I called Stryker late at night to get my son help with his flat tire. Cody showed up within minutes and helped us get a very rusted, stuck wheel off. We couldn't have done it without him. He was fast, friendly, and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend!

Called to voice concerns about a driver and was told I was a liar. Then get a cash app request from company for $100 for as they say "giving a fake review". Very unprofessional and rude would not recommend this company.

Firstly, I'm not a part of the "regular reviewers" crowd but I could not help giving an honest take on this business after a recent run-in. I called the manager about my significant other's missing vehicle and was immediately greeted with a very poor attitude. He heard three sentences of what I had to say, cut me off, responded very rudely, and concluded his response by telling me I had called the wrong number. I had to but my tongue and say thank you.
I later arrived at what I thought MIGHT be the business. There was no signage to be found, weeds grown up everywhere (including in front of the main customer entrance), hardly any organization, and an obvious visual lack of professionalism. I walk through the yard WITH a lady from the front desk back to my car and was asked (very rudely mind you) if I needed help by some sweat coming out of the back shop. I then could not pay with card at all and only some third party cellphone app or cash which was a complete inconvenience.
Overall, this was just a very poor experience and a very poor excuse for a business. I feel as though this business MUST be violating some city regulations and should be investigated.

Car was broken down and the tow truck came in a very timely fashion. Jerrod our driver was very nice, and helpful and helped get our car where it needed to be.
On our back from celebrating a 60th wedding anniversary and our vehicle gave us a hearty clunk and smoke. Stranded on i69 led us to finally using our roadside assistance which has us cross paths with Jerrod. Very professional, efficient, and friendly. Got my truck stuck in the ditch. Guy came out really fast. Recognized the best way to pull truck out without damaging my front suspension. (I previously was thinking the same before he came) hooked and booked. Very satisfied with the service from the company and the guy that did the work. Thanks a bunch guys. All in phone call to my roadside to driving my truck home was like 2.5hrs. Not bad as ive waited that long just for the tow to show up.
Jerrod executed quick and professional work with a good attitude along with it. Can tell he’s a good guy from just the small talk and attitude. I don’t know how much Stryker is paying him, but it should be a few bucks more !

Towed my daughter’s vehicle an hour after arriving to her apartment complex. We hadn’t even finished putting her room together. Called to explain “just got here today to move in. We can show you her lease and ID to clear this misunderstanding up. She acquired the lease over the phone/internet from 3 hours away and has been paying rent since June, but has a job in Fort Wayne for the summer. This is her 1st time down here and hasn’t received a parking permit yet.” They refused to release the car without paying the $160 fee. I feel it is reasonable to be frustrated by the situation and to ask “does that make sense to you?” I was called rude, and said that I had 2 options. She could hang up or I could wait until Monday to get my daughter’s car. This was on a Saturday. We eventually got ahold of the leasing office, who called them to explain. Still had to pay for them to give the car back. I get why you need towing companies (especially in college towns) but this ain’t it people. Just use a little common sense.
And please, please use your same pompous attitude when responding to my review like you did the others that have had trouble with you. State your “facts,” but be sure to include the recorded phone conversation (unedited) the we had with those facts. Thank you!

He has always been fair on prices and extremely helpful in making sure customers are taking care of.

