly unprofessional. I was not greeted when walking in, had rude service up until getting my car, and when dealing with the issues with my car, the lady was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I am beyond angry with this company and do not recommend to anyone!
Was driving on west vernal pike, and one of the company’s drivers in a tow truck was riding my tail and then flew right by me at high speeds. We get to red light and he does the same thing around another car. Each time going at least 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. A truck that size could cause a serious accident. Very unsafe not cool at all.
This company is the epitome of lawful-evil. Getting towed after parking for 10 minutes MAX in front of an apartment and having to pay an entire 100 dollars so it DOESN'T get towed is absolutely ludicrous. Not to mention that the guy towing my car explained that there's been too many non-tenants parked outside the apartment i was at, yet the parking lot was almost completely empty. If your towers are lurking, waiting to snatch cars away the instant someone makes a quick stop then this company deserves to go bankrupt.
I am extremely disappointed. I will never call them again. They were 30 minutes late for our scheduled appointment time and we missed our appointment at the auto shop to have our car fixed and now it won't be looked at for a potential few more days. They drove off without collecting payment and then called me asking where the payment was. They have every excuse in the world as to why they were late. Very unprofessional.
This outfit saved me big time. Had to get my pickup truck towed from Bloomington Indiana to Chicago IL to my mechanic. The owner is super, and we talk about everything. I know for sure his company will keep growing, probably to 10 regular tow trucks (Dodge Ram 5500s) and just two flatbeds and two big Peterbilt tow trucks to tow the 18 wheelers in the future and of course, big Cats under the hood. God is looking over you. You will have a very successful business and people will spread the word. Maybe your business on TV, "Midwest Tow Rigs", on Discovery Channel.
Super friendly and helpful people. We had a flat tire and they arrived immediately with help. They were fast, efficient, and gave great advice for the future. Super nice and generous people!
Nicest guys in town. Literally saved our butts. They came to my buddies rescue and towed his car to Hoosier Hills the Vocational Auto Shop at Bloomington North High School. They were there 10 minutes after I called. Just used them again to tow my truck into an emergency they jumped right on it. Ask for Jamie .Good O’ Boys in a small town. Thanks guys!

There is a reason why this company has such terrible reviews. They mark up bills to such ridiculous prices. Check the city of Bloomington Vehicle towing information before you pay them. There are regulations and they might take advantage of you.
Hunter was awesome! He came super quick, was very fast and attentive to my tire. He was super kind and helpful, and even showed me how to do it myself in the future! Would definitely recommend and call this place again if I’m in a jiffy. I know towing company’s get a bad rep for taking cars, but they also save you at 2 am in the morning!!
Crappy way to make money, threatening to tow someone doing door dash and running in to pick up an order unless they pay $80. If the College Mall doesn't provide parking for door dash drivers then they shouldn't let the vendors do door dash. Or the vendor should bring the order to the curb. Predatory (threat of) towing is a bad look.
Dustin was wonderful! I was out in the middle of nowhere in Bedford and he got to me quickly, was very nice and helpful and came quickly on a holiday. 10/10 recommend
Dustin showed up on Memorial Day within minutes and helped my friend get her car and her 2 boys home. The Lugnuts were literally falling off the car. And he helped him get home. Great service great attitude I would recommend them to anyone.

Great truck shop! Came from out of state passing through, and truck broke down on side of rode. Jamie, tow driver, was awesome! Brought our truck here instead of another busy cause of timeliness. They got us on the road the next day after breaking down at night. Did everything they could to help us. Honest, informative, and over all great people to work with. If we would have went anywhere else it wouldn’t have been fixed for days.
Well they give you great prices, they own up to there mishaps an they make it right, life wasn't so good to them today, with family issues.
So I understand that,both my family members are living with heart an blood clots in there lungs, so I understand what happened once the owner Jake called me.
Thank y'all an my condolences to your family loss , an hopefully Chris daughter or family member is ok. .

Hunter towed my daughters car for me and he was exceptionally good at his job! Our driveway wasn't easy to get in and out of but he got the car in with no problems! I highly recommend him!

My apartment towed my boyfriends car even though he only stayed to visit me for less that 2 hours. And the office is closed weekends so I couldn’t get a visitors pass (Thank you so much Granite Management). We called Tow Time and explained our situation and Josh on the phone agreed that it shouldn’t have been towed. They agreed to let his car go for free if I could provide a copy of my lease and my ID. We really appreciate how understanding they were!
Awesome company. Super helpful with getting my stuff from my vehicle. Answered any questions I had. Jake, the owner, loves what he does and knows what he is doing, is great with customers and they have VERY TIMELY service!
