Cheyenne (however you spell it lol) answered the phone and was professional and helpful, Najee did the lockout for me on my car and came in a timely manner and was quick, proficient, and professional. Super awesome first experience with this company. Thank you!
These guys helped me when I had nothing they towed me for 50 dollars every nickel I had. Folks like this company and John Dyer always help the community. I'm forever thankful. Very professional. Showed up amazingly fast. And helped. Thank you guys.
I wish I would of hired Big Rig repair instead of these clowns. The two guys that towed my car did NOT chain it up properly, they was rude, and unfortunately I know a few things about towing, and they don't follow any state laws and made me feel extremely uncomfortable as a women..... I only want to feel safe in my home town. I am horrified that they are in business
Rude and they don't follow the state state rules . They are as follows ::; anyway they got it on Saturday morning and we were told at 1p.m there was no body in the office to retrieve it .. they also said it was gonna be 250 Sunday because of that .. which means they were already charging storage before 24 hrs was up and we were refused the right to have the visible within 60 minutes of it being picked up!!! Monday when we got it it was a cost of 325 dollars ... Again thats definitely more than what it says they are allowed to charge .. at best it should eve been 130 on Saturday then maybe 180 on Sunday and then Monday should've only been 210.. that's a 115 dollar difference.. so I'm still wondering why they did that and gave no is repercussions to them.. shameful .. I would give zero stars if it were possible.

RNG IS A THIEVING PLAVE NEVER USE RNG. They stole 3000 worth of my items. My subs 2 batteries 2 amps. 2 pairs of Jordan’s . They are absolutely aweful . They have a civil suit coming they have no cameras on their property. Had the audacity to say someone could jump the fence. Nooow who’s gonna jump a fence with 200 pound subs.
If you have an accident in Madison County and the deputy asks if you need them to call a tow - make sure you tell them not to use this company. They will hit you up for the tow charge at the accident scene, and then misquote you the price - what you're charged is higher than they tell you.
Someone blew a stop sign and hit me. RnG Towing was there extremely fast, under 15 minutes I believe. Customer service was great. Getting my car out to the body shop was easy and straight forward and RNG was very accommodating during the whole ordeal. Ignore the 1* reviews from the double digit credit score people that can't follow parking instructions then get mad when there's consequences for it.
I am a dog groomer in North Anderson and one of my customers had their two little dogs in their vehicle and one of them stepped on the door lock control and locked themselves in the vehicle. The windows were rolled up and it was a warm day and my customer was wanting to break out a window. I called RnG and told them the situation and they arrived in a matter of minutes to unlock the door and save my customer's dogs from overheating. Thank you for saving the day RnG!!
I waited 3 hours for another towing service before calling Rng. Called rng and they were there in 30 minutes to help me. Not only are they quick. They're reasonably priced! Will call them in the future if I need anything.
Horrible Horrible company , setting, and watching people walk away from Their cars at Hoosier woods apartments at 11pm at night and hooking Their cars and refusing to drop it with out $125.00 over a permit. I am not even a resadent and was in the apartment dropping off baby formula, was only in there 5 mins and they hooked it. Horrible company you don't set and wait at a apartment for people to walk away and hook them for NO GOOD reason. this economy is bad and you are making it harder for everyone. shame on you guys..
Very professional! They got to us super quick, which was wonderful since we had our toddler with us. They had our truck hooked up and dropped off to the destination within 10 minutes. We will always call them first :)
I broke my ball joint in my Envoy. RnG showed up at the time they promised, helped me into the wrecker to get warm (it was really cold out), hooked up my vehicle and towed it to my destination!! So friendly, reassuring and professional!! 10/10 recommended
