We had great service from every employee involved with our services. The tow truck driver dropped my nephew off at the next exit after the crash because I was stuck in the traffic jam behind the accident. The employee working the desk told me what documentation I could provide to remove items from the car (owned by my father who is elderly and could not come himself), and finally a gentleman helped my nephew and brother get the scooter lift off. He physically helped them and had tools they needed. They were all great!
I was accused of trespassing and that's how they stole my five year old Malibu while I was in the process of relocating. It was towed illegally impounded and I was arrested and my items I had the was full of items in Malibu LS 4 door sedan. And they didn't compensate me and it's a year later. They towed my car over a small infrastruction like trespassing in my vehicle, it's discrimination more of a race issue and not with cars with prejudice racism civil unrest, unfairly treated and I lost everything my Onstar, push button start, keyless entry, and they really believe they have that right. That's why you shouldn't step out of your vehicle cause I was a awarded a 2018 Malibu it belongs to somebody else now and I know all my vehicles license plate, VIN, and everything else and they wouldn't return it. I'm at a loss of $30,000.00. See ya in court. Affordable towing. They say it's a towing company i say it's Auto theft, discrimination, no compensation, and i don't get my vehicle back and I paid for for maintenance, and gas and everything else for they small 5 year life of my vehicle...yeah im not so crazy now. I'd love to be reunited with my vehicle. Long summers now ac on the bus stop.
They charge more than legally allowed for towing and storage and said they only take cash when by law they have to also accept credit/debit cards too. For a non consensual tow the max is $150 and storage is max $30 a day starting 24 hours after it arrives at their lot. They are charging $190 for the tow and $40 a day for storage.
Very appreciative of Affordable towing. I went out to dinner with a friend and came out to my car not starting. A guy named Hatam showed up quickly and took great care of my car. He explained everything so clearly and could tell I was anxious about having my car towed.
After I called to have my car towed the driver called me promptly with in minutes. The driver kept contact with me to ensure he found my vehicle and he arrived in the given amount of time. The drive quickly and professionally hooked up my car and offered me a ride. In the event that I need a tow, I will definitely use this company again.
My sister had a flat and it was taking a minute to work it out. Jamie and Wes turned a 30 minute struggle into a 5 minute "y'all could've been done already". Those are two good dudes who didn't even want anything in return, just lookin out for my sister when she asked for help. It's hot and it's late. They didn't complain once. Straight up, cool, and professional. You know how the "experts" in the parking lot show up standing over you, giving "pointers". They didn't miss a beat. They shut it down and hooked her up. Good looking.
I needed help getting my nuts off of my tire. I asked for a pole to use for my 4 way. They got my tire off, struggled with my wimpy jack, back their truck up and lifted my car then changed my tire in 2 minutes...for free. Fast. Professional. Went above and beyond. Didn't even want any money, but my brother gave them some because it was 3 of us out there and couldn't get it. Jamie and Wes...thank you SO MUCH for real. I have babies at home waiting on me. Turn on my vehicle in a way it's hard to get back in 35 hours a day and it doesn't work for me in a month and a half and I want my vehicle back is my vehicle yeah they won't answer the phone it keeps hanging up on me and stuff I'm trying to ask questions about how to get around being a way better way to pay every now they don't have anything like that either
If zero starts were possible I would use them, 100% do not recommend. Started off good, the city had my car towed and they were the ones to tow it. I showed up over the weekend to pick it up and to my surprise they were closed (Nothing listed about that online!), no calls answered on my end all weekend long. Finally they open Monday and I show up, speak to the woman at the office who was very nice and took my payment and I went ahead and paid them to tow the car to my home. 5 hours go by with no communication at all and I finally call, she tells me they have been busy and it will be there in the next hour, okay. 2 more hours go by with no communication and my car finally shows up, gets carelessly unloaded and they leave my wheel sitting under my fender causing the fender to bend. Started off as a bad situation but not awful, after dealing with affordable towing my simple fix has now turned into most likely needed to contact a body shop, not happy at all.
