I've bought parts from here before and had a great experience. I called in today looking for a part. They didn't have it, but the man suggested an auto parts site I could visit and was very sweet and helpful. Thank you!

For 25 years they were my go to place. I went there today to get a switch. The people that were there were new faces..they wanted 35 dollars for the switch. I let them keep it and got the same thing from pull a part for 20 dollars. They went from my go-to place to my stay away from place.

Paddack's Wrecker & Heavy Transport half the price. Literally. Zores = Dishonest, Greedy, Crooks. Charged us $1120.00 to tow a truck two miles. We had it removed within 12 hours from their lot and they still charged us a $200 "storage fee". Call Paddack's Wrecker & Heavy Transport. Great people, honest prices, freindly staff. Zores is horrible accross the board.

Hate this place with a burning passion. I actually bought an engine from these guys which I was happy with. But I’ve moved into an apartment complex that these smoothbrains manage, and they towed my car at 3am. For not having a parking permit. It was on my windshield in the same spot as everybody else. What a horrible predatory place. One of the worst things to wake up to and not be able to go to work because your car was taken for no real reason!! Wish their drivers would’ve spent 10 more seconds looking at a car to see if there’s a permit. But that’s probably why they’re stuck working 3am taking peoples cars. I’d say a lot worse but google would probably take this review down. Will not be supporting these guys ever again.

If I could, I would leave a zero star. They’re a bunch of rude people. They don’t care they don’t know how to break a tow. Videos of state show they hardly touched the trailer yet they are charging an arm and leg. Truck was paid for and they won’t release it beware of them

My vehicle was towed by this company last week. This was my first and last time using this company. They towed my vehicle to the destination I wanted but when they dropped it off they left the passenger side window down and my keys in the seat out in the open. They also left my vehicle unlocked and left grease all over my driver's side door and thought it was ok like that. I spefically told the driver to lock my keys in the vehicle as i had a spare and the driver confirmed as well. I will never reccomend this place to anyone. I was also quoted a price over the phone for my tow and it was also on the paper the driver brought bht ag the last minute the driver changed the price. AAA is cheaper and more professional.

Haven't even gotten my tow done yet and got a call that my quote was wrong. Called in and they said "yeah she misquoted you she's new". I gave you both the pickup and drop off and the bike model. Person on the phone said the rates are different for out of town. Yeah it's 49 miles.... It's out of town. As a business you can't come to someone and ask for more because you failed to train someone new to quote correctly. That's not an excuse. I work in sales too and would be expected to eat that cost. Many other reviews mention them tacking on fees or adjusting quotes after cards were preauthorized. I fell victim to this too. Steer clear...

Called earlier for a Nissan Altima alternator and was told they were going to pull it and they would give me a call around 2 when it was ready. Well I'm about 30 minutes from the location so I called at 130 and was rudely told that they were still working on pulling it and that he would call in 20 minutes or so. Well it has now been almost 2 hours later and I have been on hold for almost 20 minutes because this guy that answered has no clue about it and whoever was rude with me earlier did not note anything. A big rude run around

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They are the crookedest company that are just money hungry and will gladly take it out of your pocket. They towed my car from my apartment complex that I have lived in for a year, and since my parking permit fell, they towed it and did not bother to contact me nor my apartment complex, and took it in the dead of the night so that I couldn't open my car door and show them it was there next to the seat. Instead, they took it with no communication whatsoever and charged me $150 for it. Do not hire them for any of their services while they scam people like this, they don't deserve it.

Been taking my scrap metal here for years. Love 'em - always helpful if I needed, convenient location... no complaints!

I have had a love hate with this company but, for the most part they are reliable. I was down on my luck and they were able to tow my car to the battery shop I needed. I had an issue of not being able to put my car in neutral and they still were able to help with dollies they put under my wheels. They were able to help with a minor flock as well which I'm incredibly grateful for. As much as I hate every time I have had to use their services they are straight forward and reliable. Through and through. Thank you so much!

Nice junk yard to find missing pieces for your car. They're pretty cheap too. Professional service 👍👍👍

They give you the option of scheduling a pick up. They show up on time and they are fast friendly and courteous. I definitely recommend. Nick the driver was very careful with my daughters SUV. I really appreciated that.

