Forced to pay for a service I have never and will never use? No thanks! If this was legit, it would be paid for through our taxes. I called to have this service removed and you can’t opt out. This can not be legal!
Just like some other people on here i got hit with the ridiculous late fee, I dont know how it is possible to have that high of a fee. I used to recycle before I moved to this county but now I go out of my way to not recycle.
Just received a late notice for a bill I always pay.
I was unable find payment after checking both my bank account and my credit cards. I called to see if they could make an exception on their 83% late fees and was told no. NO! What makes me mad is that there was no consideration that I've always paid them and have never been late and a $25 late fee is excessive on a $30 bill. I used to use their services when they had their country wide clean up with collections in Denver and I used their recycling when they had collection bins in Denver. But these services have been removed locally so I no longer use their services and still pay their bill. I somehow missed this year bill and payment and I was willing to pay their bill just not the exorbitant late fee.
I've been here 3 times in the past week and they've never had a bin out. How am I supposed to use a service that I'm illegally taxed for if it's never available.
If you could update your hours on Google so people don't load their vehicles with trash and drive all the way to you to find out you took a 4 day weekend that would be awesome.
They like to charge people who never use them. Just dispute the bills with collections and they fall off because they can't legally force you into a service.
There should an audit of this place. You're forced to pay for a service that you can't even use. Even at the main office all the bins were closed and marked full. Waste of gas and time to recycle. Burning more fossil fuel to go somewhere you can't use after even paying for it. Pathetic example of recycling.
They are so kind and knowledgeable. If you have any questions or are unsure of what is included in the yearly cost they will take the time to educate you. Very thankful for the services they provide.
If I could rate Miami county Solid Waste negative stars I would. ABSOLUTE joke! Constantly moving the recycling drop off locations to the point where it's not even worth it to recycle. This used to be a good program, now we are billed for a useless program whether it's available to you locally or not. They should be ashamed for doing such a pitiful job.
They take your money. But are not in office during hours they should be open. They removed their recycling bins. Don't understand what we are paying for
Not open enough. Only open during hours most people work. Have to pay every year even if you never use it. In the 16 years I’ve lived here I’ve only used it this year. Should be open later and have Saturday hours.
Dumpster should be open at the top so you’re not trying to cram bags through the small openings on the side.
If you need your mobile home moved this is the outfit to do it, they are the best I have seen , The men work together and are very efficient,