Wonderful experience with Affordable! Amanda was quick and clear with what was going to happen and how long it would take for a tow. Junior was friendly, efficient, and professional. They knew what they were doing and will be using them in the future. Only took maybe an hour from when I called to getting my car where it needed to be. Thank you!
For snowy weather, their eta was great. I had my dog with me. They let her ride in the truck with us.
That was very important to me.

My daughter was stranded at a very busy intersection of I-465 and I-70 on the east side after hitting a concrete block lying in the roadway. The first company I called was unavailable and referred me to Affordable. I'm glad they did! They were safe, courteous and very affordable. I recommend them highly. There were no hidden fees, They quoted $125 for a tow to the shop on a Saturday after dark. I was figuring I'd get hit with a bunch of extra fees for after hours service and was pleasantly surprised at the honest and fast service!
My truck died in the middle of an exit ramp from 38th Street to Kessler Blvd. It was dark, and there was a lot of traffic, so it was a very unsafe situation. A driver from Affordable Towing showed up quickly, six minutes after the police called. The driver was helpful. After he towed my car home, he actually popped my hood and fixed the electrical issue! He had mechanical skills and went above and beyond to help me out. I told him he just saved me time, hassle and money, but he would not accept a tip. The price was extremely reasonable as well. I'd highly recommend this towing company!
This company exceeded all my expectations for having to call a tow truck for my son's car. Prompt, friendly, and outstanding service from the lady in the office and my tow truck driver, Josh. I can't say enough good things about Josh! He really went above and beyond for me, and saved me so much trouble by giving me great advice. I was quoted a time frame between 30-45 minutes and Josh arrived even before 30 minutes had elapsed. I will definitely use their service again if the need arises. Thank you thank you thank you!!
They have the nicest people! I had never experienced having my car towed like this, and the truck driver was very professional, patient, and polite. Both women who I spoke with were kind and accommodating. The tow driver's son even came to make sure the woman releasing my car after hours was safe. It speaks to their character and pride. I don't plan on doing business with them again, but if I had to choose them, I would!!
My car was towed by this place and they caused 1600 worth of damages to my 8 day old car. I didn’t think it would be a big deal and they would handle the damages. However the owner told me to take him to court. I will be taking him to court. I just thought I would leave this review cause this is just bad business. Wish we could have worked it out but since we will be going to court. I’m definitely going to ask more than 1600 plus my time and the frustration of being without my new car due to this. Anyways stay bless and don’t use them. Cause they not paying if they damage your car.
Had to have my car towed under some unfortunate circumstances. The car stayed about a week at the lot with the doors of the vehicle unknowingly unlocked with valuables inside in plain sight. The lot is secure and the staff is vigilant - all of my items were as a I left them. The lady working the office was kind and helpful.
They gave me a ride to the tow shop, which was pretty awesome. But then I had to wait outside in 20 ° for about an hour for my ride to show up? I would say thanks for the ride but I'm certain it only happened because the officer asked you to. Better than being stranded on the highway in 20 ° I guess.
Had my car repo'd by them, such is business. The issue is that I couldn't go pick it up after getting reinstated due to disability. Thank you so much for working with me to get the car dropped back off and your kindness!
I would recommend updating your hours on Google Maps. For customers that may be reading this, hours seem to be 9am to 2pm Mon-Fri.
Terrible, my car was taken by mistake, I had no way home from work, they wouldn't answer my calls during business hours at 3 pm and went to a voice-mail not set up, their business page says open 24-7, yet their sign at their location 40 miles from me said closed at 5 once i got there and can't get my car until Monday! Very unprofessional customer service to an innocent person caught in the middle of a vehicle tracker sending out a notice to retrieve for a lender due to delay of payment of the car!!! Now I am without a car for 4 days when I have a free and clear title because I paid for the car when I bought it with cash!!
I do not normally spend time leave reviews. But my experiences with the driver name Joe, he sounds and he looks happy what he is doing. Affordable price plus the driver is very cordial, and professional. Excellent service! If you ever need road side assistance. I will highly recommend this business. Reasonable price and reasonable people who works. A+
We were involved in an accident 3\12\2021 at Epler and 37. At about 5pm. The operator helped pull some sheet metal from a wheel so we could get home to Princeton , In. The driver was Great to deal with and super helpful. Anytime if I would need services again I would use them again. Thank you very much.
