Had my car break down and I called and they sent someone right over. Took 10 minutes or less and the tow guy was very nice and understanding. A very embarrassing moment for me, but they made it easier!
Iam reluctantly posting this because of the cost,ny truck broke down on US 31 around Rochester,two road calls later($$$) I had no choice but call towing,Gentleman I spoke to was honest about the cost(I had no other choice) They sent out a driver Tyler(FIG) great guy who came across like he understands the business we are in,All in all he did everything professionally and was very knowledgeable on what he does, I could give a 5 star if it wasn’t about the price but i understand.Overall service was great none the less
These people towed my brother's motorcycle after his accident. He was in the hospital close to a month without his glasses. His family had called this place asking if they could check his bike to see if his glasses were in the compartments on the bike about 2 weeks after his accident. I called the Friday or Saturday before memorial day and was told they would look after the weekend since it was a holiday weekend, okay understandable. I call back the following Tuesday around 9 am to see if they had looked just for them to ask around if anybody had looked and someone said they did and that they weren't in there. Meanwhile, a friend of my brothers calls to ask the same question shortly after I did and was told that I just called they dont have em, okay fine....my brother's cousin calls the Monday after memorial day looking for them, never gets a call back. Fast forward to Friday June 6th, my brother gets out of the hospital, we go to this place bc I had a feeling they were there and that someone just didn't bother to do what they were asked and low and behold they have his glasses! And they said "oh well we were waiting for someone to call or stop by". Now why the hell would I have done that prior to him getting out when you people told more than 1 person you didn't have them?! Why didn't you bother to call anyone of the 3 people back that had called in the last 2 weeks?! Not impressed! Would give 0 stars if I could! Funny their response about not going through vehicles without owner or police blah blah blah, but yet didn't say anything of the sort when I called and asked you guys to look in his bike for his glasses! & my brother never stepped foot inside that office to retrieve his belongings, you ended up handing them right over to his family member. Seems like you dont understand your own rules what it really boiled down to, is nobody wanted to get off their ass and go look the first time they were asked and then when they finally did go look, nobody could be bothered to call any one of the 3 people back that had been calling looking for his glasses.
Shout out to Tim and Brandon! They saved the day when i locked my keys in my car. Lions and Rans towing were unable to help me and these two guys put in all their effort in the freezing cold. I really appreciate what they did for me that day. Next time i have an issue they will be the first one i call.
Amazing experience with Reichert and Knepp. The only complaint that I would have is that the tow truck operator shyat his pants while on the call. Other than that sticky situation, he was respectful and very helpful.
Overcharge!, 150 dollar just to get my car out of the ditch, driver had a bad acttitud!, he was rude!,. He mess up my bumper fog light the way he hook the cable. Worst!...
Driver was super friendly, but I feel I got overcharged for what they did, I was simply in a ditch and needed pulled out and I was charged $150 and that was him "cutting me a deal" because I didn't have the original asking $200.
We blew a wheel bearing on our toy hauler heading to perform at the Blue Berry Festival. With this being our living situation while in town and also carrying all of our equipment we were really in a bad spot. They went above and beyond to get us fixed up and back on the road. We appreciate the great service. .
I had a good experience with these guys, I broke down on my rig and they showed up within 20 minutes. The guy that helped me was there til my truck was running right. Highly recommend them
We broke down on Saturday morning, and we weren't able to get any kind of help from our roadside service, IN Trooper located these folks, and they were there within 1/5 hr. Got us to a safe location. Thank you , Fig you "ROCK"
Do no recommend. Rude customer service. No 24 hours service.
Watch out with their weekly hours of operation since this place is not open 24 hrs.
They are not open during weekends and wont make exemptions to pick up equipment.

We just had an awsome experience. We were traveling with our camper with my sister behind us with her camper. She had a blowout on the camper. Her roadside assistance refused so we found these guys on maps as the closest to us. I called and they had someone there very quick. The tech that came out was quick. Had tire changed in under 10 minutes. I would recommend this company for anyone near Plymouth.
They broke my front tire almost off, literally, as they pulled my car out sideways. When calling, the guy I spoke with had an attitude from the start, he is mean, rude and seems as if your wasting his time
Excellent equipment, terrible customer service, and very expensive. I recommend that if you ever get into an accident or need roadside assistance. Check other places first; because you will have to pay for this service: It might be a little, it might be alot, but you're going to pay!!!
Amazing service! I purchased a trailer from IAAI and the unit was here for pick up. Trailer was sitting on the ground there was no suspension under it, the guys over at the tow yard lifted the trailer us for us and helped us put the suspension under it and helped us get it out of the yard. These guys are badass!
I have a very low ground clearance vehicle that needed a tow to the local dealership. Another local towing company wouldn't attempt to tow the vehicle. These guys showed up with everything needed to get it towed safely with no damage. Fantastic customer service too.
I had an old, big, fragile bus to move. It required a wrecker to lift up, block, hook the axle, and extract from the woods. they sent the correct machine, and a very competent operator that carefully executed the job. the bus was towed out of the woods and onto the road where their special flatbed was waiting. the wrecker backed the bus onto the flatbed with no damage to the low slung underside of the bus. the flatbed delivered the load and unloaded with no damage. the operators, Brent and Trevor, did an excellent job. you get what you pay for, and this service has top notch equipment and staff.
Kind and careing fellas. Second time my niece had to get a used tire ,kinda emergency. They had what she needed reasonable price uncluding putting it on ,balance and disposal of the old tire. Pleasure to do business with them.
Honest people, Honest prices. I think these bad reviews are from people in bad situations looking for someone to blame for their bad day. From start to finish I had an awesome experience! They answered my call at the crack of dawn where other companies in town declined my phone calls. I had to tow my Jeep to a machanic and I was able to ride along. Shout out to Matt for his friendly service and good conversation! Don't go anywhere else
We broke down on side of the road in the middle of No where and we called triple AAA and they told us two hours and Tim came out in a half hour and fixed the tire and followed us to the gas station to make sure we got there ok to get some air in the spare. Excellent service!!!
I didnt catch the guys name but damn this dude was a lifesaver I had a clamp bust on my turbo and on a whim called them to see if they possibly had any stocked since I was here from out of town and needed to get back home. We went through some junked/wrecked trucks and found one to fit perfect. A class service and it's great to know theres still good people willing to help others left in this world.
Service arrived in about 1/2 hour, and Aaron was helpful and friendly (even tipped him) Downside - in the darkness on the highway, and in haste Aaron indicated that our spare wouldn't fit on the RV. He showed my husband, who believed him (didn't check himself - not his expertise) so he went back to the shop and replaced the blown. He returned, mounted it and suggested a tire store in town. The bill was $200 because he made two trips, fair enough, EXCEPT the tire actually did fit as the tire store demonstrated, and would have gotten us to the tire store for replacement, even though not the perfect sized tire. I then called 3 times over 5 days, (and each call indicated that they would call me back) and my second and third call was with the billing manager Harv . He was MORE than rude, continued to yell at me "What do you want, we got you back on the road ! " Your husband agreed that it didn't fit" "Your tire was the wrong size anyway" "You bought a new tire" -- he never took any responsibility for a simple mistake on the driver's part, or that we didn't really need the tow truck to make two trips. Shocked and maddened by his rudeness, mean spirit, yelling, and bullying. Call someone else for help!
I crashed my vehicle into a ditch and the police called this company at default. They charged way too much, ended up paying over 550 dollars, I've gotten my vehicle towed through other companies and they don't charge even close to that, it's just robbery you have no choice but to pay or let them keep your car. Would never recommend to anyone.