Once again Stryker Towing and Repair went above and beyond. I am an auto tech of more than 20 years and always have a bit of worry when my tools need to be moved by rollback. Stryker has given me great, safe and worry free moving of my tool collection going 20 years in the field on more than one occasion. I wanna thank Kody and Jerrod for their great care of my tools today in their move home. They made sure is was all loaded safely and secured properly to make a 25 mile ride down the highway. I highly recommend this business as I am in the automotive business myself I know reputation is what makes or breaks us. These are the go to for me with all my towing needs. I called Stryker Towing because I needed my dead car moved to my driveway for another company to pick up. (They wouldn’t tow from my garage as it was too much of a liability to them) Stryker then paid me to take my car instead. Great customer service and help. The tow man would not leave until he knew I received my cashapp payment as well. All around great experience!
I came in to see what I needed to do for a side mirror replacement. They were so helpful and showed me exactly what I needed to do and how I could find a replacement. Didn't charge me or anything. I 100% recommend them they have the best intentions for their customers and are incredibly helpful!
Called on Sunday evening needing a tire plugged. He waited for us and plugged it within minutes. We’re from out of town and he could’ve gouged us for as much as he wanted. Not only did he not do that but the price was VERY reasonable. Also very personable.
I called in desperate need to get my tire patched and he waited an extra few minutes for me to get there,plugged my tire and saved my evening. Hr was so nice and friendly- fast too.
threatened to charge a $125 “administrative fee” for paying with coins, which are still legal tender. Rude on the phone and predatory towing practices. Also saw them dragging a AWD Subaru up a flatbed with the wheels all dragging from being in park when I was getting my car out. Make sure to check for transmission parking paw damage or your e-brake getting stretched out. Also they don’t take card, only for repairs, which seems targeted people who get their car towed. Weird how they can only accept card for repairs but can take Zelle, cashapp, Venmo, and cash for your car getting towed.
edit: I never did use "explicative" language even though I was annoyed, but yeah sure whatever, say that I cussed on the phone and was rudely talking even though I was just annoyed.
I never came in like a "wrecking ball" I simply walked in and the door did not close behind me, in which you simply repeatedly pointed to the door without saying anything and made me close the door, which I respectfully did and closed the cracked door. Yes I was still annoyed, and no, I did not damage anything or "wreck" anything. This are more lies made up by you. I was never rude, just bluntly following directions. I never did claim that you damaged my vehicle either, I simply wanted to just know how it was towed because I've also worked in a shop and know how fast mechanics and tech operate. I simply inquired on how it was towed, but I guess that implies that you damaged my car to you. The rest of the steps were correct but creating more false exaggerations of the story is not a good look on your business. And thank you for using my full name, for this completely merited one star review.
also since you want to be personal, having your baby sit there at the counter and eat goldfish and hostess chocolate donuts at the impound lot is not a good business look, and not a good look on parenting either, says a lot about you
Max saved us from a parking spot that wasn't a parking spot in Bloomington. The lot was covered in snow and we pulled right into a 4ft deep drain ditch. Max was a pro. Calm cool and in charge. I had a problem tonight when I fell into a pothole my wheel bent and my tire lost air, I got these good people on maps since there was nothing else open and I didn't have a spare tire, my brother took the wheel to the place and they managed to repair it almost they were about to go home and he stopped to help us thank you very much... kind people and willing to help in Bloomington without a doubt I recommend them.
Highly recommend this place to take care of your vehicle. Max was super nice and great at fixing my car. Two of my tires were leaking air tonight due to the broken sensors, and all tires shops were closed. So we called in Stryker towing and they took us in, and fixed everything under 30 minutes with an excellent price!! This place will be my to go when my car needs to be repaired

So my son goes to IU Bloomington and we live up north over 2 and half hours away. My son calls to let me know the front tire snapped. Instantly I looked up towing a repair on google. Stryker was the first one I called without hesitation. I needed something fast! Communication was excellent, customer service was fantastic, and working full time and as an adult always being busy. The process and information was absolutely easy. If I ever need repairs or towing in the area again. They will be the first to call. Thank you Max and Stryker Towing and Repair!

6 years ago he came and unlocked my car when my wife accidentally locked our 1 year old daughter in the vehicle. He was there super fast and refused to take a dime from me.
Today I found myself is a bad situation and was stranded on interstate 69 headed towards Bloomfield. When he arrived I mentioned something about unlocking my car 6 years earlier and he didn’t miss a beat., he recalled details that i had even forgotten about.

Stryker Towing was awesome. The rate wast he best that I found, they were there in a very timely manner. Max was did a outstanding job. He took me home so I could drop off my groceries then took our vehicle to the dealership and did the drop slip for us so we did not have a ride. He was very nice and professional I would try them to anyone.
We got a nail in our tire while driving through the area. Other chain tire shops wouldn't help us out. Called Stryker and they were able to help us out quickly so we could get back on the road. Would recommend if you have an emergency repair. Its slightly off the main road, look for the big black sign.
