“Repaired” a trade in they claimed to maintenance it always prior to taking it in on a trade in. They changed the oil and that was it sold it with a coil pack missing out didn’t even make it from shoals to French lick before the light was on we called them it too them 6 days to contact us back all they did was repair the coil pack not the o2 sensor that it also messed up. The tires were found to have tire rot in them and we took it to a certified mechanic the day that we got it and we had issues And he had given them the paper to show that there was an issue with the motor, the transmission, the exhaust the cooling system Everything they just ignored it they lied about the dvd player working and it burns oil like no other we were a quart low in the first week. All stuff they knew cuz they claimed to be the one to maintain it for years before an “older couple” turned it in on a trade it. Will smile on your face and sell you junk knowingly no different the Cobb in French lick go to an actually dealer ship that give you warranties and stuff
If you're looking for a used part, chances are they might have it. Prices are fair. The staff are okay but not as customer oriented as you would expect.
Super relaxed buying experience. Spencer was personable and very helpful showing me the trucks, no hassel at all. Pricing very fair and no dealer fees, only taxes added to price. They gave me a deal for not having a trade in as well. After weeks of looking for a car online, was so happy with this experience.
Be careful if you buy here. They "repair" vehicles before they sell them... sometimes apparently with parts pulled from the rusted out cars behind their building in the floodplain that floods just about every year. (They're currently emerging from the early flood we've experienced here in Shoals.)
