One of their Drivers is a racist. He’s very aggressive and was yelling at me for no reason. I’m assuming he probably was having a bad day but dude at least you’re at work please have some decency. He clearly told me that he shouldn’t have to repeat himself when talking to me. I was deeply hurt for the way he treated me. I hope he heals from whatever he’s going through.

Jeremy that drives the lime green truck (raiders tattoo) picked me up in Lebanon and took me to Indy. Man that guy is funny, guess he could tell I was upset about being broke down but by the time the ride had ended he had made it all better. He's a nice guy. Very professional. Even told me what was wrong so that I could tell the mechanic. You can tell he's the kind of guy that doesn't meet strangers. Thanks again Jeremy!!!!!!!!

Just another predatory tow company, i called the tow board on this place pulled my bobtail semi into a back out of the way area to rest for a couple hours after getting sick and vomiting in a cup in the road, the tow truck driver jams his lift arm under the rearend of my truck horn my ubolts... then as I'm standing up see what's going on he proceeds to come to my passager door to knock telling me I have to pay him 350.00 not to tow my truck away... I asked him to give me break he tells me he needs to be paid for driving over there after some back and forth he calls my company to get them to pay him 350.00 for 30 seconds of his time after a bunch more back and forth the company pays this fee which they will promptly take from me...

My vehicle was towed by this company last week. This was my first and last time using this company. They towed my vehicle to the destination I wanted but when they dropped it off they left the passenger side window down and my keys in the seat out in the open. They also left my vehicle unlocked and left grease all over my driver's side door and thought it was ok like that. I spefically told the driver to lock my keys in the vehicle as i had a spare and the driver confirmed as well. I will never reccomend this place to anyone. I was also quoted a price over the phone for my tow and it was also on the paper the driver brought bht ag the last minute the driver changed the price. AAA is cheaper and more professional.

I have had a love hate with this company but, for the most part they are reliable. I was down on my luck and they were able to tow my car to the battery shop I needed. I had an issue of not being able to put my car in neutral and they still were able to help with dollies they put under my wheels. They were able to help with a minor flock as well which I'm incredibly grateful for. As much as I hate every time I have had to use their services they are straight forward and reliable. Through and through. Thank you so much!

I was involved in a very bad car accident a few months ago. To make a long story short my computer and my other valuables were in my trunk. I couldn't use the fob because power and no access from inside. Being at a JUNKYARD you'd think they'd have a pry bar, in fact I know they did because I saw one. But not one person in that place seemed to have any interest in helping me. My attorney is contacting the states attorney General. The unfortunate thing is these guys run a monopoly on the tow business, and I mean depending on what side of town your on and where the roulette wheel lands. IF YOU CAN HELP IT, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLY RUN BUSINESS

A man with tattoos on his head just towed my truck from Target on 38th Street for parking. I was there and he refused to let me pay for him to drop it and made me follow him back to his business to pay the full amount ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!!!!!!!! I KNOW THIS IS ILLEGAL AND WILL CONTACT A LAWYER!!!!!!

Nice junk yard to find missing pieces for your car. They're pretty cheap too. Professional service 👍👍👍

They give you the option of scheduling a pick up. They show up on time and they are fast friendly and courteous. I definitely recommend. Nick the driver was very careful with my daughters SUV. I really appreciated that.

Tried to call to get a rough estimate on scrap pricing for a vehicle I have. Employees picked up multiple times before promptly hanging up without saying a word. No other way to contact them to get a quote. What a joke of a “business”.

I called for my dad and the lady was far beyond rude got mad because she don't know her locations. My first and last experience I will ever think of using again nope. Caught an attitude with me and hung up telling me to figure out where I was first and call back. Called another company and they knew exactly where I was without me fully explaining like I had to with this woman. Like how hard when you work in this state and you have no clue. I'm reading the gps and telling the signs the was dead in my face. I know my way around here how don't you. Based off the other reviews I'm glad she had an attitude. Save your money people. And go somewhere else.

I pulled in before 11:45, Saturday. I called first, followed protocol. YOU watched me unload my scrap, then tell me at 11:58, we're closed. Made me put my metal back in my truck. I called first. I followed protocol. I don't care who calls the shots, you wasted MY time.

