Quick and efficient! After an abandoned tow attempt from the previous tow company, insurance dispatched White Glove. Jake arrived on time and ready to rock. We loaded up the bike and Jake carefully hauled it to the dealership with zero issues.

My son's Mini Cooper broke down and he called White Glove. We didn't get the name of the gentleman who drove the truck, but he was personable and professional. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent--he gave us back money when he said we tried to tip him too much! 10/10 would use this service again and can't recommend them enough!

I really appreciate this business. I started out with a different company that my insurance arranged for me, and I waited 2.5 hrs for that place to never answer the phone or show up. After cancelling that service, my insurance arranged this towing company for me. Jake was very professional and he showed up on time with good communication. He called before he got there, and treated me and my vehicle with respect. I drive a GT2 Stinger. They used a flatbed and Jake got it where I needed it to go with no issues. I would definitely use them again. Jake explained a better way to go about using insurance and towing that will make the whole process a lot smoother in the future. I'm sure I'll need it. Indiana roads eats my tires on a seasonal basis.

My daughter's car broke down at work. The brakes locked up, and the car wouldn't move. After trying to use our tow coverage with Allstate and getting nowhere, I started calling tow truck companies on my own. I spoke to several and explained the situation to each. They all said, "You need a wheel lift with dollies." Then I called White Glove Towing Service. Again, I explained the situation, and the gentleman on the phone told me they could move the car with a flatbed. I was a bit skeptical, but we were in a bind, so I agreed. The driver was skillful and courteous. He loaded the car onto the flatbed with ease and surprisingly unloaded it with equal ease. White Glove was prompt, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this company if / when you need a vehicle towed.

I had a great experience. Tod was able to get my mustang out of a small storage unit with 3 flat tires and haul it over 200 miles for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

My car had completely died in the middle of a busy intersection couldn’t use hazards or anything and I had my two young daughters freaking out in the backseat. I had called the police to help block traffic and called this towing company 15 mins later and the towing company still showed up 1st and got us to safety, still don’t know if the police ever showed up to the scene. Didn’t get the gentlemen’s name but I can’t thank him enough. If I ever need a towing service again I won’t be using anyone else but this one.

TOD IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! Yesterday we took some friends down to Carmel to buy a vehicle. We were there the day before & things didn’t go as planned so we had to go back the next day. Everything was fine Friday, everything was fine Saturday morning & afternoon. We get to the dealership and our friends get out & go inside, we’re waiting in the car. Turned the car off then back on a few mins later for the AC. Out of nowhere the car does this rumble and just quit running. Battery wasn’t dead, car still had power, it was the craziest thing. So after we tried a few things & that didn’t work, we ended up calling for a tow. We live an hour & a half away from Carmel. The tow company I called says “give me 15-20 mins.” Then 20 minutes go by and I see a tow truck pull in and drive around the building so I run to him and track him down and direct him to the car. HE WASNT THERE FOR US LOL. This was a completely different guy there for something else. So he’s asking what’s going on and I told him and he offered to tow it for us. This was a complete accident. I tell him what’s going on, we didn’t know how to get the car in neutral, cuz it wouldn’t start up, he asked for the key, hops in & does his thing & gets it in neutral. Then the other tow company pulled in & I told them never mind, in my mind I felt better about Tod. This guy just knows what he’s doing & I trust him 100%. So he ended up towing for us, last minute, complete accident running into him. Very thankful for him and this company for getting our car back to our hometown and giving us peace of mind. He’s amazing, seriously. I hope he’s beyond appreciated within the company because with my luck lately, I was a complete mess and he’s just all around great. I’m so thankful I ran into Tod on accident and directed him the wrong way. 😆

I just called White Glove because they popped up first on Google. I was helping an older lady I didn’t know who broke down in the middle of the road.
