Very friendly folks, they get you in and out and a timely fashion. And for the most part they help you unload your load as well. Fair price and always helpful
Was shorted 10 dollars today by accident. Was supposed to have 540lbs of miscellaneous steel after weighing in at 3:40 pm. Ticket says 27.00$ at .05/lb and received only 17$. Make sure to count the money they hand you before leaving. They gave me the 10 dollars after reopening on Monday. Honest group of folks. Thank you.
They will not answer phone I tried calling about five times!! .. I stopped by there yesterday at 2:00 p.m. for some reason they were closed and wasn't letting people in ..just standing there doing nothing behind the gate

I like the way they have it set up to use the dumpster for the aluminum and they pick it up with fork lift and weight th all at once and got a nice amount of money for the cans also concidering it had rained the night before I was impressed with the way the ground looked, it was quick and easy cashier was really nice thanks Newco recycling
I have had a great experience with Newco Recycling and I wanted to share it with you. I was unsure as to how it was going to go and how much my scrap metal was worth so I had a few questions. So when I drove up to the scale I was nervous. There was a gentleman named Eric Burgan that was helping another customer and he must have sensed I was overwhelmed by the whole process, because he came over and helped me through everything from, seperating my materials in the bins to helping sweep off the dirt on my truck. Eric Burgan was so friendly and he helped me every step of the way . I was so happy and satisfied with my experience that I no longer go to Pendleton to turn in my scrap. I only go to Anderson and that is because of Eric Burgan. He is a great asset to Newco Recycling he knows his business and he has a lot to offer this company. I just wanted to say Thank you Eric Burgan for all you do. L
