There’s a reason they’ve been around so long and a reason why they’re a trusted name locally in the auto industry. I highly recommend them if you’re on a budget and need parts!
I've been doing business at Ray's for many years and I have never had a problem they've always held true to their word and taken care of anything that wasn't right

I came in to get my windshield replaced and was totally surprised when I picked up my car — they had completely swept it out and cleaned the inside without me even asking. The windshield looks great, and that extra touch really made my day. It’s rare to find a place that cares about the little details like that. Highly recommend!
I brought my truck in to have a windshield replaced and not only did you put a new windshield in my truck you got it done 3 days before I expected it to be done then when I got it home noticed you also put the windshield wipers in and my rearview mirror in also wow I appreciate that so much now a days it's hard to find anyone to go above what they are paid to do but going above and beyond what you were paid to do was a shock you guys are not just another parts store or shop you put pride in what you do I'm way more than happy with what you did with my truck I will only call you all when I need a part or a windshield for any of my family or friends needs I will let them know where to go I will. Definitely tell them call rays and tell them miss Anjie sent you ,!!!! Thank you to all of you that went over what I expected your num 1 and I will send people your way again thank you so much and will someone tell the guy that answered the phone what a 710 cap is I called and asked for two caps my truck also needed and I asked for a master cylinder cap and a 710 cap he said no we don't have one of them I didn't say 710 cap cause I didn't know it was the oil cap but thought he might think it was funny a lady asking for a 710 cap but I guess he didn't think it was funny or he didn't know what I was joking about lol any way thanks to the people that did such a great job on my truck thank you ...

These guys are great i had to have a windsheld out in my truck and call them theyvgave me a price that was the best around they got it done a day before i was told they put the rearview mirror back on for me and everything if you dont call them when you need a part it will be your loss they have the best customer service for the auto parts store i will firever be greatful for all there work and did a great job in my windshield that i will never call any parts store before i call them even if they dont have it they can find it for you im telling you these guys are top shelf people... I want to thank all you guys at Rays for all your work and for the costumer service you gave me and my truck
Last 2 times I have went for a part I have got bad parts. On one part I went back 3 different times. Why I trusted it would be different this time was the time of manor I was in but with great hope surely I wouldn't get another bad part ? needless to say this is my last time. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to get what I need with the garuntee it works.

Absolutely a life saver business. Nearly ANYTHING you need in pretty good condition, at a fraction of the price. I would have been without a vehicle so many times if it weren't for Rays. Went out to buy a bumper sight unseen. It had more rust than I would have liked which meant more work for me but the price was right and the service was excellent.
I don't like the fact that u have to call to tell them the part u need an they pull it off an call u wen they want....the part I wanted took 2 screws it looks me 30 seconds to change after I got it an it took them 2 days to pull the part an call me back

I called and spoke to Hunter, she was super sweet, fast with my part. I live in Kentucky and we have a hybrid car that needed an oil pan. Nobody around us had one we could have got a new one for almost $500 but we cheep and try to find another way. Rays was only place that had the part, now we haven't put it on yet so ? it's correct part, but I have faith.
When I talked to Hunter she made sure she had it before we went farther in conversation, I told her I wanted it but couldn't get there until another time she said she can ship it ? within 30 minutes she called me and said it was packaged and she had tracking number, I asked her if she could text it to me and she did. She is a very helpful, sweet, caring and understanding lady. Thank you Ray's

Took off work early and drove 1.5 hours just to immediately notice they had the wrong part after being assured multiple times that it was the right one beforehand. The answer they had for me was “sorry”

I really wish this place was closer to me. They do a great job of cataloging their inventory on Car-part. When I do call them everything is removed and ready. I needed a hitch. There is only one available for my vehicle it costs about $300 new. The one I got from Ray's was 50 bucks in perfect condition. I really wish more yards could be like them. I cannot believe this level of inventory is easy but it is sure a help to customers. Thanks Rays.
We found Ray's by doing an online search for one part we needed. We were very glad they had what we needed as our experience was 5-star in every way! Pat assisted with everything we were looking for (four crucial components to our repair project) and even went the extra with some non-inventory items that we also needed. Pricing was very competitive and everything was pulled and ready for us upon arrival. The 3hr drive from MI was well worth the trip! Don't hesitate to call Ray's for any part you may need.

My first time buying from them. Absolutely great experience. Called ahead to verify they had the needed gas tank skid plate. Very friendly and had it ready for me when I got there. Amazing price...20 cents on the dollar vs. new and the part looked like it was new. Only problem is I live 50 minutes away, but I will definitely be making the trip again and again.