One of their Drivers is a racist. He’s very aggressive and was yelling at me for no reason. I’m assuming he probably was having a bad day but dude at least you’re at work please have some decency. He clearly told me that he shouldn’t have to repeat himself when talking to me. I was deeply hurt for the way he treated me. I hope he heals from whatever he’s going through.

Gives the run around so you can't get your vehicle back just like stealing holding your property for ransom

I was involved in a very bad car accident a few months ago. To make a long story short my computer and my other valuables were in my trunk. I couldn't use the fob because power and no access from inside. Being at a JUNKYARD you'd think they'd have a pry bar, in fact I know they did because I saw one. But not one person in that place seemed to have any interest in helping me. My attorney is contacting the states attorney General. The unfortunate thing is these guys run a monopoly on the tow business, and I mean depending on what side of town your on and where the roulette wheel lands. IF YOU CAN HELP IT, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLY RUN BUSINESS

Jeremy that drives the lime green truck (raiders tattoo) picked me up in Lebanon and took me to Indy. Man that guy is funny, guess he could tell I was upset about being broke down but by the time the ride had ended he had made it all better. He's a nice guy. Very professional. Even told me what was wrong so that I could tell the mechanic. You can tell he's the kind of guy that doesn't meet strangers. Thanks again Jeremy!!!!!!!!

Charge Storage for the Trailer $300 per day, also charge $150 "set out fee" $450/day And that's after i pay $44k in Recovery fees! TURN AROUND, RUN AWAY, NEVER GET BACK!!!

Just another predatory tow company, i called the tow board on this place pulled my bobtail semi into a back out of the way area to rest for a couple hours after getting sick and vomiting in a cup in the road, the tow truck driver jams his lift arm under the rearend of my truck horn my ubolts... then as I'm standing up see what's going on he proceeds to come to my passager door to knock telling me I have to pay him 350.00 not to tow my truck away... I asked him to give me break he tells me he needs to be paid for driving over there after some back and forth he calls my company to get them to pay him 350.00 for 30 seconds of his time after a bunch more back and forth the company pays this fee which they will promptly take from me...

I called for my dad and the lady was far beyond rude got mad because she don't know her locations. My first and last experience I will ever think of using again nope. Caught an attitude with me and hung up telling me to figure out where I was first and call back. Called another company and they knew exactly where I was without me fully explaining like I had to with this woman. Like how hard when you work in this state and you have no clue. I'm reading the gps and telling the signs the was dead in my face. I know my way around here how don't you. Based off the other reviews I'm glad she had an attitude. Save your money people. And go somewhere else.

Tried to call to get a rough estimate on scrap pricing for a vehicle I have. Employees picked up multiple times before promptly hanging up without saying a word. No other way to contact them to get a quote. What a joke of a “business”.

I have used Zore’s before and had no issues. I just called to see if they could tow my vehicle and was told to “call back in 2 hours.” The woman explained they were busy. I asked if I could schedule a pickup for later today for my car instead, as I know they schedule pick ups. She said no, as there “are only 6 cars and 5 calls on hold.” I do not usually give reviews at all, much less bad reviews…but that makes no sense. Thankfully, I already have a rental, and am not stranded on the side of the road. I was willing to wait, but will more than likely take my business elsewhere. I could have waited in the queue as well, which would have been fine…but no. Call back because the operators cannot handle multitasking, time management and scheduling, and customer service. I do not need to know how many wreckers you have or calls in your queue. Just put me on hold as well and I will wait. Completely disappointing considering how accommodating Zore’s was last time.

I wouldn’t have even left one star if I didn’t have to. Terrible place that is making money by doing predator towing. They rip you off, talk to you in a very unprofessional way. They tell you one dollar amount over the phone and then when you get there they’ve added a bunch of other charges on. They make it almost impossible to get your vehicle back and they actually enjoy ruining lives. They’re sad human beings with sad jobs and lives, only miserable people enjoy hurting others.They also just added another $75 charge to mine that wasn’t supposed to be added until it had been there for at least 72 hours. I’ve been in the hospital unable to even move to get there but I still made it before even 48 hours yet they added this charge on. Pathetic business and treatment of people. The woman that answers the phone is obviously uneducated, and unhappy, just so sad that she is only happy if she is hurting others.
