I was in a bind...needed immediate help and they got in all taken care of within hours of a phone call. The service was great. Everyone is friendly especially Amy and amusingly understanding of whatever the situation. Would recommend them to anyone and if needed again will call asap. They were awesome to work with. I called on a Wednesday afternoon - they came and towed my car on Thursday AM. Amy in the office was awesome and Paul, the gentleman that hauled the car away, was great as well. Both were very professional. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

Very professional and pleasant. Started off as a bad day but ended well. Got more money for my car that I expected. The guy that came out was a gentleman. Quick and easy transaction. Would definitely recommend. Only problem is that I didn’t get the guys name.

I had a great experience with GC’s. I called in the morning and they were able to come out the same day to tow away my car. They showed up when they said, were friendly, and professional. They made the whole process super easy!

I called multiple places to try to sell my van and was treated like a burden or they acted like they didn’t even want to talk to me. Matt and Amy were a breath of fresh air, they were both so friendly and to the point. They also kept me updated frequently with there estimated time of arrival, and once he got here the whole process took less than 10 minutes! I would recommend them, and will use them in the future! I called this morning to see if they could pick up a junk car that I needed moved today. They came out today and picked up the car and paid the price agreed to on the phone with no hassle what so ever. I have never taken the time to leave a review before but the driver Dustin was polite and quick and punctual to the minute. I recommend calling them if you have an old car to get rid of. They basically paid me to do me a favor and get that old heap out of there. 5 stars. Way easier than I would have guessed. I have dealt with other towing companies in the past and I have never had such a positive experience.

From my initial inquiry, to my generous quote, to the timely arrival of the tow driver, to my cash payment, I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Each step of the way I was treated with courtesy and friendliness. I felt appreciated as a customer and as a person. This is how business should be done.

I highly recommend using this company for any and all vehicles that you dont need taking up space! They will work with you and give you the best prices. I hate to leave a poor review and sincerely hope my experience was just a fluke, but I was extremely disappointed with my service. I called late last week and scheduled a pickup for early this Monday, which seemed reasonable considering the glowing reviews. I though everything was squared away. Early in the morning (before 9:00AM at the car shop) I was told the tow had been dispatched, then a few hours later (after the tow never called as was said it would) I was told the office didn’t know why I hadn’t heard anything. I waited with my car a while longer, then sent a message that I had to return to work and gave my office number for the dispatch. I got confirmation of receipt of my office number, but never heard from the tow and after was never able to reach the office (texts went unanswered, the phone was no longer answered, and the voicemail box was full). Another company came to get the car less than an hour after I reached out, for the same quoted price. Hopefully this was just an off day, but I would definitely not recommend.

Called to inquire about selling my 99 Subaru. I received an email with an offer a short time later. I set up a pick up for the next day. Tow driver arrived and was friendly and a good guy. He paid me the agreed upon price and quickly hauled my old junker away with no trouble.

I received very good service, the driver even arrived a few minutes before I was expecting him. He knew what he was doing and also was very pleasant. The whole transaction went as stated it would and I’m a happy camper!

Amy has taken care of us on many occasions with awesome attention to detail. She always gets right back to me when I call/text her and has one of the trucks to us within a day or two depending on their schedule! The guys who drive the tow trucks are professional and helpful and do their very best to help with whatever vehicle needs we may have. I will definitely be using them in the future! Very good experience. Highly recommended. They arrived very quickly, even put a rush on their arrival after knowing I needed the money to get prescriptions having just been released from the hospital after major surgery for a broken knee. Offered a higher price than anyone else I contacted. The driver, Matt, also went above and beyond helping my aging and unhealthy stepfather retrieve my some of my personal property from the car after he knew I was unable to even exit the house let alone get or carry anything myself. From beginning to end, the young lady whom I dealt with on the phone to the gentleman that picked the vehicle up showed compassion and understanding, almost seemingly unheard of in this day and age. Very refreshing. I will recommend this company to anyone I know. Theu definitely earn and DESERVE the business. Thank you very much.

I enjoyed working with GC junk cars. They're communication is awesome. It took one day from starting my application to picking up my vehicle. Matt was so nice and patient with us as he towed the car away. If you are in doubt about using this company to buy your salvage car then think again. They are the best and I have talked with other companies that couldn't take my car without a title but GC did with my registration and ID. Payment was on the spot. Sincerely, A happy customer. Pays great super fast friendly service!! In a situation when I needed the cars gone same day I was able to arrange for pick up of two non running cars and they paid us great for both to be removed , quickly and efficiently.

I'm glad I contacted them. They are super kind and have great personalities. I had 3 vehicles that belonged to my daddy, they werent running so they purchased same day with pick up a few hours after I called. I'm grateful because two of the vehicles were in the garage covered with tools and my daddy's old stuff. I recommend them to anyone needing to junk a vehicle.

GC’s Junk Cars is amazing. They came out the same day I called and picked up 2 cars that other business’ couldn’t get because of narrow streets and alleyways. They found a way and I am extremely grateful for Dustins efforts. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again!
