  If they have the means or desire to fix your car they will take your title and sell it. However, they will load your vehicle on the trailer and just not give your title back after setting the expectation that they are taking it’s picture. Once you ask for your title back bc you need it to Junk it, they will tell you that you don’t need it and none of their customers have any trouble Junking it with the invoice they email to you. If this happens to you, you’ll have to buy a duplicate title before you can Junk the title. Good luck out there.

  The overall experience calling this company for trading in vehicles was good for my first time. Despite waiting for the tow truck for about an hour due to rush hour traffic, the truck driver Will alerted me of his arrival time and came to the parking lot in a prompt manner to pickup my vehicle. The process of trading in the vehicle/ title and receiving cash was no problem.

  Great service from the first phone call. 300 bucks for a car that set in my driveway for over a year. Can't beat that!! The tow truck driver Stacey was punctual and honest. Called me 5 minutes after speaking to the company to give me a time he would be there. Then he called me 10 minutes before he arrived. Could not say anything bad about the company!   I called this morning to see if they could pick up a junk car that I needed moved today. They came out today and picked up the car and paid the price agreed to on the phone with no hassle what so ever. I have never taken the time to leave a review before but the driver Dustin was polite and quick and punctual to the minute. I recommend calling them if you have an old car to get rid of. They basically paid me to do me a favor and get that old heap out of there. 5 stars. Way easier than I would have guessed. I have dealt with other towing companies in the past and I have never had such a positive experience.

  I enjoyed working with GC junk cars. They're communication is awesome. It took one day from starting my application to picking up my vehicle. Matt was so nice and patient with us as he towed the car away. If you are in doubt about using this company to buy your salvage car then think again. They are the best and I have talked with other companies that couldn't take my car without a title but GC did with my registration and ID. Payment was on the spot. Sincerely, A happy customer.   Called to inquire about selling my 99 Subaru. I received an email with an offer a short time later. I set up a pick up for the next day. Tow driver arrived and was friendly and a good guy. He paid me the agreed upon price and quickly hauled my old junker away with no trouble.

  I hate to leave a poor review and sincerely hope my experience was just a fluke, but I was extremely disappointed with my service. I called late last week and scheduled a pickup for early this Monday, which seemed reasonable considering the glowing reviews. I though everything was squared away. Early in the morning (before 9:00AM at the car shop) I was told the tow had been dispatched, then a few hours later (after the tow never called as was said it would) I was told the office didn’t know why I hadn’t heard anything. I waited with my car a while longer, then sent a message that I had to return to work and gave my office number for the dispatch. I got confirmation of receipt of my office number, but never heard from the tow and after was never able to reach the office (texts went unanswered, the phone was no longer answered, and the voicemail box was full). Another company came to get the car less than an hour after I reached out, for the same quoted price. Hopefully this was just an off day, but I would definitely not recommend.

I had 3 vehicles that belonged to my daddy, they werent running so they purchased same day with pick up a few hours after I called.   I called multiple places to try to sell my van and was treated like a burden or they acted like they didn’t even want to talk to me. Matt and Amy were a breath of fresh air, they were both so friendly and to the point. They also kept me updated frequently with there estimated time of arrival, and once he got here the whole process took less than 10 minutes! I would recommend them, and will use them in the future!   Very good experience. Highly recommended. They arrived very quickly, even put a rush on their arrival after knowing I needed the money to get prescriptions having just been released from the hospital after major surgery for a broken knee. Offered a higher price than anyone else I contacted. The driver, Matt, also went above and beyond helping my aging and unhealthy stepfather retrieve my some of my personal property from the car after he knew I was unable to even exit the house let alone get or carry anything myself. From beginning to end, the young lady whom I dealt with on the phone to the gentleman that picked the vehicle up showed compassion and understanding, almost seemingly unheard of in this day and age. Very refreshing. I will recommend this company to anyone I know. Theu definitely earn and DESERVE the business. Thank you very much.