The tow truck driver was very nice and polite. The lady on the phone when I called to get an estimate was super friendly and helpful. She quoted me a great price and made sure the driver was able to find where I was located. I also liked the many different ways they take payments.
Just had my car towed. They were here very quickly. Their very friendly and the process was quick and easy. I was nervous for damage but the guy knew what we was doing and did a very good job. Highly recommend. No to mention we just had a snow storm yesterday their timing was still quick.
Had car issues my motorclub called Affordable Towing. I was giving a eta of a hour. The driver Scott arrived within 20 minutes of my call and got me hooked to his flat bed. Scott was professional and very understanding. Scott was a great person to work with and got the job done right the first time. Tried calling the company to give my kudos to Scott but the lines were busy. Good job Scott. Your management staff should make sure all of their drivers are following your lead.
Called for a tow as I broke down. Was given a 4 hour estimated time of arrival so I had someone pick me up to come back closer to the time they were due to arrive.
At 7:45 (2 1/2 after we requested the tow) we got a text from an automated system asking if we had received our service yet. We said no as we hadn't expected them yet. Got a call from supervisor apologizing up and down for it and they'd have the driver call us 40 minutes out so we can get to the car in time.
Driver called 10 minutes later said he'd be there in 20 minutes. He called back a few minutes later and said he didn't need the keys he could put it on skates and to meet him at the dealership we requested it be towed to. No big deal we'll head to the dealership.
On our way to the dealership we got a call from someone else from the same company saying since we weren't at the car they wouldn't be able to tow it because we didn't leave the keys with the vehicle. We drove back to the car and followed the tow truck driver into the parking lot. To his surprise he asked why we were there we told him what happened with the phone call and he got back in his truck. A few minutes later he got out of his truck, told us someone else was coming and left. A quick call to the insurance company that set up the tow tells us they closed out the tow on us. This has been over 4 hours now. Never use them unless you absolutely have to.
Edit: Reading another comment this may be common practice for them. I seriously recommend finding another tow company.
DO NOT use this company! Wasted my time (5 hours) tow driver eventually showed up and then left with no explanation. Would 0 star if I could.
I had a flat tire, and have roadside assistance who contracted this company. They called me, and initially didn't know if they could change a tire or not, said would call me back in a few minutes. 20 minutes later I received a call saying they could change the tire, but didn't want to come because if my spare wouldn't work and I needed a tow they were concerned they wouldn't be paid for tow. I said please come, I will clear everything up with insurance while you're on the way. Individual told me he wanted to speak with insurance and would call me back. I called insurance who reiterated they had the correct paperwork for tire AND tow. But due to their misunderstanding, the time window (almost up) was now starting over with 75 minute wait.
90 minutes later the tow driver showed up, who said he couldn't change a tire, supervisor won't let him. I said I've spoken with your company 3 times now, can I speak with your supervisor. Driver said he didn't have a jack, I said I did. He tried looking for my tire but you can't see it until you drop it down (minivan) which I explained. I told the driver if he can't change my tire then I need a tow home. We have to wait for his supervisor to call back. He starts walking towards his truck, I assume to get warm. I'm currently on hold with my insurance too and say let me know as soon as the supervisor calls back, he says OK. A few minutes later he DRIVES OFF without a word. When my insurance answers, they're physically unable to get the company back on the phone about the driver leaving. I called the company, was also physically unable to get them on the phone. I left a message, what a surprise no one called me back.
I spent over 5 hours (7:20pm from first call to 12:15 arrival by new company) in 10 degree weather waiting on a tow due to this company wasting my time TWICE without so much as an apology or explanation. Why even come out to me to leave without towing me home? I was a mile from home. I'm disabled and was stuck in my vehicle with no water and without medications.
Call Doug's Towing, he told me this company has an awful reputation and is known for behavior such as this. If you use roadside assistance, don't let them set you up with these guys! You may end up out in the cold, LITERALLY. I'm so glad I had enough gas to keep idling.
