have a 2024 Thor Inception that needed warranty work at Stoops Freightliner in Anderson. i chose Garners to do the tow. they sent Sam out.. he was topnotch knew what he was doing... if i ever have to have it towed again Garners will be the company i have do the job. i will request that Sam be the man to do it

There was a wreck in front of my business property, 2 cars upside down, broken glass everywhere. It destroyed my business sign and car was in the front yard.they were able to remove the car without doing further damage to my yard. They cleaned up the broken glass, gathered the sign fronts and were very helpful to me and mindful of my customers safety.. great guys! I will definitely call them if I need a tow!
I had a gentleman named Sam come to my aid and tow my truck back across state lines for me in record time. Excellent service. Highly recommend if you live in Michigan, Indiana or Ohio.
A gem of an agent, named Sam, came to my rescue when my tires got stuck in a muddy ditch! He went above and beyond to not only get my vehicle stable, but also to ensure I was in a safe location for my tire repair! Fantastic service... Highly recommended!!! A+++
I’m stranded on a country road (car isn’t drivable after crash) and the lady who answered the phone was zero help at all and rude. First question she asked is where I was, told her I was walking down to the sign to see she said “you can call back when you know” zero patience. She then accused me of not calling the police or contacting my insurance, which I already had done. Then puts me on hold for the police and never called back. Terrible customer service
I locked my keys in my car. They got there fast and had the best price around. They got my keys out on less than a minute. Definitely would recommend them or call again in the future.
Do not bother to call them untill you are happy to sit for hours and hours ,waiting for the tow truck to arrive there. I think this is enough to understand the situation. Rest is your choice. They would just engage you but never let you know the real time frame.
Gave 2 stars because the costumer service over the phone was great. But waiting on the side of the road for 3 hours then being told they had other priorities to take care of and they would get to me when they could was very upsetting. Called them first because the reviews. But I didn't see that from the company. Great customer service over the phone. But lack making you feel important enough to prioritize your need for their help. It was a good thing my car was running and not broke down so I could keep warm this morning.
Tim, the driver, was great! He made what could have been a stressful situation easy. We appreciate his timeliness and humor. You all made the situation easy to deal with. Thank you!!
They were very friendly and professional. They are the towing company used by the Ingalls PD, and there is a serious gap between the two groups about who charges what and how much.
We were broke down and called at about 1:30 a.m. I had tried to call many others that just wouldn't answer their phones. Garners answered and sent a truck. They showed up when they said they would and charged us the quoted price. The driver knew his job and was friendly. I would recommend them if you need a tow.
Great company when ya need the job done right they get it done ...nobody wants to be involved in an accident but it happens to the best ...if its around this area call them