I have used Zore’s before and had no issues. I just called to see if they could tow my vehicle and was told to “call back in 2 hours.” The woman explained they were busy. I asked if I could schedule a pickup for later today for my car instead, as I know they schedule pick ups. She said no, as there “are only 6 cars and 5 calls on hold.” I do not usually give reviews at all, much less bad reviews…but that makes no sense. Thankfully, I already have a rental, and am not stranded on the side of the road. I was willing to wait, but will more than likely take my business elsewhere. I could have waited in the queue as well, which would have been fine…but no. Call back because the operators cannot handle multitasking, time management and scheduling, and customer service. I do not need to know how many wreckers you have or calls in your queue. Just put me on hold as well and I will wait. Completely disappointing considering how accommodating Zore’s was last time.

I wouldn’t have even left one star if I didn’t have to. Terrible place that is making money by doing predator towing. They rip you off, talk to you in a very unprofessional way. They tell you one dollar amount over the phone and then when you get there they’ve added a bunch of other charges on. They make it almost impossible to get your vehicle back and they actually enjoy ruining lives. They’re sad human beings with sad jobs and lives, only miserable people enjoy hurting others.They also just added another $75 charge to mine that wasn’t supposed to be added until it had been there for at least 72 hours. I’ve been in the hospital unable to even move to get there but I still made it before even 48 hours yet they added this charge on. Pathetic business and treatment of people. The woman that answers the phone is obviously uneducated, and unhappy, just so sad that she is only happy if she is hurting others.

The lady who answers the phone has got to be one of the most vilest creatures I've ever encountered. The customer service here is trash, they continue to come to apartment complexes where they're not welcome (yes I asked the office) and sticker people's cars. Claimed my tags were expired yet I just renewed them a week ago. FIRE EVERYONE.

Why is it that every tow truck driver I meet is an as*hole? Seems like that’s the prerequisite for the job. I have yet to meet one with any sense of common curiosity or customer service. Always bottom of the barrel material.

Had a truck that broke down in the construction zone and blocked the lanes on i65 and police had to call a tow and anyone knows in this situation when the police are the ones that call it in they could’ve taken advantage but they were extremely fair and did not price gouge. I’ve been in situations before where the tow company would charge 5x the reasonable rate but Zores didn’t I respect them for that. Thank you.

Pretty easy. I needed to pick up the auto parts I ordered. They had them ready for me and I kept going. Very friendly crew. Prices are decent. I definitely recommend them.

I have used Zore's a few times in the past. However, the person I spoke with today changed all that. She was rude, and it really seemed like she didn't want our business. At every turn, she had to argue with me and act like taking my information was the biggest inconvenience! I will not be using them again. I like to give my money to people who know the meaning of customer service. This was at the Speedway location.

My car is stranded on the side if the highway and I've been calling for two days for a tow. Apparently they are all booked up for two days solid and have no ability to put anyone on a waiting list. If any other tow company would answer my calls, I would have already used them instead of Zores. I just can't fathom why something like a waiting list can't be done. My car is literally couple miles from their location and the same distance to where I need it towed, and "Sorry, there is nothing we can do" is all I get. Guess I'll try to find some dude operating out of his personal home instead of trusting a company designated specifically for this. Thanks anyway Zores, I'll make sure to tell everyone I know that you guys are always too busy to do anything.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only is this place just feening to get some extra money, but they’re also incredibly unpleasant and rude. My car got towed from my own apartment complex’s parking lot where I’m a resident at and it was towed from a spot that myself, and many other residents have parked at a million times before and there’s never been an issue. Had to pay $150 to get my car back when it was towed for absolutely no reason at all. Clearly everyone who works here must have a miserable life because they enjoy making everyone else’s miserable. Thanks for ruining my day, so glad you got that extra $150 from a broke college student just trying to get to class on time. This establishment is completely unprofessional and in my opinion, a joke.

My car was impounded by airport police for driving on a suspended license (totally deserved and my fault). It was taken here. Their pricing, I thought, was shockingly fair: each day the car sits is only $30. I picked my car up the same day and I ended up paying $155. Compare that to a lot of other places, where the initial tow is $200+ and each day is $50+. The woman I spoke with on the phone was nice and got me the information I needed quickly, and when I went to pick the car up we were only there for a total of less than 10 minutes. They're efficient, fair, and easy to deal with.

They overcharged my son for things they didn't do and also charged him for 2 days when his car was there less than 24hours. $250.00 they are price gouging people and i will get his money back.
