Stryker Towing & Repair JunkYard in Bloomington (IN)

So my son goes to IU Bloomington and we live up north over 2 and half hours away. My son calls to let me know the front tire snapped. Instantly I looked up towing a repair on google. Stryker was the first one I called without hesitation. I needed something fast! Communication was excellent, customer service was fantastic, and working full time and as an adult always being busy. The process and information was absolutely easy. If I ever need repairs or towing in the area again. They will be the first to call. Thank you Max and Stryker Towing and Repair! 💯

I needed my car to be towed, and I learned from my insurance and the sheriff's department that a lot of the local towing companies in town overcharge the cost by two-threefold (and also demand cash payment on the spot with the threat of storage fee). Stryker stands out alone as the only reputable business that maintains honest pricing without taking advantage of your situation. They are people with good hearts looking for your interests.

My brother damaged the ring of his tire by falling into a hole in the street right now, we looked for where we could find help because we didn't have a backup tire, Google showed us this place! Our tow truck driver Dewey went and picked up a vehicle we purchased. He was extremely professional and respectful, showed up on time and put our vehicle in the exact spot we asked. Was amazing at driving the truck.

Stryker Towing was awesome. The rate wast he best that I found, they were there in a very timely manner. Max was did a outstanding job. He took me home so I could drop off my groceries then took our vehicle to the dealership and did the drop slip for us so we did not have a ride. He was very nice and professional I would try them to anyone.

I would like to say that the owner is super awesome helpful and respectful and all the crew that I met when I had to have a tow especially at like 4 in the morning they definitely go above and beyond to help people out and to take care of their customers I would recommend to anyone out there

Had the pleasure of meeting Dewey the Tow Truck Driver from Stryker Towing on Saturday 4/20. Had my rental car towed 90+ miles from French Lick Indiana to the Louisville Airport. Dewey was very professional and thorough and SUPER SUPER pleasant to drive and talk with. You should be very proud to have him representing your company. We got a nail in our tire while driving through the area. Other chain tire shops wouldn't help us out. Called Stryker and they were able to help us out quickly so we could get back on the road. Would recommend if you have an emergency repair. Its slightly off the main road, look for the big black sign.

Needed a tow right after a huge storm hit us a few days ago they were there within the hour. I was really impressed. Wish I would have caught the guys name because he was amazing! Thank you!

Their team has proved to be reliable, professional, and efficient. my experience: The first time i reached out to them was for a tow after my car broke down, I was shocked at their amazing customer service as me and my friends have had horrible experiences with other bloomington towing services! The second time I reached out I needed to get my car moved to another location after another towing company (Chandler) put a notice to tow sticker on my vehicle. Although the notice said I had 30days to move it, they towed it before Stryker tow could pick it up! Stryker dealt with the unethical company (Chandler) and helped me get my vehicle back and transported!! I am filled with deep gratitude towards this business for their exceptional service and support!! Their willingness to help me in such a difficult time is truly commendable! Overall, I would highly recommend this towing company to anyone in need of a reliable, efficient, and professional towing service.

Went in here for help on getting my license plate removed because of a rusted screw, they helped me get it off and even put my new plate on for me all free of charge! Great service everyone was very nice and as helpful as could be, would definitely suggest coming here for your car needs!

My in-laws got a flat tire while they were visiting from out of town. We called the shop at like 6pm on a Saturday night, they came out to the shop, got the tire patched up that same evening, AND refused to let us pay them anything at all. Highly recommend checking these guys out if you need service.

Max was wonderful! I had locked my car with my dog in the back seat while I ran in to my work to get my phone out of my locker, not realizing I had dropped my keys in the passenger front seat. The first place I called didn’t answer and I saw that Stryker Towing had 5 stars rating so I called and spoke to Max. He came and had the car open quickly and gave me a break on the price because of my dog being locked in it. He also gave me some good advice on who to call for alignments and what services his company offers. He deserves recognition for great customer service and a caring attitude. This place rocks!! Max the owner is very professional, and truly listens to you. As a women I often feel taken advantage of by garages.. This was definitely not the case!! I broke down with my little girls he was there in 5 mins!! He worked on my Jeep keeping me informed every step of the way!! I would recommend him and his crew to anyone!! I highly recommend Max and this company. Nobody is having a good day when their car breaks down. He was professional, yet personable. Hooked my car up fast and drove me to the sticks.
